Pari sighed, laying on bed, hugging the jar near her chest, "I just did what I felt that time, I am not guilty, or felt I bertyal someone. I don't know..What I feel for Nawab in few days. He is different, never acts for others, he is himself to everyone, but has an attitude and a caring one. I don't know." Pari held her head, it's been two days Nawab didn't even glance at her side, during training he use to come last, and only say what I have to done and go, Anil use to be with her who confused same like Pari.

"What happened to my doll?" Pari turned to see Mukthi standing beside with a smile, Pari pouted and hugged her waist.

"Pari, I heard what you were saying...stop crying?" Mukthi said, sitting beside her. Pari whipped her tears, lay down on her lap.

"I heard what you are saying, tell the truth." Mukthi asked to caress her hair.

Pari nodded no, "I don't know bua, whatever said was true. After Jayden, I never thought I could trust someone, and will bring my old self from me. Nawab did, he is different from all, which scares me." 

"Scaring?Why?" Mukthi asked, frowning.

"We can't say that the other person who we are having feelings,will feel the same for us. It scares me." Pari said, looking at the fireflies jar.

"Baby, can I ask one thing?' Mutkhi said, and Pari nodded.

"How many days did you take to become friends or trust Jayden or Nawab?" Mukthi asked.

Pari said, "Jayden, it took time as he was confusing me, his words and acts never sink, but trust him blindly due to my stupid feelings, thinking he is one for me." 

Mukthi nodded, "Nawab?"

"Nawab, second time I saw..I don't know but when I thought someone could help me..It's him. Because he doesn't need to help me buy a fashion show. But he did, and even when I went to his slum, he didn't scold me or throw me out, he was caring, and even to dad and papa without any hesitation, he spoke for me. Don't know, maybe I am thinking so much." pari said, whipping her tears.

"I think you will write a book about nawab, you spoke that much on him." Mukthi chuckled, kissing her forehead.

"Baby, at this age we want to explore everything, attractions, everything will happen. But we have to make sure whom we love truly. You know in this house, no one will be against your choice, ok expect Jayden as your father didn't like him. But other than that no one will be against your wish. So don't jump into any conclusion soon, let it go..it will happen." Mukthi said, and Pari nodded.

"Ok, now smile...bua will make you a special brownie." Mukthi said excitedly, and Pari laughed and sat on the bed.

"Okk mom." Pari said, Mukthi smiled and got down from bed.

"Bua.." Mukthi turned to her,"Can love happen twice?" Pari asked. 

Mukthi smiles, "It can be, but think if the first love was true or not." Mukthi smiled and walked out pari sat lost in her world.

"Mom, for whom are you taking food separately?" Leo asked Nandini, sitting on a chair.

"For Nawab, he loves butter chicken so.." Nandini said smiling, all frowns, except Pari who smiled.

"Nawab? From when you gotta know his taste?" Manik asked in a possessive way.

Nandini frowned, "I asked him mani, you know he even said I make tasty food. So.." Manik rolled his eyes, others smiled seeing her care.

Leo and Antonio, Aarav made faces hearing it.

"Nandu, it's not necessary you go..ask servants, you sit and have dinner." Antonio said.

"It's not good, they came here to help us. Not right Antonio." Nandini said, strictly and walked to the guesthouse through the back door.

"Your wife, mom's love has shifted to someone now." Cabir teased Manik, Aarav and Leo who glared at him.

"Shut my mom/wife  love me more." Manik/Aarav and Leo said same time, all chuckled.

Three days later, Nandini and Nawab's relationship grew a little, she used to cook differently for him,his friends. She even asked them to join their family which Nawab refused formally.

Nawab...see I brought your favourite food." Nawab looked out from the kitchen, smiled at her.

Nandini smiled and looked at Nawab who looked disturb. She walked to him, who went inside the kitchen.

"Are you fine?" Nawab smiled looking at her, nodded.

Why am I feeling something bothering you, beta?" Nandini asked softly, Nawab looked at her in shock.

Sorry, did I say something wrong?" Nandini asked in worry.

No..ma..Mam.. Actually I am fine..just worried about a few things, messing my mind." Nawab said looking away.

Nandini looked at him closely, "If you don't want to say no issue, but think all slowly when your mind is free." Nandini said, smiling.

Nawab looked at her, "(Aap kya karige agar aapka dimaag pareshaan ho?)
What will you do if your mind is messed up?" 

"I used to play with my kids, talk to Manik or talk to my fireflies, they give me the best suggestions. If you have something like that, talk with it..or talk to someone who you trust." Nandini said, Nawab nodded.

