There were times when Adrien's stress levels made him have nightmares of himself becoming the opposite of a black cat. It was like he was never akumatized in real life but in bad dreams can. In the nightmare, he was a white version with blue hair. Everyone was turned into cataclysm ash statues, even his lady and princess.

"No! NOOOOOOO!!!" He woke up screaming.

Noticing that he's in Marinette's room and she also woke up from his screaming.

"Adrien, what's wrong?" Marinette asked.

"I just had a bad dream of Cat Noir becoming a destroyer of worlds," Adrien said, panting heavily.

"Whoa, whoa! Just breathe calmly" Marinette puts her hands on his chest.

Adrien breathed heavily and laid back down. He tried to slow his heart rate down by trying to think of her being with him.

"There, there, Adrien" Marinette said in a soothing voice.

"I still remember how mom comforts me when I used to be afraid of thunderstorms," Adrien said.

"I wish I'd met her," Marinette said.

"My father never told me what really happened to her. All he says is that she disappeared. I never believed it but I just think she's dead. It's hard to imagine" Adrien said.

"Yeah," Marinette nuzzled him.

"I cannot lose you too in this Akuma plague, Mari" Adrien pulled her close to him.

"My prince" Marinette stroked his hair.

Adrien soon calmed down and looked at her, "Kiss me to life" Adrien begged.

Marinette kissed him on the lips. He had so much passion for her that he loved. He held her close while kissing her. He needed all the love he could get, something that his father could never do other than give him orders.

"I love you, Adrien," Marinette said.

"I love you too," Adrien said.

"Our love is so strong," Marinette said.

"Yes, my love," Adrien said.

Plagg being hidden just can't get used to these teens loving each other. But Tikki had no problem with that.

"Give me a break. Those two are so oblivious for way too long" Plagg said.

"We can't reveal ourselves in front of them," Tikki said.

"I know but my poor little kitten has been through a lot. Not even a bedtime story from his dad" Plagg said.

"I can see that" Tikki whispered.

"My kitten became like a scaredy cat, sugarcube. He is still scared of harming people with his cataclysm" Plagg said.

"I understand," Tikki said.

"But Nathalie was more worried than that bossy man," Plagg said.

"That's great. She's an adult with responsibilities" Tikki said.

"Yeah, and his gorilla," Plagg said.

"So what's the problem?" Tikki said.

"The problem is that I know his dad will go crazy to think Marinette is the only friend my kitten needs but he always treats her and everyone as a bad influence," Plagg said.

"He already is delusional as I can tell," Tikki said.

"What's so wrong with my kitten having friends?" Plagg asked

"Nothing is wrong about that," Tikki said.

"Exactly. My previous kittens before him never had daddy issues" Plagg said.

"You're pretty much a dad to Adrien" Tikki joked.

"Well, you could say that," Plagg said.

Gabriel is beyond furious that he wants to akumatize himself to get his son back home but if he does that, Nathalie will declare that he has no custody of Adrien if he does something out of madness.

"I warned you, Gabriel. If you do that there will be consequences! Marinette is doing everything to help Adrien with his panic attacks" She said.

"I don't trust her! She's filling his head with bad influence!" Gabriel protested.

"Enough! This is Adrien's teenage life! Not your life!" Nathalie said.

The bodyguard nodded in agreement, "Not you too!" Gabriel said.

Gorilla showed pictures of Adrien's friends with him, telling Gabriel that Adrien is not a helpless child and he respects his happiness without being way overprotective. He also showed he supports Adrien and Marinette.

"We all support Adrien's happiness except you. From what I see, you only want happiness for yourself without anyone in your life" Nathalie said.

"The only happiness he needs is his mother!" Gabriel said.

"He doesn't just need her; he needs real company! He's not living in the past like you!" Nathalie said.

Gabriel was taken aback by the words.

"He's not a child anymore, Gabriel. He's learning to live and grow. That's what Emilie wants for him" Nathalie coughed terribly.

The Bodyguard looks at her in concern. Gabriel just leaves them on their own. The only happiness that brought him and his son together was Emilie.

"This is far from over. Nothing will stop my goal" He said.

He thought of a plan to akumatize himself to give his son more nightmares that would make him come home but Nathalie warned him that his stress levels were very dangerous and his palpitations could cause severe chest pain and would result in seeing a doctor. The only one who can bring nightmares to life is the boy who watches too much scary movies.

"This might work," He said sinisterly.

It was already night and Adrien was asleep with Marinette, dreaming about his future with her. A cute cottage, three kids named Emma, Hugo, and Louis, and a hamster. He imagined that Emma would be the next Cat Noir. But then, he heard a familiar child's voice singing and it woke him up in alarm when the sand dust touched him and Marinette.

The lock bars appeared and the zombie Adrien went on about loving Chloe, Lila, or Kagami.

"No! Not now!" Adrien saw the bars caging in.

"Marinette" A spooky voice sounds a lot like him.

