Miles first met Bonnie after his space jet crash's near the Kalos forest. After the two talk they became great friends. Then Miles began having a crush on Bonnie and Bonnie coincidentally having a crush on Miles. But, after Miles became captain of Mission Force One, they began to go close. But, they didn't began to be a couple until they become the fusion Mileonnie, that Miles confused to Bonnie that he loves her and Bonnie confused the same thing to him and the two kiss. They became a couple ever since.
