Blurb:

Their relationship was a game, a game that Taehyung liked to play. He pushed Jungkook to his limits, testing his loyalty and manipulating his emotions. But despite the pain, Jungkook couldn't let go of his love for Taehyung.

It took a dramatic event for Jungkook to realize that he needed to break free from the twisted game they were playing. But when Taehyung returns, a changed man, Jungkook must decide whether to trust him again or walk away for good.

 Prologue

As Taehyung stood before Jungkook, his heart felt heavy with regret. He knew he made mistakes and has hurt the one person he loved more than anything in the world. He couldn't bear to let go, couldn't imagine a life without Jungkook by his side.

"I am sorry, Kookie. Forgive me" he whispered, his voice barely audible above the sound of their beating heart. Tears threatened to spill from his eyes but he refused to let them fall. He knew he needed to be strong, to show Jungkook that he was serious and changing and becoming the person that Jungkook deserved.

Jungkook looked at him with a mixture of pain and hope in his eyes. He wanted to believe in Taehyung and wanted to forgive him but he was afraid. Afraid that the history would repeat itself, that Taehyung would hurt him again.

But as he looked into Taehyung's eyes, he saw something different. A glimmer of hope, of sincerity, of love. And despite his fears, he found himself taking a step closer to Taehyung.

Taehyung reached out and took Jungkook's hand, intertwining their fingers, "I know what I did was unacceptable but I am ready to change" he said, his voice shaking with emotion. "I am ready to change myself for our love, for you, Jungkook"
