Seraphina was not with the students as they were at a coliseum again.

"Alright Ibara, demonstrate your quirk." She ordered.

Ibara did so, and it was more fluid and she had been able to root into other trees as well.

"Wow! I didn't know Ibara's quirk could do that." Itsuka said.

"This is the result of the Ozone Herb." Seraphina said before continuing. "At one point, as you learn to understand, your quirks are tied in with your cells.  Eventually, as your quirks grow, they will soon hit a genetic barrier which will take years of training to get through. However, there are unique foods like the Ozone Herb that allow your quirks to smash that barrier and evolve in powerful ways, some more than others, like what you witnessed from Ibara."

"Yes, but, why put us through such rigorous training?" Iida asked.

Seraphina sighed. "It's not known to the public...but All Might doesn't have as much time as a hero anymore. And there are dangerous villains that know it."

That got students shocked.

"What?! But, but he's All Might! He can beat any bad guy!" Tetsutetsu yelled.

"Well, have you noticed he rushes off right after class, that he can't fight as long anymore, that he has to finish fights quickly lately? Or that he looks a little out of breath sometimes? And if he was still in shape, why would he suddenly shut down his agency to be a teacher, leaving the spotlight?" Seraphina asked as the students pondered.

"We all know that All Might can't be around forever and the villains know that. When he is gone, the villains will take advantage of that and rise from the shadows. That's why this training is important and why I volunteered to have you all train here. So you can counter those villains and keep people safe."

The students looked surprised but this invigorated them more for their training.

"Alright, for today, take some rest, because you'll need your strength for our next task tomorrow. Our next destination........

Heavy Hole."
