i'm usually dismissive when it comes to my own pollen
the whisper of the bees is something i despise
"nothing should go wrong with her vibrant petals"
that is when despite the strongest wind blowing my stem
or the heaviest rain pouring on my disk florets
i remain composed, compromising with everything
it was because i have no time to be irrational
the whole garden needs the positivity of mine
and i will be left useless once i lost it
thus, being me is both a benefit and a curse
i am the sunflower of the garden, after all.
