Adrien was shaking like a leaf from getting akumatized. He thought Monarch would find out if he's Cat Noir but Plagg told him he didn't. In the video from Alya when she recorded Injustice confronting Chloe, it was like he looked a bit like Sephiroth from Final Fantasy. He admits the long hair but the trauma made him feel much worse right now.

Marinette offered him a Chinese stress relief tea to help him calm down before he gets another anxiety attack. His father was no help at all today because he can't express concern like everyone else that is not perfect.

"Relax Adrien" Marinette tries to calm him down.

"I never meant to hurt anyone" Adrien trembling.

"Nobody got hurt Adrien, except Chloe, your father, and Lie-la" Marinette said.

"Yeah, but still, I'm not in good health" Adrien ate his meal.

Everyone on the liberty boat huddled him that they were there for him.

"Relax, Dude. We got your back" Nino said.

"It was living in a nightmare from hell. But at least you're helping me get out of hell" Adrien said, appreciating their comfort.

"You're welcome" Said Rose.

"I wish I was like you guys. Living in a mansion makes me sick. It's like my father doesn't even know what I want but he thinks that being an Agreste is what I want. I never wanted to be a model because strict diets make me uncomfortable when I lose too much weight" Adrien poured out his feelings due to wearing his amok ring.

"There has to be some way to free you completely," Alya said.

"My father is a powerful man. It almost feels like he never knew what it's like to be....well.... non-rich like you guys" Adrien drinks his tea since he stopped shaking like a leaf, "The problem is, I just want a life outside of wealth"

"Anyone would want that," Marinette said.

"And I just want to be what you and everyone are like. Being a rich boy is just.....too much" Adrien said.

"I agree" Marinette held his hand.

"Your melodies are finding their right tune," Luka said.

"Thanks, Luka," Adrien said.

"Why didn't you tell us that you never wanted to travel the world with Lila?" Alya asked.

"I don't know. It's just....Paris is my home" Adrien said.

"Fair enough" Alya replied.

"But then he somehow changed his mind a lot. It's like whenever there's an akuma defeated, he cancels everything like it didn't matter to him" Adrien said.

"Like in New York," Marinette recalled.

"Does it feel strange that every time an Akuma shows up, your dad doesn't even show worry or concern to you but forces you to come home?" Nino asked.

"Yeah, even as Collector" Adrien said.

"I don't like this dude. What you need is comfort, love from your dudette, and fun outside that mansion. You need something that makes you laugh" Nino said.

"Laughter is like emotional medicine to fight anxiety," Rose said.

"Exactly," Juleka said.

"I guess that's why I've always missed out on laughing a lot. The only one who made me laugh was my mother. But that's the past. You guys always make me laugh and smile. Marinette brightens my soul every day" Adrien said, making his princess sit on his lap.

"Thank you, my prince," Marinette said.

Lila cannot believe Chloe foolishly did not go with the plan but instead, she does it her own way. The Akuma did not touch Marinette but on Adrien. The chains were so heavy it almost made her body out of shape.

"Damn it, Chloe. We almost got Marinette" She clenched her fists.

"Adrikins got akumatized instead of her! Why are you blaming me?!" Chloe yelled.

"If only we would have kept Adrien away from her!" Lila said.

"He no longer is friends with me or you! You had to blow everything by playing with him like a toy! You blew your chance with him because he sees you as a liar!" Chloe blamed her.

"He saw through my facade and sided with her ever since," Lila said.

"That's what you get when you can't resist yourself!" Chloe said.

"And you can't resist your anger when everyone adores Marinette over you!" Lila yelled at her.

"SHUT UP!" Chloe almost slapped her, "Urgh! What do you suggest next?!" Chloe then stops.

A devious look appeared on Lila's face, "Have the dumb friends of theirs go against them" Lila said.

Sabrina remained quiet about this but she felt neglected by Chloe choosing Lila as her new best friend over her.

"It wouldn't matter," Chloe said.

"Then perhaps something else," Lila said.

Adrien was in his bedroom, never wanting to talk to his father again.

"Well, it can't get any worse now," Plagg said.

"I got akumatized by a monster, Plagg. I attacked Chloe, Lila, and my father. It wasn't justice, it was madness" Adrien said.

"Yeah, but wasn't it going for Marinette?" Plagg asked.

"Yes, but I didn't want her to be akumatized," Adrien said.

"You always sacrifice your nine lives to save your lady and now you're becoming a protective shield to your princess" Plagg swallowed his cheese.

"Yes, I have," Adrien said.

