Macy's POV: (Edited)

"You know? You seem to be awfully happy these days? After your breakup with Steven?" Ketty asks me during our lunch break.

Shit! Is it that obvious on my face? I know if anyone were in my place they would have completed few boxes of tissue paper. And would be mourning as if someone died!

I clear my throat and say "I'm just trying to be normal Ketty, is it wrong now?" She shrugs her shoulders "No it's just, it's so not like you. I feel like I'm missing out something here and on top of that I also noticed  Matt coming everyday to see you?" She asks narrowing her at eyes.

This is so hard than I anticipated! It's been almost a week since me and Matt have officially agreed to be together and I haven't told her yet!

"Everything is fine Ketty" I tell her "Well whatever you say" she says still not convinced with my answer

"But just remember one thing Macy, don't blindly trust Matt because do you  really think someone can fall in love just after seeing one's face? I mean it's practically impossible! It only happens in your fantasy books and movies!"

"And do you really think whatever accusations he kept on Steven is true? Because he never showed you the proofs right?" She says.
Well she does have a point he never showed me the proofs, he just told them to me. We can never believe verbal accusations

Now this just adds on to the trust issues I have with him!

"I'll just ask him" I tell her.

Matt's POV: (I know after a very long time!.. so enjoy!my readers!😉)

I am so damn excited to see her! life has never been so great after she came into my life. It's like everything is perfect now. She just makes everything perfect for me.

It's 4:45pm and I'm waiting for her since an hour I guess. I seriously have no work to do. I just want to be with Macy. Please her, take care of her and be the reason why she smiles.

I know her school ends at 5, but I don't want to be late if they leave her early. I know it seems stupid that I just see her walk towards her car, but it makes me feel all giddy just looking at her beautiful face.

Riinngg..

And then my beautiful girl comes out of her school in all glory. She looks breath taking in her dress. And looks like destiny really wants us together because I am wearing the same color as her outfit.

She sees me instantly and realisation hits her that we are matching yet again! slowly blush creeps onto her cheeks.
Gosh! she is damn cute! I chuckle to myself and wink at her.

But in this process Ketty notices this small gesture between us and rises an eyebrow at me. I know Macy didn't want to tell Ketty about us. Well I still don't get it why though? but looks like she can't hide it for long. Because Ketty already started interrogating Macy.

Hm.. looks like it will be a long night I think to myself.

Macy: do u really love me? or else r u just doing it for the sake of proving someone or something.

Well, well, well.. what kind of question is that? is she out of her mind or something? Before I could process anything, I get another text from her.

Macy: Matt this isn't right. I don't think we can work out. I'm not sure of this anymore.

After reading the text a multiple times. I felt like someone just stabbed me in my heart..

Why? What did I do now? Why can't she see the love I have for her?
