Saying goodbye to Arabella Figgs must've been the hardest thing she had to do in her life. This was the same woman who walked her to school and took her to the park.

The same woman wiped her tears away when she questioned why her father left her mother pregnant.

The whole time Nymphadora had her arm looped with Celeste's as they walked the path towards the cozy house. "Oh, I can't wait to show you your room! Mum's worried that you won't like it ─"

Andromeda puffed her cheeks in embarrassment as Ted laughed at his wife. "I did not! But we can change it into whatever you want," she explained to her niece.

Celeste's heart warmed at her aunt's words. "Thanks, Aunt Andy." it took her three times to get used to them and she was surprised about how opposite they were compared to the Malfoys.

She felt normal like she was before when she lived at Surrey across from Harry. Speaking of Harry her heart dropped.

He was still living at the Dursleys despite the whole Aunt Marge fiasco.

"The House is concealed with a glamour. Only magic folk can see the residence. So if you have any muggle friends that want to visit anytime..."

Celeste shook her head, "I never had any friends before Hogwarts─I went to a muggle school at the local town...but I was a bit of a loner... But I had Harry and to be honest I couldn't ask for a better best friend."

Andromeda's heart dropped a bit and had scenarios in her mind of what her life at school was like before she discovered Hogwarts.

"I feel bad that I left him behind, you see, he doesn't have the best relatives." Celeste was talking freely now, no longer feeling guarded. "They hate magic. Which is why I'm afraid that he'll be lonely over the summer."

The fear of her niece getting bullied at school ached her heart. Ted's hand reached out to intertwine with hers. He just gave her a sorrowful smile.

"I'm glad you at least had someone there for you." smiled Andromeda. She made a mental note to send him some sweets and food. "You can always visit, but I'm not sure they'll like you showing up in the fireplace."

"You're gonna love it here in Whitby. By any chance do you know Cedric Diggory? If you go over that hill over there, it leads to the neighborhoods. He's our neighbor. Alicia Spinnet lives the street over. She has a massive crush on my friend Charlie Weasley. I'm sure you know Ron...never met him but he seems to love my mum's homemade mac n' cheese."

Tonks Residence was in the middle of a field near the shores of a beach. There were a few beach houses in the distance as well.

"He's the cool Weasley! He has dragons." Celeste grinned.

Nymphadora laughed, "I'll make sure to tell Charlie that."

Ted fished out a key and opened the door. "Each family member has a key, we have another spare for you."

Tonks' residence reminded her of the burrow. A home filled with love judging by the motion picture frames at any spaces of the walls. There was one of her mother and Sirius drawing with a little three-year-old Nymphadora babbling random things to them.

A lit fire greeted Celeste in a blanket of warmth. The living room area had shelves on both sides of the fireplace and a couple of frames on top of the shelf above the fireplace. Around the coffee table were throw pillows. There were a rocking chair and a big sofa across the warm-lit fire.

"It's....well it isn't much." Andromeda sighed.

"This place is amazing." Celeste stared around in awe. "We live by a freakin' seaside in the middle of a field."

Nymphadora swung an arm around her mother's shoulders. "I told you she'd like it."

Celeste was guided to her room beside Tonks. The room gave off light academia vibes. "Arabella gave her a couple of catalogs of what you liked."

This made the Black's heart soften. Arabella could never afford much but tried to spoil her as much as she could. So to hear that she actually helped Andy sort out of her room made Celeste thankful.

"We're having pizza tonight, I'll let you get settled in...and if you like, we can go pick it up together. We can even take my dad's car and listen to Abba. I have to warn you I'm a bad driver and singer."

Celeste smiled brightly, "You got me at ABBA to convince me enough Dora."

Nymphadora's hair turned yellow in happiness.

If there was one word to describe her living situation at the Tonks. It would be the word paradise.

Celeste felt like she was on top of the world. For the first time, she can invite friends over. She was never allowed to do so before because of Arabella's cats.

Sirius also came by Andromeda's first comment was none other than his hair.

"What happened to your hair?"

"Gee, great to see you too Andy."

Whenever people came over, Sirius lived under the deck where Ted conjured up a small dog house for him.

Uncle Remus found it quite hilarious.

She was extremely close with Andromeda after a couple of hours. They would sit up after dinner and she'd lead her out of the balcony and teach her about the stars. From where they live, they can see them clearly.

