The opening begins in a courtyard, where Izuru, Ban, Tate, Aimi, Minami, Yukiko, Kasumi, Yumi, Rio, Nobu and Chika sit while waiting for something.

Endo and Airi walk into the courtyard and nod, making the students get up one by one and start walking out of the courtyard.

As the students leave the courtyard and go their separate ways, the camera pans out, revealing the courtyard to be located at the corner of a territory filled with trees. At its center lies a long stairway leading to a temple.

And as the image pans out, the title of the story starts appearing.

Going right into the action, the image changes to Dauntless Drive's flaming fist striking down Raptor Captain, but more Raptor units jump over Dauntless and begin attacking him, with Raptor Colonel falling from the strikes and slamming the dragon into the ground.

The image zooms out and shows Nobu and Kiyo^4 butting heads. Koko is also there, dropping some crispy and supportive bars to the big Kiyo.

Todoku made oh yeah utaou

The image changes to Yukiko, as Himiko R, punching Maelstrom R with a nasty uppercut. She's support by Kasumi, as the regular Himiko.

Kagekiyo, as Drifting Flow Fencer, jumps over Maelstrom and swings his swords down at the two girls.

Just music sore dake de

The image changes to Ramiel R flying away to save herself, while being changed by Yumi, as Sonata, and Rio, as Caro. Her wings are fast but the fishes are faster.

Kimi ni sasageru yo oh yeah

The image changes once again, this time showing Aimi, as Nightrose, twirling her cutlass next to Minami, who, as Luquier, cracks her whip.

MAJI de kyoutsuuten no hou ga ooi nchau no? with my guitar

Minami whips away a pile of incoming Bunny units, before leaping away from Aimi and starting to clash with Masao, whose unit is Tilaipse.

Sagashinagara yea utaou

The opening shifts over to Yasuke, who lets out a loud yell, making his army of Nightmare Dolls tackle Prominence Core to the ground harder than the new banlist.

Under the mountain of Nightmare Dolls, Core's bluish flames leak out and a massive blue explosion sends them flying. Core gets up and slams his against Nightmare Doll, Caroll's. This allows for Ban and Yasuke, who are riding their unit's heads, to be eye to eye.

Just love tada sore dake de

The next image begins with Amon swinging down his talons, but being stopped by Giraffa's claws.

On the ground beneath the units, Tate and Junpei slam their fists against the other's face.

Oikake get free?! My perfect dream!

Ibuki and Chika cross paths. Chika smiles and makes YoYo's staff appear in her hands, and in response, Ibuki raises Salome's flag. As the two charge at each other, they turn into their respective units.

The next shot shows Izuru and Nakano finally meeting on the battlefield.

The two begin shouting as they charge at each other, both pulling their right fists back, but before their strikes connect, they turn into Raging Form and Luard, who punch each other in the face. Raging's punch sends Luard flying, but Luard's punch obliterates more than half of Raging's face.

The opening then shows Shin, praying in front of a giant Buddha statue. As he finishes praying and pushes his shades up while looking at the camera, the statue turns to ash and is blow away, revealing a pile of corpses made out of Dauntless Drive, Raptor Colonel, the two Himikos, Maelstrom R, Nightrose, Luquier, Tilaipse, Core and Caroll.

The image zooms out, revealing the previous fights to be being broadcasted across an array of screens.

In that room with screens are Nakano and Airi, both paying close attention to the matches, and Gakuganji, taking a sip of some hot tea.

I wanna believe the singing on beat

Each rap lyric will get one or two scenes from the fights, saying it now to make my lazy life easier.

The first scene shows Nobu clenching his burning fist and then drawing a card, while the second scene has Yumi cracking her knuckles as she looks down on Ramiel R.

Most recently is like recess for me

The first scene shows Yukiko using Himiko R's red ring to choke Maelstrom R, while the second has Kasumi trying to stop Yukiko from doing that.

Pretty pretty please, no birds and the bees

The first scene shows Minami whipping down Masao with a sadistic laugh, but the second has both her and Aimi being striked down by the lightning arrows of Shin's unit.

But ecstasy with extra cheese

The first scene has Ban and Yasuke sharing a manly handshake, while the second shows Tate punching Junpei while holding his collar.

Rhyming rhino sounding like bono

The first scene shows Chika talking to Ibuki, Chika's smiling while Ibuki looks confused, and the second scene has Izuru and Nakano ditching the cards and taking their fight to the hands.

All smacked up with a black jack bottle

In the first scene, Raging Form lets out an earth-shaking roar as he swings his axe down at Ibuki, while the second scene shows Izuru and Shin finally meeting, which is then followed by a third scene of the man, the myth, the legend, Dungaree, pinning Raging Form to the ground with his right foot. Dungaree aims his bow at Raging's head and begins pulling its string back.

When I say "ho" you say "hey"

The next scene shows Gakuganji, as Daihouzan, sheathing his sword after a fight. He's standing at the top of the stairway at the hill's center, and looks back after sheathing his sword. He has a solemn smile.

Nani itteru ka wakaranai yo ne?!

The final scene of the opening shows what Gakuganji saw at the bottom of the stairway.

A beaten up Izuru, Tate and Junpei arrive at the bottom of the stairway, and as they begin to make their way up, the opening ends.
