The sound of the doorbell made Taehyung rush out of the kitchen, leaving Jimin in charge of the finishing touches on the food they have prepared.

It's Christmas Eve, and everyone decided to celebrate it together in his and Jimin's house.

As he opened the door with a huge smile, he was greeted by his love's handsome face together with Yoongi.

"Merry Christmas, love." Jeongguk whispered as he welcomed him with a hug before pecking a kiss on his lips that made Yoongi's eyes roll.

"Not in front of me." Yoongi murmured, walking past the two who just laughed at his remark.

The older went straight to the kitchen where Jimin was busy arranging the plates on the table.

A few seconds later and Taehyung heard Jimin's giggles, purring like a cat which just made him scoff.

His attention soon shifted to Jeongguk's arms snaking around his waist, caging him in a warm embrace.

"I miss you." Jeongguk whispered, planting a tender kiss on Taehyung's forehead.

"I miss you too." He uttered back, eyes closed as he savored the warmth of Jeongguk's kiss that made the butterflies in his stomach go wild.

Both of them were lost in the moment when a loud sound of a car's horn blasted, abruptly making them jump.

"What the-"

They saw their friends grinning as Namjoon parked the car in front of the house, followed by Jackson's car.

"It's still too early for Christmas snuggles." Seokjin teased as he went out of the car.

"Always the party pooper." Jeongguk commented which earned a pinch on the waist from the older.

"Let me pass." Seokjin sassily ordered, deliberately walking in between the two.

He rushed to the kitchen to give Jimin a hug as soon as he saw him.

"Sorry about that." Namjoon appeared and stood next to them as he grinned, giving a pat on Taehyung and Jeongguk's shoulder before following his Seokjin inside.

The ravenette could only shake his head, finally gazing at another incoming lovers who definitely looked good together.

"Hey, bro." Jackson greeted, patting Jeongguk's back.

"Finally you are able to make it." Jeongguk said as he returned the pat on his friend's back.

"Yeah. I would have started a fight with pd-nim if I were to work on Christmas Eve." Jackson said before looking at Taehyung with a smile.

"Nice to finally see you in person, Taehyung." He politely offered his hand which Taehyung gladly took.

"Same goes for me. It's nice meeting you, Jackson." Taehyung smiled.

The four of them headed inside the house to join the others who were now busy being all over their loved ones.

It was a simple celebration yet it was evident in everyone's eyes that they're enjoying their time together.

They talked about random things over dinner while laughing and teasing each other from time to time, making the feast even more pleasant.

Seokjin and Hoseok gave life to the party as they prepared games that all ended up with either a series of laughter or a round of teasing and cursing.

For Taehyung who had always celebrated Christmas either with Jimin or Yoongi, that night was by far the best.

"Alright! Time for gift-giving!" Seokjin announced while he stood, swaying a little from the alcohol he'd been drinking for a while now which had everyone taking out their gifts in excitement.

Taehyung, who was snuggled to Jeongguk, felt the other move a little.

"I'll just make a call." Jeongguk whispered as he excused himself.

Taehyung curiously stared at the ravenette's back as he went near the door to make a call. His attention was soon caught by Seokjin who began pacing back and forth in the room.

"Okay. I'll go first." Seokjin took his gift and handed it to the one he had picked.

"Merry Christmas, Jackson!" He grinned at the stunned expression on the other's face.

"What? I thought Yoongi was the one who picked my name." Jackson exclaimed, taking the gift.

"I kind of have a bad feeling about this." He murmured to which Seokjin giggled.

Jackson opened the gift and his face almost turned as red as a tomato when he saw adult toys inside.

"Fucking knew it!" He uttered in embarrassment, making the rest laugh.

"Put it to good use." Seokjin meaningfully said, wriggling his brows suggestively towards Hoseok who could only facepalm.

"Okay. I'm next." Jackson said after getting over his embarrassment.

He walked heading towards Jimin who gladly took the gift.

"Merry Christmas, Jimin." Jackson greeted before returning to his seat next to Hoseok.

"I hope it's not like those... toys." Jimin uttered.

"Don't worry, we could use it well enough." Yoongi whispered, making Jimin flustered.

He quickly opened the gift and sighed in relief when he saw gold-plated couple bracelets inside.

"I had it custom made for the both of you." Jackson said, earning a fond smile from Jimin.

"This is nice, Jackson. Thank you." He took the bracelet and was about to slip it on when Yoongi caught his hand.