"(aur haan , mai tumhare pasand ka lai hun , dhyaan se khaa lena )
And yes, I brought your favourite, eat for sure.." Nandini said strictly, Nawab nodded smiling. She smiled and walked away.

Nawab stood leaning on the kitchen slab, here her mother trusted him, but he kissed her own daughter. He himself doesn't know why he loses his control whenever she is here. From the day one pari is doing something inside him, which he doesn't know or can't name.

"(bhai , Ramesh ka phone tha , apse jaldi baat karni hain?)
Bhai, Ramesh called..wants to speak urgently?" Anil gave phone Nawab, licking his finger tasting the food.

Nawab has one motive to kill the men who killed his parents and take whole Mumbai in his control, fearful of someone he loves to see,for that he wants to keep pari away from him.

(A/N:- Nawab parents killed by local gangster don't think it's Manik or Antonio🙄..both won't kill innocent people)

"Not fair mom, you love someone else..from now you don't love us?" Leo dramatically made Nandini frown.

"When I said that?" Nandini asked in worry, cupping his face.

"Yeah, you giving all his favorite dishes, all, talking with him. You don't love us?" Aarav said, pouting.

"Ayyappa!! I love you all babies, he is alone so i cook food for him. And butter chicken you both love too." Nandini said, kissing both cheeks.

"Yeah yeah I can see that.??" Nandini glared at Manik who turned his face.

"Manik you don't start like them. My love for you all will be the same, no one can change it." Nandini said with tears, and made everyone worry.

"Mom/ ma...we are joking." Leo and Aarav took her in their arms and rubbed her back.

"Three are so bad..Why are both troubling my daughter?" Ishita scolded three who made pout.

"We were kidding Ma...smile." Aarav said, kissing her cheeks.

"Yes Mummy.." Manik said, kissing the back of her head, she glared at him and chuckled seeing his pout.

"Don't think like that, I feel he needs this so I talked to him..Ok." Nandini said to all.

"Nandu, we don't have a problem , baby. He saved our daughter too, don't worry about this idiot." Alex said, kissing her forehead, Nandini nodded happily.

"Yeah, but it won't change the truth, she loves him more.." Abhi said giving hifi to Cabir who laughed.

"Say again..." Manik and Leo run behind Cabir and Abhi who run to save their life, all laughing seeing it.

"Buddy stop it..?stop..?" Cabir and Abhi, stopping and running in the garden, which Nawab looked from the guesthouse, smiled.

They know how their Bhai is, from the day he saved both, he is a monster to others, but in reality he is a gem in monster form. In the slum every kid loves him because he loves them so much, and does many things for them with that money. Because of poverty only nawab suffered a lot, he didn't want anyone to go through it. Same like they never saw him looking at any girl, even when they came to him. First time he agree and talking with a girl it's pari, which made them shock. They want their brother to be happy, which the Pari gives.

Days were passing, pari even kept distance from Nawab which hurt him but both ignored and concentrated on training alone. Both mind sets were not in proper way, many things running through their mind, thinking all negative things.

"Hey!! beautiful." Nandini smiled at Edward and hugged him, Manik rolled his ehes.

"How was your trip, handsome?" Nandini asked giggling, Manik glared at her, Antonio chuckled.

"Awesome and tried...can I have coffee in your hands?" Edward asked, sitting between Antonio and manio, keeping head on Antonio's shoulder.

"Why my wife, ask servants?" Manik said, pushing his leg on his knee.

"Because your wife makes nice coffee which will make my mind calm..and give energy to control a wolf like you." Edward said, Antonio laughed and Manik glared at him.

Nandini giggled, "I will bring." She walked inside the kitchen.

Edward looked at her and said,"Deal is done, if all sign the paper. Work will be started." Edward said giving apoper to both.

"And Dominic didn't write any of his assets on anyone, everything is in his name. But few papers and property are in Micheal's name.." Edward said.

"Vincent keeping Micheal alive, is making me think yaar? Why does he need him?" Anotnio said while reading the paper.

"Maybe he knows what all Dominic did. And Vincent's wife, she died......" Edward said, Manik looked at Antonio, who looked away.

"Calm down.." Manik patted Antonio shoulder, "I wish I could saved her to Manik... Unfortunately in saving Angelina, she died.....I feel still guilty I couldn't save her...she saved my son and wife, by giving her life. For that itself I could kill Vincent, he destroyed that poor girls life." Anotnio said, wiping his tears.

