picsart ,, you can also use canva but i only explain how to use picsart in this tutorial
and please let me know if you want me to do a tutorial for canva too !!

everything in here is free , you don't have to pay anything :)

1. choose the picture you want and then click the button called 'tools'

2. after that you choose the button 'shape crop'.
If you don't have a square picture you can change it by choosing the button called 'crop', and the click the button called 'square'
and after that you can click 'shape crop'

3. choose the circle and the make it bigger so its like in the picture above.

4. click on the arrow in the upper right corner and then you can choose the circles size and color.

5. NOW YOU ARE DONE AND I COULD FOR EXAMPLE LOOK LIKE THIS ^^^
