Tw: stalking, fear, slight allusion to abuse and killing

Pandora sighed as they looked at their phone. So many messages from their dad asking about the new kids. They hated what they had to do. It had only been one day, why was he so insistent? He had all the time in the world to get the women. It wasn't like he'd make his move today anyways, it was the first day of school.

They winced and sighed, knowing exactly why. They knew that he wanted them for bad things, and Pandora hated helping. However, if they didn't, it wouldn't be good for anyone. They'd end up hurt, and he'd still get to their brothers in one way or another.

This had all been explained to them when they were growing up. How Caligula had gotten their brothers and made them bionic, like they were. How Nyx and Hemera had saved them, not knowing Caligula would get out and adopt Pandora.

They were scared to not comply. And they knew they'd end up hurt or worse if they didn't. But, Pandora knew they needed to take that chance. They planned to tell the others in a few weeks, once they got to know everyone better. Once they would believe them.

They walked in the rain to the library, knowing Roman would've given them a ride, but they needed to have time to think over everything now.

Caligula hummed as he grabbed his camera, taking pictures of one of his old loves. He was watching the light haired woman, studying her moves around the lab. He missed his girlfriends. He knew he could get them back if he tried. They'd do anything to save their sons. But he also knew himself.

He'd do anything to get them back and use their bionics, to show them what they were meant to do. Take over all of humanity, his kids and loves by his side.

Hemera could feel herself being watched, but she ignored it. She had been paranoid ever since she escaped his grasp with her sons. She sighed, checking her phone. She saw the old picture of all of them. Herself, Nyx, Caligula, and their sons. All of their kids together. She knew they'd all meet today...but none of them would remember the others.

She wondered if Remus still looked like Roman as much as he did when they were babies. She wondered if Virgil's ears ever healed...she had barely talked to Nyx, so as to keep everyone safe. She only knew they'd be going to the same school now because Nyx messaged to make sure it was safe.

She sighed and got back to work. She needed to finish up her work again, to stop getting distracted. She heard noise outside and peeked out, not seeing anything. Hemera sighed and put her headphones in, trying to ignore the world for now.

Nyx hummed as she helped take care of the babies. She had a new job at a daycare, which was why the kids had to go to school. She knew her boys. She knew they would get nothing done without her there if she let them stay at home.

She smiled as she heard someone come in, but her smile faltered. The man looked really familiar... "May I help you?" She asked, walking over. She felt instantly uneasy around him, holding the toddler in her arms even tighter.

The brown eyed man smiled, and she froze. He looked so much like Caligula....no. She knew he'd never find her. Besides, her ex didn't have a scar on his lip. This man did.

He chuckled. "I'm a health inspector," he said. He sounded exactly like Caligula, she was getting scared. But if this was him, why did he show no signs of finding her familiar? It was so weird to her. But she just smiled.

"Hi," Nyx chuckled. "I'm Nyx Wolf, the manager on duty, it's nice to meet you." She shook his hand, trying so hard to focus on the here and now, and not the past.

Pandora smiled as they met up with the others at the library. They had to keep up the smile until they couldn't anymore, until they felt as if it was safe enough to tell their brothers.

They knew they needed to tell them all soon. Sooner than they thought, especially since they checked their phone again. One message from their dad, three words.

"It's all coming together."