Andromeda would bring up Regulus from time to time, telling her the randomized things each time Celeste did something that reminded her of him. "You've got your mother's looks, hair, Regulus' eyes, and curls─I can see why Sirius and Remus have different opinions on who you resemble."

To say that Celeste preferred living here in Whitby rather than her old town.

When Cedric Diggory learned that she moved here he didn't hesitate to ride his bike over the hill and to the Tonks beach house.

"So it's true then? The Tonks got custody over you?"

They were on their way to the bakery. Sofia Diggory and Andromeda were planning a lunch for the two families.

Leo also refused to leave her side and followed her and Cedric.

"Mhm, I don't think the Malfoy's are happy about it. But I'm allowed to visit on the weekends if I want too...and I think I should because of my other Aunt Narcissa and Draco."

"Lifes too short Cecily, don't take it for granted. I don't see eye to eye with them but they do seem to want to make you happy and want to know about you. I just want you to be careful."

Celeste breathed in the smell of yeast and burnt sugar. Leo brushed against her ankle and clawed her.

The witch sighed and carried Leo.

They quickly got the bread and left on the path leading towards the direction of her home.

Home.

She felt so weird saying it.

"So the Quidditch World Tournament is coming up. Mum's not coming but she wants you to take it."

Celeste gaped at her friend, "Are you for real? I would love to go!"

"Hey, kids! Need a shortcut?"

There stood Remus Lupin wearing a buttoned-up shirt and jeans. Celeste noticed that his hair grew longer.

"Uncle Remus!" shouted Celeste and charged over to him and leaped into his arms.

Remus embraced the girl and laughed. "Hey─look at you! ─ Andromeda invited me over for lunch. My dad's also there and he wants to meet you."

"Hi Professor." Cedric greeted.

The man chortled, "No longer a Professor anymore, remember?"

"Who cares?" stated Celeste and Cedric in unison.

Cedric shook his head, "You were the best DADA Professor we had in two years! When Celeste told me that 'You Know Who's face was on the back of Quirrell's turban it made sense who let the troll in."

Remus grimaced and remembered what Dumbledore said about how Harry, Celeste, Hermione, and Ron put themselves in danger.

"Don't get me started about last year ─ everyone thought I was the Slytherin heir because I'm in the House. How dumb can people be?"

This led to another ramble from Celeste Black and Cedric would add in here. Remus had a small smile on his face. He was practically beaming at her little accomplishments here and there.

His plans to apparate were out the window because right now he missed out on so many things in her life. So every minute was worth it.

When they arrived back at the house she spotted Amos Diggory talking with a man in his late sixties.

"Guess who's back?" Remus said to his father smiling. He was all giddy and excited for his dad to meet his godchild.

Lyall Lupin gasped dramatically and waved his hand over to Celeste to come forward. "Look at you! I haven't seen you since you were this small!" he gestured with his hands making everyone around the room laugh.

"H ─ Hello." Celeste got shy at the many eyes on her figure.

"Don't be shy dear, call me Gramps. Remus, you didn't tell me she was this beautiful!" ─ Celeste blushed. " ─ not to be rude, sweetheart, but I thought the whole custody drama with the Malfoys was next week?"

Andromeda sighed, "Lyall, it was last week. We wanted to surprise you on your birthday."

"It's your birthday?" Celeste asked, feeling bad that she didn't have a present.

The man chuckled, "I'm so old that I don't care about birthdays but this has got to be the best present."

"Don't hesitate to owl me if they make you uncomfortable." Andromeda's arms encased Celeste as she stood by the fireplace. "Remember you are allowed to do magic outside school. Remember the books and lessons I gave you?"

Andromeda has been giving her lessons. Wandless magic was a challenge. Patience was the key to progress and took lots of concentration. Aunt Andy taught her basic spells and ones for emergencies.

Two days later after she came back and settled into the family, Celeste received a letter from the family owl the next morning during breakfast. Narcissa invited her to have lunch and discuss a few things.

Ted had his job at the daily prophet and Andromeda's shift at St. Mungos doesn't start in an hour.

"I'll be perfectly fine Aunt Andy. I will owl you after every lunch." Celeste promised, also embracing the family member she's grown closer with the past week.

Andromeda sighed and kissed her forehead. "I can't help but worry, you know that right?"

It was no secret that Andromeda and Narcissa have avoided each other for years. That's until Celeste came back. Then again, they wouldn't exactly talk like they were sisters.

They fought like they were enemies.