He held the bracelet and tenderly slip it on Jimin's wrist, all the while staring at his eyes.

Jimin did the same, fondly slipping the bracelet on Yoongi's wrist. They both looked at their couple bracelet and saw the carving inside.

With you I'm home.

Jimin felt his heart swell. Jackson really did think about his gift. He made sure it's personal, using Yoongi's own words from one of his posts from before.

"This is really nice." Jimin uttered once more before standing to give his gift to Hoseok from across the room.

"I know you used to like me... but I'm not sorry for not choosing you." Jimin said, catching everyone in the room off guard.

"Because I was certain that someone better deserves you." He added with a smile, gazing a little to Jackson. This deliberate gesture earned a warm smile from Hoseok.

"Merry Christmas, Hoseok." Jimin greeted before handing the gift to the other who immediately opened it.

It was a miniature figurine of Hoseok's first mixtape, Hope World.

"Wow.. this is beautiful." He exclaimed, examining the gift with appreciation.

"I kind of thought Hope World is special for you since it's your solo debut mixtape." Jimin explained which made the other nod.

"It is.. thank you." Hoseok smiled before carefully putting back the gift in the box.

"The gifts are getting more and more interesting. I hope mine doesn't disappoint." Hoseok said as he stood and headed to Taehyung.

"Please don't be disappointed... Merry Christmas!" Hoseok uttered which earned a chuckle from Taehyung.

"Whatever it is, I will be grateful." Taehyung responded just in time for Jeongguk to come sit next to him after finishing the call.

Taehyung opened the gift and saw a music box inside. He opened it and was mesmerized by the white bear inside, spinning slowly in the tune of a calming music that almost made him tear up from appreciation.

"Are you kidding me? This is beautiful!" Taehyung exclaimed.

He noticed an engraving on the inside of the box that reads "Taehyung - Jeongguk's Winter Bear".

"I'm glad you like it." Hoseok said which made Taehyung vigorously nod.

He played the song for a couple of times, totally forgetting everything if not for Seokjin's voice that interrupted his ministrations.

"We know your gift is awesome, but it's your turn now." Seokjin said.

"Oh yeah... sorry." Taehyung giggled as he stood and went towards Namjoon.

"Merry Christmas, hyung!" He beamed, giving the gift to Namjoon.

"That one's a bit obvious." Yoongi commented which made Taehyung grin.

"I'm betting it's a book." Jimin added.

Namjoon could only agree as he unwrapped the gift. As expected, it's a book titled "A Bigger Message Conversations with David Hockney".

"I heard from Jeongguk that you love reading books.." Taehyung said to which Namjoon nodded.

"I do. Thank you." Namjoon responded. He flipped through the pages and halted when he noticed that something was inserted between the pages.

"What's this?" He asked, eyes turning wide when he got a good view of what they were.

"Woah... seriously?" He was amazed to see two plane tickets going to Paris and another two tickets for the Louvre Museum.

"I also learned that you want to go to Louvre Museum but couldn't find the right timing. I already had a talk with Bang pd-nim through Yoongi-hyung and he gave me the dates you're free to go. Jin-hyung is also free during those dates, so you two could go together." Taehyung said.

"That's... wow.." Namjoon could only smile and thank the other for the incredible effort he had to exert for his gift.

"I really appreciate it, Taehyung." He added which made the younger smile.

"That's good to know, hyung." The latter responded.

"This is getting really hard to top." Namjoon commented which made everyone laugh.

"It's good that I went first." Seokjin said, making Jackson turn red from embarrassment once more.

Namjoon proceeded and took his gift. He walked heading to Jeongguk who was now smiling.

"I'm already claiming that's a good one." The ravenette teased, seeing the large box Namjoon was holding.

"Hmm.. probably?" He responded before handing the gift to the other.

"I bought this before you could even think of buying it." Namjoon added as Jeongguk hurriedly unwrapped the gift.

"I knew it!" Jeongguk grinned, lifting the box which showed a drone camera.

"That's why you're stopping me from buying it." He recalled, making the older laugh.

"I was really anxious, thinking that you probably bought it anyway." Namjoon confessed.

"Damn that's expensive." Hoseok commented.

"Anything for our baby." Namjoon answered which earned a laughter from the rest.

It was Jeongguk's turn and there were only two people who haven't received their gift yet, Seokjin and Yoongi.

