Fox: Action! >:3 Hi, my name is Fox, but I think you knew that..

Shida: Nibba that was obvious by now. Your greatest book has completed 2 goddamn years. How does that feel?

Fox: Yo that shit feels really weird
Cuz like, my writing style changed soooo much within 2 years ppl be reading the first bit then the last bit and think
"Wow. How and what the fuck happened in this story?"

But tho legit, 2 years... is super old...

Shida: You went from perv comedy and death to just death. Why did you added death to the book?

Fox: My logic was that it stood out from Yudai's Book (which, at the time, was the most popular vanguard fanfic)
But then, I realised... Death in a children's card game? Unheard of. So, I went through with it and triggered some people along the way

Shida: I think it's obvious by now that whoever mains a fan clan or has fan cards dies. That's the most common trait for the victims

Fox: Yeah, I think you were the only one to figure it out
Everyone else didn't realise. Naru got kind of close though, he thought it was other people's OCs

Shida: That was my original theory but then it was proved false due to the Cray Collapse's sequel being a thing. So, after the end of this giant journy that has been Cray Collapse, what can we expect for the sequel?

Fox: Hmm, well, if I'm being honest I'm not sure what it'll be
All I know is that a new main character exists and he has a yandere

Shida: I'm getting those Kumo chick vibes already

Fox: You mean Kazue? XD

Shida: Hell yeah I do. Were you expecting for the book to take this long to end?

Fox: NO NOT AT ALL
when I first started it I expected to wrap up around 1 year

Fox: Look, just get out there, write the bare minimum for fights and make sure you have hot chicks in the book to draw attention

Shida: Nibba that was an expression, not a fact

But I mean yeah that's good advice tho, don't have have a massive cast or else
I'm suffering the consequences

Shida: Also, don't make your whole story about a tourny arc, I suffered those consequences

Fox: Dude I made a tournament arc and it was fiiiiiine~

Shida: That was a temporary thing, not a whole book
Got any final words? Like about the use of excessive fan cards and whatnot?

Fox: Well, if I were to give any final words, it'd be to plan everything out (yes, I went with the flow for 3/4 of my book) then start writing up
Try to lower the amount of fan-cards, as they make fights much longer to write
Practice with decks before you use them. It doesn't hurt to go in prepared for a decent fight
Also, a time saver is to shorten fights! Fights are the bane of most card game books, since writing them is super time-consuming!
Other than that, just relax and have fun. Take your time (I took 2 years lol) and just enjoy making the books.