"Not again!" Marinette gasps.

"Do you wanna hear my secret?" Nightmare Adrien said.

"We need to get out now!" Adrien punched the nightmare before quickly moving to the trapdoor below before the bats almost closed them up.

"Come back here!" Nightmare Adrien failed to get them.

As they both head outside, the nightmares are everywhere in Paris. Both teens are gonna have to make up an excuse to transform separately.

"I'll go help the others!" Marinette ran.

Adrien ran into hiding in the alley, "Whatever miraculous Sandboy is using. It better not be Second Chance or Clout this time. He barely even uses the snake power"

"We got to find out," Plagg said.

"I don't know what I fear as Cat Noir. It's not an evil Ladybug I'm afraid of. Plagg, claws out!" He transformed into Cat Noir.

He heard Ladybug swoosh by and avoided the dust.

"Sandboy is back, milady. This is no time for him to be watching scary movies again and bringing monsters to life" Cat Noir said.

"Let's put an end to it, kitty cat," Ladybug said.

"Yeah. So I can have wonderful dreams in my cat nap" Cat Noir said.

"Let's go" Ladybug swung up.

"Face your fears, cowards!" Sandboy shot Sandusky at them but it missed Ladybug, but it hit Cat Noir.

"Agh!" He was hit against the lamppost.

"No!" Ladybug thought his nightmare from last time would show up but instead, all she sees is a new nightmare silhouette coming out of the alley with glowing purple feline eyes.

"How nice to finally come out and be untamed when I can just destroy everything!" He cackled.

"What the hell?!" Cat Noir gasps.

"Heh, you can call me Claw Noir" The nightmare waves his unruly spiky dark green hair like a rockstar, "You didn't know, kitty? Your worst fear is to become me to have lust to destroy everyone out of control! A lot better than that ridiculous tight catsuit like a woman! Only this time I'm a badass and ready to cause bad luck! I can destroy anyone!" Claw Noir cackled like a maniac.

"I'll never become you!" Cat Noir said.

Claw Noir grabbed Sandboy who tried to sneak up on him, "Get lost, punk!" He kicked him away, "Oh, I think you will" He unsheathed his claws.

"Milady, stop Sandboy" Cat Noir held out his staff.

"Got it" Ladybug leaps after Sandboy.

"You may be real but I would never be a goth punk like you!" Cat Noir slowly circles.

"You're nothing compared to me," Claw Noir said.

"And I shouldn't! I would never kill innocent lives with a cataclysm" Cat Noir growled.

"You will! CATACLYSM!!!" Claw Noir shouted and threw the orb at the ground.

Cat Noir extends his staff to avoid the ground cracking and jumps in midair before racking his nightmare, causing a crazy catfight style at each other by rolling, screeching like a cat, and clawing. Claw Noir almost bites him during the fight. Cat Noir hissed out loud before racking him again, rolling everywhere as they hit against the car, alarm going off.

"There can be only one good kitty!" Cat Noir yelled.

Claw Noir hissed very loud at him, "And let your daddy control your entire nine lives?! That's why Cat Noir was weak but Claw Noir is free and untamed" Claw Noir cackled and cataclysm the lamppost to prove his point.

"You have no idea what I went through after Monarch forced me to do that on his arm!" Cat Noir growled.

"I do know because I'm your nightmare. Why be good when you can be a badass?" Claw Noir smirked wickedly.

"Because I'm not like him! My partner and I will always protect Paris!" Cat Noir split his staff into two batons.

"What a pity for a path you chose" Claw Noir scratched the car to show how serious he is.

"I choose the light side!" Cat Noir tried to be fearless.

Claw Noir intimidated him, making his victim back away, "Pathetic! Just like our mother. No wonder Daddy likes to play your strings of life!"

"I would have been a better dad than he was!" Cat Noir said.

He backed away as he leaned against the wall. Claw Noir made sure his prey was scared of him, "Kittens are weak, furball! You're still a pathetic kitten, helpless, meowing in fear, don't know what to do" Claw Noir cackled.

"I'm not killing people!" Cat Noir said.

"Killing is a living!" Cat Noir was about to claw him.

"MIRACULOUS LADYBUG!!" Ladybug shouted.

"NO!! Not now!" Claw Noir knew he was going to get erased.

"SAY GOODBYE!" Cat Noir shoves him.

Claw Noir screamed as he got erased.

"Cat Noir, are you alright?" Ladybug swung up to him.

Apparently, he wasn't okay due to his panic attacks and he had to face his nightmare that he never thought would be losing control of himself and becoming a bad kitty like him.

"Kitty? Come here, it's over now" Ladybug hugs him. He purred in fear, hugging her back.

"There, there, Kitty. I'm here" Ladybug felt him shake.

"I faced myself as a killer" He whimpered.

"It wasn't real," Ladybug said.

"It felt so real" Cat Noir hugged Ladybug tightly.