"How many of your nine lives will die?" Plagg said.

"I have no idea," Adrien said.

"Both of you can't live without each other. And you always let your daddy make you a house cat to keep to himself" Plagg said.

"I know. At least it can't get any worse with Marinette" Adrien replied.

"Chloe and Lila are working together. That's not good. I told you that some regular people can be worse than just akumas, kid. Hasn't your mother taught you that?" Plagg asked.

"Well, I thought Chloe could change but no, she blew all her chances," Adrien said.

"You gotta stop letting your kindness blind you from seeing there's bad in people," Plagg said.

"I already learned," Adrien said.

"You never listen to me, kid. Just like your father never listens to you" Plagg swallowed another cheese.

"I sometimes doubt he ever cares," Adrien said.

"One of these days you're gonna go insane for why he's neglecting you. You'll be alone like a cat burglar and some of my previous kittens were thieves" Plagg said.

"You just gave me an idea," Adrien said.

"No! Don't even think about it!" Plagg warned.

"Never mind" Adrien replied.

Night approached and Cat Noir decided to visit his princess since he hates to be alone at the mansion. Talking to Plagg is fine but he needs a person to talk to than just his kwami. He knocks on the trapdoor to get her attention.

"Heh, you mangy cat" Marinette looked up and opened the trapdoor for him to come inside.

"Hello Princess" Cat Noir said once inside.

"Lonely again?" Marinette asked.

"Yeah, better than talking to my kwami. I need a 'person' friend to talk to like you" Cat Noir nuzzled her neck, wanting attention from her.

"I understand, Kitty" Marinette pets him.

"Puuuuuuurrrrrrrrr" The kitty purred so loud that he liked to be petted by his princess.

Marinette smiled at how cute he sounded, "You really are a desperate kitten" Marinette said.

"How can I not resist a sweet girl like you?" Cat Noir said.

"Maybe because I'm your cute mouse?" Marinette said.

"Yeah," Cat Noir rubs his cheek on her hand.

"Funny. And yet you don't chase pigeons because of your allergies. Where's your feline nature?" Marinette teased.

"Aside from drinking milk and chasing laser dots?" Cat Noir wondered.

"Maybe. Especially facing your fear of water" Marinette said, knowing that cats hate water.

"You mangy cat. Every time you're cocky, you always don't give up" Marinette said.

"Indeed" Cat Noir sat up.

"Is there anything else you can do, Puss in Boots?" Marinette asked.

"Actually yes" Cat Noir does his puppy eyes and pawing his hands to look cute.

"Awwwww" Marinette got smitten by his cuteness.

"Merci. By the way, I heard that your prince is having....anxiety issues?" Cat Noir said.

"Yeah, due to his mean father," Marinette said.

"Are you helping your prince recover like a mighty princess helping a dude in distress?" Cat Noir flirted.

"I am, with the help of my friends," Marinette said.

"Good girl" Cat Noir slowly licked her cheek.

"Are you always this affectionate?" Marinette said.

"Yeah, I am," Cat Noir said.

"I also heard you were having anxiety issues too. What happened?" Marinette asked, despite knowing it was the incident of the cataclysm.

"It's because Monarch made me cataclysm him on his left arm," Cat Noir said.

"What?" Marinette does her shocked act.

"Yes. Ladybug and I caught him but before we could save the rest of the miraculous, Monarch grabbed my hand which still had cataclysm on. It was meant as intimidation but he did it to escape" Cat Noir said.

"Oh, Kitty" Marinette hugs him.

"I thought it would have turned him to ashes" Cat Noir shuddered.

"But it apparently did not," Marinette said

"Using a cataclysm on sentimonster makes it dangerous but on a person without magical suit protection, definitely worse," Cat Noir said.

"I don't want you to be a killer" Marinette nuzzled his chest.

"He cataclysm himself with my destructive paw, princess. I don't want that sin in me" Cat Noir said.

"Neither do I" Marinette murmured.

"I'm not a predator to kill," Cat Noir said.

"One of these days if Monarch does something inhuman, you would have no choice but to kill him if he tried to kill you and your lady," Marinette said.

"If he did. He barely comes out fighting like a man" Cat Noir said.

"What did you see when he cataclysm himself?" Marinette asked.

"The cracks and the pain that surged through him" Cat Noir replied.

"Damn it" Marinette gasped.

"Yes, because of that, I might regret what's gonna happen when his time is up," Cat Noir said.

"Oh, kitty. What you told me, he created his death wish, not by you intentionally" Marinette said.

"He rather die than face justice," Cat Noir said.