"Love you, Aunt Andy!" Celeste departed into the floo powder leaving Andromeda in shock but close to tears.

Celeste appeared in the emerald flames away and gulped, realizing the words she stated before slipped before her mouth. She didn't mean to say those words out loud. But meant to say it in her head, fearing what her thoughts would be.

She stepped out and glanced around to be greeted by pale-faced portraits. The hallway was large and lit dimly, but just enough to see the surroundings.

"You came,"

Narcissa lifted herself off the sofa and stood nervously, awkwardly playing with her ring pieces.

But instead gave her a hug. She remembered what Andromeda told her about how she was close with her mother.

The action indeed caught Narcissa off guard and peered down at Celeste in surprise.

Narcissa's eyes watered and returned the gesture. "You're finally here." she breathed happily. The piece of her heart mended at the loss of her cousin and a dearest friend replaced by their daughter.

Celeste felt safe and nurtured in the arms of somewhere she barely knew. Narcissa blinked away the tears of happiness forming in her eyes at the sound of her son's voice coming through the living room.

"You actually came." Draco's voice echoed through the spacious room.

The Black couldn't help but smile, "Yeah...yeah I did."

Immediately she was embraced by Draco without a second thought.

"I'm glad you're here," Draco grinned widely. "Have they been taking care of you?"

Celeste didn't retort at his choice of words. She didn't want to fight with any of them at all about their prejudiced views against her other family. The Black made a promise to be civilized with them much to Nymphie's dismay.

"Of course they have...they're my family to Draco," Celeste replied smoothly.

Narcissa guided her up the stairs to the third level. "Your room and Draco's are on the third floor...I know this place might seem overwhelming. I know your Andromeda won't allow you to stay but maybe in the future you can."

She opened the black door to reveal her bedroom consisting of dark blue and grey. "This used to be your mother's room..."

"My mum had a room here?" Celeste asked, surprised. She didn't think her mother would be this close to Narcissa.

"Your grandparents were good friends of Lucius's parents. He used to babysit your mother." Narcissa went over to the vanity table where an oval mirror was hung up. There was a picture frame resting close to the mirror and picked it out.

She then came over and showed it to her.

There was a picture of five-year-old Reyna De Martel wearing a bright dazzling smile while Lucius seemed to be impatient and calm as he tried to teach her how to hold onto a broom.

"Your mother absolutely hated riding a broom. The first time she did Reyna fell off and landed in a garden bush." Narcissa snorted, recalling the day clearly because her sisters and cousins were there.

"Regulus wouldn't leave her side right after that."

Celeste peered up at her Aunt, "Um, Aunt Narcissa? Do you know if he's ─"

"Alive? No, but if he is I'm going to make sure he should've stayed six feet under." Narcissa stated bluntly.

There was a part of Narcissa that wondered if her cousin truly died or is missing. Nobody knows anything about his departure except Reyna and perhaps Sirius.

"You seemed to be mad at him." Celeste frowned.

"He wasn't there through Reyna's toughest moments of grief. She went into hiding and everyone believed she was mourning over Regulus when really, she was pregnant with you." Narcissa's lips lifted into a small smile.

"I just wish he would've asked for help." Narcissa sighed.

"And I wished Reyna didn't hide you away. I was never mad at her for anything. She had her reasons and that was to protect those she loved."

Celeste stared at the motion picture. Restless thoughts filled her head. This man was a death eater, a murderer to innocent people, yet her father and mother befriend him?

"I'll leave you on your own, I think you've wanted to mail your relatives..." Narcissa couldn't even speak out her older sister's name.

She embraced her once more and smiled. "Draco can fetch you for lunch."

Moments after Narcissa left Celeste placed her backpack and other things she got from home near the door and brought out a quill, a couple of pieces of parchment, and ink.

Celeste made her way over to the black wooden desk in front of the window. The view of the gardens made the Black feel at ease.

The first people she wrote to were Andromeda and Remus. Then Hermione and Ron, knowing those two would be wondering what her stay is like at the Malfoys.

Then lastly, Celeste spent quite a while on what to write to Harry.

Dear Harry,

It's already been a week and I miss you very much. I miss sneaking you out of the Dursley's at midnight and getting pizza and playing on the Willow tree. Are the Dursleys treating you right? I hope you liked the sweets Aunt Andy sent you. I told her about the Dursleys, I hope you aren't mad. She wanted to know what my life is like before they found out about me.