"So.. my gift isn't that extravagant." He started.

"That's what everyone said, yet they're all fucking extravagant." Yoongi retorted.

"Well.. I hope you'll think that way, hyung." Jeongguk said, handing the gift to Yoongi.

It was just in a rectangular envelope which everyone started anticipating.

"If this is a love letter..." Yoongi threatened to which Jeongguk just laughed.

"No way." The ravenette shakes his head vigorously while still laughing.

Yoongi took the contents out and there was a little change in his expression.

"Taehyung's and my gift had a bit in common. Though we didn't really talked nor planned about it.." Jeongguk explained as Yoongi stared at the two plane tickets to LA and two other tickets for the Major League Baseball game of LA Dodgers.

"I remembered you mentioned before that you're a fan of the pitcher Hyun-jin Ryu, so I thought you'd want to watch one of his games and meet him in person." He added.

Yoongi just nodded his head before looking away.

"You shouldn't have bothered." He whispered, seemingly getting emotional which cracked a laughter from the group as they started teasing him.

"No, shit. Don't tell us you're crying?" Hoseok teased, earning a glare from Yoongi.

"I am not." Yoongi hissed before looking at the gift he received.

To be honest, he was beyond grateful. He appreciated the gift, but he was more moved by the fact that Jeongguk was able to remember something he mentioned from way before.

No doubt this man had captured the heart of Taehyung.

"Okay... My turn.." Yoongi said, brushing off the nonstop teasing of Hoseok and Namjoon.

"So obviously this is for you." Yoongi said, handing his gift to Seokjin.

"This should be good.. or else.." Seokjin murmured.

"Don't expect too much. It's not that great, but at least it's better than your gift to Jackson." Yoongi retorted.

Seokjin just rolled his eyes before opening the huge and a bit heavy gift. His lips turned into a bright smile when he saw fishing gears and essentials inside.

"Namjoon said you wanted to try fishing..." Yoongi said before looking away.

"Cool! I didn't expect this from you." Seokjin grinned when the other gazed at him in annoyance.

"Whatever." Yoongi mumbled before walking back to snuggle Jimin on the couch.

"But my gift is still the best, right Jackson?" Seokjin shamelessly said which made the rest laugh except for Jackson who just hid his face in embarrassment.

Everyone continued to bicker while Taehyung and Jeongguk cuddled each other on the sofa. Taehyung snuggled closer to the ravenette. He settled his head in the crook of the latter's neck as he contentedly sighed while watching their friends goof around with the adult toys Jackson received.

"This is nice." Taehyung whispered as Jeongguk's arm cradled him closer.

"It is." Jeongguk agreed.

Taehyung just hummed. He was leaning to Jeongguk when he heard the other's phone ring once again. He felt the other move as he took the call.

"Really?.. Okay..." Jeongguk said as Taehyung finally looked at him with curious eyes.

"Who's that?" Taehyung asked.

Instead of answering, Jeongguk just smiled and excused himself to go for the door which heightened Taehyung's curiosity even more.

The ravenette went out of the house which caught everyone's attention.

"Where's he going?" Hoseok asked.

Taehyung could only shrug in response as he stared at the closed door, patiently waiting for the ravenette's return.

It took a few minutes before the door opened and in came Jeongguk, and he's not alone.

"Merry Christmas, Taehyung." Jeongguk said, smiling to Taehyung who was mesmerized by the gift Jeongguk is holding.

"Mine?" Taehyung asked, abruptly running toward the ravenette who felt relieved and satisfied to see the adoration in Taehyung's eyes.

"Yes. He's yours." Jeongguk responded as soon as Taehyung held the cute puppy in his hand.

"He's so cute!" Taehyung beamed, peppering sweet kisses on the little one in his arms.

"Do you like him?" Jeongguk asked to which Taehyung nodded excitedly.

"I love him.... I love you!" Taehyung exclaimed, planting a quick kiss on Jeongguk's lips that earned snickers from their audience.

"You really have to steal the spotlight, huh?" Seokjin commented, looking at Jeongguk who just poked his tongue out in response.

"Where did you hide him all this time?" Taehyung asked.

"I have someone from the pet shelter on stand by." Jeongguk said.

Taehyung could only embrace Jeongguk while the puppy was in between them, sharing the warmth of the love they have for each other.

"Thank you, Ggukie... I love you." Taehyung whispered.

"I love you too, my Taehyung."
