I am all about music festivals. I actually plan on going to one in the near future.

I decided to do this rant because of a music festival going on currently (Coachella)

This isn't really centered on the festival's themselves but on the clothing and CULTURAL APPROPRIATION

Now I realize that you are all saying: "Well queen Lana wears them all the time!"

I know that and I'm going to bash her.

I hate seeing the headresses being worn to raves and festivals. The only play they are really appropriate is at an ACTUAL POWOW.

You can wear them if your are actually Native American but the girls in the photo were not  Native American and not at a powow.

I, myself am mostly aboriginal (fancy word for natives from canada) and I hate seeing this.

Mexicans, Native Americans and many other people have been wearing them for years. It should not be "hot!" Or "new!" Or "trendy!!"

If you ever wear a headdress  (please don't cause me and my native American freinds will hunt you down) remember where it came from.
