Chapter 29, Visiting Crows

THIRD POV

"Still, I can't believe you took a bath in his place!" Ameri exclaimed, the other girls nodding furiously in agreement.

They were chilling at the hotel's lounge, it consisted of bookshelves that held great books, and a kids area. Haide and Kira went to the kids area, and bickered over what toy lookes greater. The receptionist was about to call security on them but Shirome approached them as she acted like a child. She was also dressed in red overalls, a white shirt under.

"Ah sorry! My sisters were just looking for my handkerchief. I kind of lost it," She smiled at the receptionist. She was surprised and cleared her throat, "If that's all, get your sisters out of the kids area before I kick them out," She said as she walked away.

Kira and Haide glared at each other but stopped as Shirome stared at them with a cold look.

The team gathered in the lounge, the coach and super visor appeared. They raised a brow at Kuro who was sleeping on the center of a sofa, a book covering his face.

"We're leaving now, it's nearly 6 AM. Captain, are you fine now?" Ichiro asked.

Shirome nodded, "Eita took good care of me, so I'm fine."

"Their bath together healed her," Ameri joked, receiving a hard look from the captain.

Guren laughed proud, Ichiro was shocked but nodded. Kuro somewhat suddenly woke up, and squinted at Shirome.

"She was kidding, chill out," Aoi laughed at Kuroo's dark gaze.

"Let's get going now."

They dropped Ameri and Shirome off to Karasuno, they were going to eat out but they didn't feel the need to eat. Karasuno was near the place they were going to eat at, so they decided to drop by.

The pair sneaked in, no one noticing. It was 7 AM and they were sure the crows were practicing. It was confirmed when they heard shoes squeaking and balls coming in contact with the ground. The pair opened the gym doors, seeing the crows playing against each other.

They stopped and stared wide eyed at the both. Ameri grinned widely, "Hello! We snuck in to say hi."

Nishinoya, Tanaka, and Hinata almost charged at the both but they were held by the 3rd years. Shirome waved, "Hi."

"F-F-Furumi-san!" Hinata threw his arms in the air.

"Come in," Kiyoko and Yachi guided them in.

"We made sure to bring our gym shoes," Ameri gave them a thumbs up as the 4 watched the crows play.

Hinata approached Shirome, "Furumi-san, what brought you to Miyagi?" He asked.

"Training session with Shiratorizawa, they were fun," She smiled as Hinata gasped.

"S-Shiratorizawa?! You mean, the school where Ushiwaka is at?!" He exclaimed, the others looked.

"Yeah," She said and apologetically nodded at the others.

"Oi, Hinata! Come back here and don't disturb them," Ukai yelled, Hinata ran.

"F-Furumi-san, why are you arms bandaged?" Yachi asked, looking at her arms with worry.

"I played too hard. And also, just please address me by my first name," She lightly laughed, making Yachi pink.

"R-Right! Shirume-san!" She saluted.

"It's Shirome," She flashed an amused smile towards Yachi who grew red from embarassment.

"S-Sorry!" She panicked.

The 4 girls laughed quietly together and watched the boys play. After a long time with chatting with the managers and brainstorming notes for the crows' skills, it was time to wrap up and freshen up.

"Thank you for the assist in the notes, Ameri-chan and Shirome-chan," Kiyoko smiled, her side shined with sparkles and flowers.

"Ah, it's not problem. Thanks for letting us stay," Shirome smiled back, radiating sparkles and flowers as well. The whole gym covered their faces, both girls shone too bright. Some cried at the two beauty. Ameri and Yachi high fived each other, adding radiance to the light Kiyoko and Shirome were making.

"Oi."

Shirome blinked and turned around, she craned her neck to look up, "Ah, Tsukii! It's nice to see you again. Is there something you need?"

"Yeah, your number," He said as he looked away and handed her his phone.

"Oh, what do you need it for? Not that I mind," She asked and typed in her contacts.

"For....volleyball?" Tsukishima stared at her, hoping that his reason would make sense.

Shirome smiled at him and gave his phone back, "Alright then."

"Are your arms okay?" He raised a brow, some were staring at the pair who was conversing.

"I played too hard yesterday, I hurt myself in the process without realizing," She sighed lightly. Tsukishima frowned.

"This is just a club, why are you working so hard to the point where you hurt yourself? It's not healthy, you know," He sighed at her and shook his head.

"I told them to not hold back, and plus we need to check their skills so we can help them get better," She said and stared at him.

"Oh, okay," He noticed her staring, "What are you staring at?"

"Can I try on your glasses?" She asked, eyeing his glasses.

He nodded confused, he slightly bent down so Shirome could reach his glasses. She took them and put it on, her eyes squinted. She flinched at how dizzy she got.

"It's pretty high, stop wearing it more you'll hurt your eyes," He said as he gently took his glasses off of her and put it back on.

"Oi, Tsukishima!" Hinata appeared on their side.

"What?" He asked, annoyed.

"Can I try your glasses too?" He bravely asked, hand infront. Nishinoya and Tanaka did the same.

Tsukishima just his eyes at them and walked away, Shirome waved at them goodbye and approached Ameri who was chatting with Yachi. The crows left the gym after a couple of goodbyes to Ameri and Shirome. Kiyoko helped them get out of the school.

"Thanks for the time, I truly hope we didn't disturb or anything," Ameri hugged Kiyoko and Shirome did the same.

"Not at all, if anything, you helped us" She smiled, Yachi nodded in agreement and recieving a hug from the pair.

"Bye," The gradient and cherry head waved at them. They walked to the place where the driver would pick them up. Catching them in sight a little far away, Ameri waved so they could see. Finally, they picked the pair up and headed to the gas station.

After a bathroom break and giving juice for the engine, they drove away and headed back to Tokyo. This would be yet another long ride.
