It was a very busy day in Sweet Pop as Jussy was running around, serving at the takeout window and at the same time, serving tables.

"Enjoy your meal!" she said as she handout the takeout to a satyr who was riding his motorcycle.

Then, she is serving more tables with customers around the place. Just then, Rose and Poppy entered the place with Branch trailing behind them.

"Wow, Poppy, your place is busier than ever," Rose gasped.

"Nice to see our restaurant going on and on," Poppy said.

"All of the staff are as busy as bees here," Branch said.

"Hey Popsqueak!" Val called out to them.

Val was talking to a chubby, dark-skinned orc in one of the tables. He has blue eyes and dark blue curly hair in a large spiky style, and a soul patch on his chin. He wears a muddy blue collared shirt, white vest, a purple and black stripped necktie, wine-colored pants, and a black studded belt. He also has black ear studs and sneakers.

"Hey Val, hey Demo," Poppy said.

"You won't believe what we got in plan for Barb's club," Demo said. "We're having a guitar auction to raise money for a limited edition, velvet red drumset."

"And we're having some old, vintage guitars renovated and remade," Val added.

"WHOA!!!" the sprites and an elf gasped and marveled.

"Here's your order, burgers and fries," Jussy said.

"Actually Jussy, we ordered avocado toasts and shakes," Val said.

"Oops, sorry," Jussy apologized as she took the wrong orders and swapped them.

After she finished, she went to talk to Poppy and Branch about her problem.

"Poppy, I'm maxed out!!" Jussy complained to them.

"We better get you some help, since Fuzzbert is helping Smidge, and the chefs with the food preparations, Holly is out doing deliveries, and Legsly is working behind the cash register," Poppy said.

Branch turned around to see a female orc with blue-green hair in a long ponytail with blunt bangs talking to DJ Suki.

"Yeah, Roller Derby season is finished so I need a job," she said.

"Hey Lilith! Are you interested in working here?" Branch asked her.

"Whoa?! Me?" Lilith asked him confusingly. "I don't know because orcs are used to being edgy."

"We could definitely use someone who moves fast," Poppy said as she went up to their table.

"Can I use my skates here?" She asked them.

"Sure, it would be a new trend in this restaurant," Poppy said. "You're hired, and there are some spare uniforms in the closet."

"Great!" Lilith squealed before she sprinted for the closet at the back.

After a few minutes, Lilith is finally ready, wearing a white, short-sleeved collared shirt, a pleated blue miniskirt, and her roller skates but she customized her uniform with a black leather vest, fishnet stockings, a lightning bolt buckled belt and a choker.

"Whoa!!! You customized your uniform!" Poppy gasped.

"I wanted to give this bland outfit some hard rock feeling to it," she said. "They had the same color."

"Nah, it's alright," Poppy said as she was getting a tray ready but Lilith grabbed the tray, ready to serve food but she crashed on the wall, causing a mess.

"She needs a little practice, waitressing is different from roller derby," Rose said.

The next day, at the party room of Sweet Pop, Lilith is trying to learn how to balance trays while skating.

"Okay, let's start with just one tray," Poppy said as she handed Lilith a tray for her to balance.

"I don't know if I could do it," she said.

"It's alright, just keep on practicing," Jussy said, encouraging her.

Lilith took a few glides as she balances the tray but not without some bumps and crashes. After a few tries, she was able to do it.

"I did it!" Lilith shouted.

"WOOOHOOO!!" The two sprites cheered for her.

"Now you know how to balance a tray so let's see if you can try balancing some items with it," Poppy said.

Lilith then tried to skate with a tray piled with food. She crashed and bumped on a few tables but she was able to keep the food from falling or spilling off the tray. Finally, she was able to learn how to balance the tray while skating.

"Wow, I didn't know I can do it!" Lilith gasped.

"Now you're ready," Jussy said.

"You got what it takes to work here," Poppy added.

"Wait?! You mean I'm ready? Is there anything else I need to learn?" she asked them.

"Not much, but you just have to own it," Poppy said.

"Yeah, just be who you are," Jussy added.

Finally, on her debut as a waitress, Lilith tries to use her skating skills through the restaurant but she was nervous about it. Jussy and Poppy were there to support her. She took short and slow glides as she carries a tray of food with her hands.

"You got this, Lilith!" Poppy said. "Just own it!"

Lilith tried not to crash with a tray of food on her hands but as soon as she spins around, the food that she is serving, flew from her tray and landed safe on the customer's table in one piece.

"Whoa! That is a new way of serving food faster than a waitress walking around," a centaur said. "Thanks Lilith!"

Jussy and Poppy sighed in relief as Lilith got up.

"See! You got this Lilith!" Poppy said.

"I do? Yeah, I did got it! I just have to own it," Lilith said.

For the rest of the day, Lilith used her skating skills in serving the customers at the diner that more beings and humans would come to eat there.

"Okay, Lilith, here's Val and Demo's orders," Poppy instructed Lilith. "Remember, own it."

Lilith took a slow start in gliding and later, she went fast and arrived at Val and Demo's table, where she served their orders.

"Whoa!!! Lilith, you really slayed it!" Val gasped.

"Thanks for bringing our orders faster than a griffin," Demo thanked her.

"You're welcome," Lilith responded.

"And all the guitars are here, they'd be sold for big bucks at the auction!" Val said.

"Yeah, it's gonna rock!" Demo agreed. "Hey Poppy, do you wanna join us at Volcano Rock City for the auction as our auctioneer?"

"Me? Of course!" Poppy squealed.

"Hey, Rose will also be there as a presenter," Val added.

"Nice job, Lilith," Jussy congratulated her.

"Thanks, I guess I'm good at something other than roller derby," Lilith smiled.

"Yeah, you'll do great here at Sweet Pop," Poppy said.
