Adrien saw Ladybug at his mother's grave, guessing she wanted to support Emilie for him. She's unaware that Cat Noir may have forgiven Argos but Adrien did not. Argos doesn't know that his cousin is the cat which is why Adrien as himself already knows what he is but Felix doesn't.

"Thanks for supporting me but....I just need some time to accept my parents' death, including Nathalie" Adrien said.

"I came to pay respect too, Adrien" Ladybug said.

"Thanks. Don't give my father's grave the respect. No flowers on his grave" Adrien glanced at his father's grave which had no flowers. He puts roses on his mother's since she deserves to hear his prayers.

"I never did every time," Ladybug said.

"Good. But I do feel bad for still being hard on Felix even though you and the others forgave him" Adrien said.

"Don't let him suffer in guilt forever. He may have traded with that monster but your lifelines are preserved and the miraculouses are all restored" Ladybug said.

"You're right, Ladybug. I can't stay mad at him forever even though for what he has done" Adrien said.

Ladybug soon saw Felix come to visit his late aunt. He already heard their conversation. Felix stays silent since he doesn't want to make any more excuses since he is responsible for creating a bigger monster than himself.

Adrien just turns around, "Felix"

Ladybug leaves them but hopes Adrien won't be too hard on him. Unaware that Cat Noir may have forgiven him but Adrien did not. Felix has put too much trouble towards his cousin than in the cat.

"I get that you're going through a lot. I should've told you sooner but I was afraid you would think I'm crazy. Or how you'll react if you did see his true colors. I just didn't want to ruin the life you already have with your friends" Felix said with regret.

"I was still living a lie, Felix. In my whole entire life, I never had anything but my parents. They never told me I was a sentimonster because I was still a kid. But when my mom died, my father filled my head with lies so I wouldn't suspect him. I was still trapped under his control, even if I never noticed it. I hated lies, Felix. Even if you did try to get me to stand up for myself but I was still weak. I can still stand up for myself against anyone but not my father" Adrien groans angrily at the memory of what Flairmidable did to sell everyone to the monster.

"Sentimonster or not, we're more human than he ever was. But my serious actions are unforgivable and I understand that" Felix said.

"If you knew he kept my mother hidden, you could've done something but instead you chose to become bad just like him and your father to trade all the miraculous to the biggest oppressor you hate! Do you have any idea that his madness made him a monster to almost ruin me badly by forcing me to never let me be happy with the life I had?!" Adrien yelled at him angrily but also in sadness if something else would have happened if his father had gone too far.

Felix reacted in fear from his outburst.

"Nathalie told me that he did something to my amok ring that unleashed my inner sentimonster form because he wanted to punish me for standing up against him" Adrien sobs from the tortured memory, "I suffered anxiety and panic attacks because....." Adrien couldn't say it but decided to tell him now since he was also responsible for his father's death, "Plagg, come out and tell him everything" Adrien muttered, not wanting to say what he did to Monarch.

"Because he forced my kitten to cataclysm him," Plagg said.

"You're Cat Noir?" Felix gasped.

"Yes, and it was too late for a lucky charm to save him, unlike Paw Noir's previous self by his Ladybug," Adrien said.

"What?" Felix raised a brow.

"Paw Noir used to be known as Claw Noir. A former evil doppelgänger of mine from a parallel dimension. He was much sadistic than Monarch but more of a troublemaker like you. Don't change the subject!" Adrien getting back to his point.

"Yes, he's the cat. He and his lady tried to get the miraculous back from that monster but instead, he cowardly forced my kitten to cataclysm his arm. You have no idea what it's like to almost kill a person behind the mask! It traumatized my kitten!" Plagg smacked Felix in the forehead.

"Ow!" Felix staggered.

"Do you know how I felt?! I feel like I killed him!" Adrien raised his voice.

"Plagg, enough!" Duusu comes out to stop Plagg from nearly using a cataclysm without a holder.

"I'm sorry, Adrien! I'm sorry I made you become the price to pay! But you have no idea that my father put me through a lot of hell too! I was scared and angry with the world. So angry I wanted to wipe out oppressors from ever doing the same thing to you and everyone else like my father did to me. But instead, I became the biggest oppressor. I became no better than Monarch. You and I are sentimonsters, Adrien. If our amok rings were damaged, we would be dead for good. My father almost killed me! Your uncle threatened to erase my existence!" Felix explained everything he went through, the abuse, his hatred, and now his regret. He never realized that taking drastic measures can sometimes cause bigger consequences than a price to pay.

Adrien saw Felix breaking down in guilt. The older cousin sighs that he was right, if he didn't make the exchange for the peacock miraculous, Gabriel's madness would have become corrupted to one day abuse him more to the point Adrien would be dead if his father did something far beyond evil to damage his amok ring. Which he almost did but instead he caused corruption on his ring to torture Adrien's existence.

So he hugged Felix tight, "I forgive you. Just please don't ever make deals with heartless monsters again. As I said before as Cat Noir, he almost changed the past which could have erased the present and future. Villains don't do anything for the greater good, they destroy or take over the world. Just like your father did to you by taking away anything that makes you happy. Including my own father to forbid me from ever being with the girl I love who she is my happiness"

"I won't, never again," Felix said tearfully.

"Even if I did want to get away from my father's abuse, I would have had the other ring to gain my freedom. Just please don't ever do that again. I was scared to believe I have an evil family and I would have become like them" Adrien shuddered.

"The only evil ones now are damned in hell," Felix said.

"My mother would never abuse me. She's innocent and compassionate as I remember" Adrien said.

"Uncle said you were just like her" Felix wiped his tears.

"Because he was barely ever there for me when mom was the only good parent to raise me like a human, not a monster," Adrien said.

