Macy's POV: (Edited)

One week later..

It's been a week since I have spoken to Matt.

A week since I have texted that mad man, who was something else in my life.

Though it didn't effect me much, I had this void of not talking to him in my heart. Gosh! it's gonna be a long day I think to myself.

With all these thoughts in my mind I headed to school.

On the way I called Steven, "Hey, good morning sleeping beauty." I don't get his reply, and then I realise, he slept on the phone call. "Hey you there?" I ask a bit louder to wake him up while chuckling to myself.

"Hm.. good morning baby" he says groggily.
"I'm going to school Steven" I here a slight okay from the other end.

This guy!

"Steven you have a match today, don't tell me have forgotten it?" I ask him. "Fuck! Macy that just slipped out of my mind!" He frantically wakes up and I hear few cuss words being thrown at someone.

I smack myself internally that he forgot again. "God Steven how can you even forget a BASKETBALL match? Go get ready before you get replaced for being late!"

I hear some profanities and a loud thud and with that I couldn't stop myself from laughing.

He fell!

"Could you please stop laughing? I'm trying hard to save the little time I have and you are not helping by laughing at me!" He says obviously irritated "ok, ok! just tell me how did you fall?" I ask trying to control my self from laughing again.

"I slipped on my underwear" he mutters lowly, I start to laugh even louder now. I'm sure he must be thinking of throwing his phone out of the window now!

I try and control my laugh and wish him luck and cut the call.

Maybe life isn't so bad after all.

Attention everyone! the students who are interested in joining the The Medical School Of Canada can please stay back for an hour after school thank you.

"Well, I guess you gonna stay back Macy?" Ketty asks me during lunch  "yeah I will, I'll just call my dad", I tell her and go outside the campus to call my dad.

I made a run towards the gate, as I was 15mins late. I tried to find my car and when I finally did, I ran towards it and hastily got inside and headed to home.

After completing all my works for the day, I sat with my phone to chat with Vincent.

I had to apologise about how I suddenly left him hanging in our previous chat, He deserved it.

Me: hey, how r u? sorry for the other day. I just left, I wanna talk, u free?

I texted him and started fiddling with my fingers when I immediately saw the blue tick indicating he had  read the message,
because Vincent takes minimum 10mins to reply, but this time it seemed different.

At the same time I got another notification saying I have a new message. Guess who?

Non other than Matt! Why did he text me now?

Matt: it's alright, what is it Macy?

Why the hell did he say  alright? Is he drunk? And when I was about to reply him back, that's when I realised that I should be awarded as the most stupidest girl on this earth!

Fuck!

I sent the message to Matt instead of Vincent! What should I tell him now?!

Okay Macy stop hyperventilating and  just tell him the truth, that's better I thought to myself.

Me: sorry but that message was for someone else!

Matt: oh, who was it to?

Me:  Vincent my best friend.

Matt: oh okay, hey by the way grey suits u.

Huh? what the actual fuck does that mean? I try to understand what that meant and then I look down and realize I'm wearing a grey sweatshirt today!

Did he actually come and see me today??

Me: hold on! how do u know I wore a greyshirt today?

No! it shouldn't be what I am thinking please!  Please!

Matt: I came to see u today Macy.

Well well well! Look who is blushing now?

Me: what? Y? God I looked like a wreck today! did u see me run towards my car?

Matt: yes Macy and damn u looked like a lost puppy, how cute!

What in the world is wrong with him?

Me? A lost puppy? God I looked like an idiot!
Without even thinking once, I clicked the call button.

Sorry guys.. I couldn't post a chapter yesterday.. so today I'll give a bonus.. I'm trying my best to post at least 3 more chapters.. so let's see..