I have another cousin! Her name's Nymphadora, but I call her Nymphie because she hates her full name. I don't know why, but her hair changes red whenever anyone but Uncle Ted does. She's a metamorphmagus. A witch that has the ability to change her appearance.

My house is the last one down the neighborhood. From the back, it leads to the seashore. Oh, the sight is wonderful Harry! And Cedric lives down a couple of houses so at least I have another familiar face here.

I just wish Sirius was free. He's actually been by quite a few times. Dumbledore had to explain everything.

It's not the same without you.

Once again, miss you, your best childhood friend,
Celeste A. Black.

"So Celeste I heard you used to be on the Quidditch team." Lucius Malfoy began the conversation.

Draco had arrived at her room to guide her to the dining area. The whole room looked like a ballroom that could pack at least two of the Hogwarts houses in there.

"I used to." Celeste stated simply, "But then Draco and his friends planned a prank to throw Harry off at the game. I was so mad that I had no choice but to step down. Hopefully, I can come back next year."

Narcissa shot her son, a scolding glance which didn't go ignored by Draco, who flinched at his mother's piercing gaze.

"So what was your life like before Hogwarts?" asked Narcissa, deciding to take control of the conversation before Lucius said something intruding.

"Well....I lived in a small town. Arabella Figg's raised me ─ " she noticed the scrutinized looks on Lucius' face but didn't mind. Narcissa's calm and eager expression of wanting to know more about her kept Celeste talking. "─I went to a muggle school with Harry─"

"Potter lives in the same neighborhood as you?" Draco asked. No wonder those two were close.

Celeste smiled sadly, "Yeah, he and I are best friends. We weren't exactly likable anywhere at school. I was at the top of my class and excelled in French but there were a couple of mean bullies there. So we freaks stuck together."

Lucius's dislike towards muggles increased. Another reason why Dumbledore leaving his niece in the muggle world was a bad idea.

"You are a gifted witch Celeste, no freak." Narcissa reprimanded. "There's nothing to be ashamed about darling. French? The Black and Malfoy families speak French."

The woman was glad to know that Celeste learned their common language in the Black family. Her mother, Druella insisted on teaching her sisters and cousins.

Her words made Celeste's heart fill with reassurance. "Thank you, it took me a while to realize that the moment Hagrid knocked on my door. He changed my life for the better because he introduced me to a world where I belonged."

A small smile fell on the blonde witch. If there was one thing she was thankful for, it's that Hagrid guided her to the wizarding world when she couldn't. Narcissa disproved how Lucius would be out for the half-giant.

Silence fell between the group until Draco bought something up, "Have you heard about the Quidditch World Cup?"

The brunette nodded in recognition, a slight blush on her cheeks. "Yeah, Ced and I were actually talking about it..."

"Amos' boy?" Lucius questioned, he instantly went into protective uncle mode. The pink hue on her cheeks was noticed by his wife and him.

"Cedric lives in the same neighborhood as me. He invited me to fill in his mother's VIP spot."

"Father got an invitation from Minister Fudge. We have the VIP seats as well." Draco's eyes glowed in excitement. "Who are you cheering for?"

Celeste's face made a slight smile, "Well, this is just a preference because I don't know much about the National Quidditch teams, but I'll be cheering for the Irish."

The Malfoy boy groaned much to Lucius and Narcissa's amusement.

"Not the Irish, since you don't know much about the teams. Let your favorite cousin educate you about why you should cheer for Bulgaria."

The two cousins engaged in a conversation about Quidditch teams and Narcissa wore a bright smile, enjoying the blissful moment. Lucius seemed to be enjoying lunch as well.

A hand placed on top of Lucius and he looked up to see his wife who had small tears in her eyes, watching the scene fondly. They were glad to at least have a chance to be in Celeste's life. That Celeste and Draco shared a bond much stronger versus what Narcissa had with her cousins.

So here's a snippet of what her life is like at the Tonks house. I thought that it would be nice to include little family moments and include Cedric and Lyall into her life.

Celeste and Cedric's relationship will definitely cause a rift between Harry and her in the future.

I also wanted to show how Celeste would be involved in the Malfoy family's life as well because a few of you were curious about what her relationship with them would be like.

Narcissa knew that Reyna betrayed the Dark Lord, including Lucius. Narcissa wasn't mad at her friend's actions but somewhat Lucius felt betrayed in a way because he never thought Reyna would turn his back on her family.

This will probably be the only chapter you'll be getting for now because I'm trying to come up with new chapters.