"Yeah, but Father only saw me as a monster," Felix said.

"Technically both our fathers are true monsters. My mother's innocence kept me kinder, but you let your father into your head" Adrien said.

"But no more," Felix said.

 Ladybug arrived home, detransforming.

"I hope he's not too hard on Felix. Both of them are polar opposites, Tikki" Marinette said.

"It was Felix's father who made him who he is. But I'm sure they can talk this through" Tikki said.

"Adrien has been through a lot. He would fear to be a daddy too if he didn't know what real fathers are like because he never had a real good father" Marinette panicked.

"But he has seen how your parents treat you and might do the same. You'd make one great mother yourself" Tikki said.

"I hope you're right, Tikki. Adrien struggled a lot with daddy issues far too much" Marinette said.

"Yeah, he has. And your partner Cat Noir has barely been around lately" Tikki said.

"I know. But I don't know if it's the time to reveal my identity to him since Monarch's dead" Marinette said.

"When the time is right," Tikki said.

"Adrien has been through so much. He was finally having the life in school, his friends, and me. His father can't even see him having the life he deserves" Marinette said.

"I know" Tikki nodded as she grabbed one cookie.

"Cat Noir has barely been out lately since Gabriel perished" Marinette sat on her loft bed.

She heard a tap on her trapdoor, "Hide Tikki" Marinette told her kwami before opening the trapdoor.

"Hey, Princess. Mind if I come in before I freeze my tail off?" It was none other than Cat Noir.

"I don't mind. I never leave strays outside" Marinette teased him.

"Thank you" Cat Noir climbs inside to her room.

"Where have you been, kitty? Your lady was looking everywhere for you" Marinette asked.

"Just been clearing my head since Gabriel passed away. But otherwise, I'm doing better thanks to you and Ladybug" Cat Noir explained his absence for nearly a month.

"Please don't get your lady worked up like that. You know she misses her kitty" Marinette said.

"I'm just giving her some space" Cat Noir replied while sitting near her.

"She's worried about you" Marinette scratched his chin.

"I will see her again soon," Cat Noir said while purring.

"And I thought you're a badass," Marinette said.

"I still am, Princess" Cat Noir chuckled and flexed one arm.

"Then you shouldn't be hiding in the shadows like a real alley cat," Marinette said, insisting he shouldn't be away for too long.

"I won't," Cat Noir said.

"She's gonna yank your whiskers eventually" Marinette scratched his back head, seeing that he's enjoying this too much.

"Doubtful. But you might wanna adopt me as your pet cat" Cat Noir had his head on her lap.

"Aww....are you trying to be cute for me?" Marinette smirked at him.

"I sure am" Cat Noir replied.

Marinette kept petting him some more. He purred so loud his belt tail was swishing back and forth.

"Awww.... so adorable!" Marinette couldn't help but find it funny.

"It's not funny," Cat Noir said between his purrs.

"Come on Kitty, admit it that it's cute when you act like your namesake," Marinette said smugly.

"Hmph, I'm handsome, not cute" Cat Noir corrected her.

"Oh yeah?" Marinette scratched near his ears.

"No!" Cat Noir let out a very loud purr.

"Aww.....you do love to be petted" Marinette snickered.

"By you and Ladybug" Cat Noir sat up.

"You're still a childish kitten" Marinette rolled her eyes.

"Mmmhmmm? I would like some glass of milk please" Cat Noir asked with big cute eyes.

"Goddamn it, I hate it when you make me vulnerable. But since you said please without a pun" Marinette climbs down to get him milk.

"You have no idea," Cat Noir said with a smile.

Minutes later Marinette came up with her glass of milk and some macaroons.

"Meow, my favorite cat food," Cat Noir said.

"Anything for you" Marinette sat next to him again.

"By the way, how's your prince? I heard he didn't take it well that his father is.....a psycho" Cat Noir shuddered while having macaroons.

"He's doing better, finally forgave his cousin or his now adoptive brother," Marinette said, knowing that Amelie legally adopted Adrien.

"I suppose he told you" Cat Noir guessed.

"Yes, and they suggested to never bring the events up again to ease the pain" Marinette continued.

"It's better that way, Marinette" Cat Noir agreed.

"Yep. Paris still needs you and Ladybug" Marinette looked him into his green eyes.

"And your lovely handsome prince needs you. He could be in an enchanted miserable sleeping spell, Princess Knight" Cat Noir said dramatically.

"Then I'll go for my quest to wake him up" Marinette pulls her own act.

"Meow, I love it when you're brave like a badass princess" Cat Noir flirted.

"Someday you got to muster up courage," Marinette said and ate her macaroon.

"Like Rapunzel in a tower. Only your prince is Rapunzel being trapped in that tower by his wretched father forbidding him to ever come out. You could have freed him in the fairytale story of Paris" Cat Noir chuckled and drank his glass of milk.

"I did, at long last" Marinette replied.

"Did you finally become his Mrs. Agreste?" Cat Noir teased that he loves to be funny with fairytale stories to her.

"Maybe once we graduate, we might marry," Marinette told her future plans.

"That's a long wait for a happily ever after" Cat Noir pouted.

"I know" Marinette agreed.

"But at least you freed him from his enchanted spell of misery" Cat Noir nuzzled her neck.

"Yes, Kitty" Marinette fell back on the bed.

"You seem tired. My lovely princess needs her beauty sleep" Cat Noir licks her cheek affectionately.

"Mmhmmm. I can't wait to see my prince tomorrow" Marinette said with a yawn.

"Now I must go. Cats are nocturnal and I love hunting mice. Meow" Cat Noir said.

"Good luck Kitty" Marinette kissed his cheek.
