In the city, at an underground sewer system, a group of scientist are working on a project. "Is it done?" Bretha asked one of the scientist. "It's almost complete, ma." the scientist answered. "And your certain, your creation will eliminated my enemy's?" Bretha asked the person next to her. The person is reviled to be, the Red Skull, the Avengers enemy, "You mean, our enemy's and I'm certain, my creation will eliminated them."

Bretha rub her chin, "Yeah, tell that from your fail creation." "May be the first Winter Soldier is a fail creation," Red Skull said, as the two look at the scientist working on a person who is sitting on the chair and he handed Bretha a paper file. "But, my second Winter Soldier will succeeded. My HYDRA soldiers found this young man after some sorta fire from a place called, SFIT." Bretha open the file and look through it. "And this is what all I needed, let's just see if Brenda and her friends can stop this Winter Soldier." Bretha said, with a smirked.