Edward and Manik patted his shoulder, death or future not in our hands, we all are playing according to nature and destiny.

"She will be happy in heaven, then living in this cruel world." Three looked up at Leo who was looking at Angelina and Sofia's photo. (Sofia is Vincent wife, Jayden mother)

"Mom will give her company to dad..both will be happy you see." Leo ssid hugging Antonio who smiled, nodding.

"Wait a second..?Did Jayden know this?" Manik asked, looking at them.

"I have no idea, I never knew this. Vincent married after Angelina's death only I know. Sofia is his wife. It's damn confusing now." Antonio said.

"Someone knows all the truth, that is Vincent only. He can only answer our questions." Edward said, hiding the paper seeing Nandini coming. Antonio whip his tears.

"Here.. favourite coffee." Nandini said giving too, "Any serious issue, all faces are dull?"

Four looked at each other and nodded no, "Nothing baby, actually the day after tomorrow we are going to Pune for a meeting, like all. We need your all presence." Nandini nodded.

"Sure..you know Aarav is going too, I need to pack his bag..uff I will come, I said I need to go shopping." Nandini ran up, Manik shouted slowly, she shouted ok and ran again made him roll his eyes at his wife.

"Anything guys, don't tell anyone in the house. I don't want anyone to get tense." Manik said, all nodded.

But four don't know it was heard by Pari who came from college. She walked to her room, throw abg on the couch and sat on hee swing present in her room.

"By hearing all, Jayden wants revenge but for what? His mother died saving Angelina mom and leo. Vincent was a Mafia rival for dad and papa, then there should be one motive only. Maybe he didn't know his mother died, or his dad said something wrong about Papa and dad. ufff whatever is it? I could never forgive him, what he did and is doing" Pari said.

Next morning

"Is it necessary, even if everything should come?" Nandini asked Manik who was driving.

"Yeah baby, just presence is needed." Manik said, interlocking his finger with her. And kept in his lap. Nandini smiled and enjoyed the view. All left them alone to spend time. Pari, Leo and Muskan, Aarav was in one car. Elder in one car, Mukthi and Abhi, Cabir and Pihu in one car with kids. Edward and Antonio in one car.

"Whom are you messaging?" Nandini asked Manik hmm and looked up at the end.

"Nawab, I need him so.." Nandini nodded.

"He is a good guy, you know. I don't know why he ended up in this." Nandini said, looking out.

"Again, don't make me jealous, Nandu, you know where it ends." Manik said, kissing her hand.

Nandini giggled, "My possessive monstu, he is younger to me, and I will be grateful to him as he saved pari." Manik just hummed.

"And you don't need to be jealous, as I am your forever." Nandini said pulling his cheeks, Manik made an ouchh face.

"I know...just..." Manik looked away biting his lips. His face looked stressed, Nandini sighed knowing he was getting worried more.

"Manik, slow.. slow drive don't think so much. I know you have many things in mind..speak out." Nandini rubbed his shoulder.

"Pari, I feel she has something for Nawab". Manik said holding the stressing wheel tightly.

Nandini frowned, "Manik, did you realise what you were saying?" Nandini asked, Manik nodded looking at her.

"I didn't see my daughter before Nandu, now all my eyes are on her. She has something for him...I hope she won't take it all seriously." Manik said concentrating on driving.

Nandini looked outside, like other parents they never force or be strict with kids, because pari never let them to cold her. Expect Manik to be strict when it comes to studies. Both were like friends to pari, Leo or Aarav too.
Nandini doesn't mind pari choosing her partner but she should choose the right one. First Jayden what mess he created in pari only as a mother and father it hurt them. Now Nawab knows nothing about him except he helped pari. And Nandini talked with him, but he never opened up much.

"Not all love stories are rose beds, thrones will be present..she has to fight." Nandini said looking out, Manik glanced at her and straight.

Soon they reached Pune, a resort where the meeting was going to happen. All moved into the garden side where a big table was arranged, for men in their 50's sitting.

"Hello Mr. Malhotra. Mr. Knight." That man shook hands with Manik and Antonio, both introduced all the members, and sat down.

Manik and Antonio bought land here to build a company for Leo, who wants to grow up on his own legs.

Meeting went on, kids went to play, even Aarav rubbed. But Leo, pari and muskan pouting and sitting listening to boring things.

"I never listen to my college seminar too, why did you bring me here?" Pari whispered, Leo and muskan chuckled.

"Then think my state, I never know meeting will this boring. How you listen to it Leo?" Muskan said feeling pity on him.

"My fate... Can't do anything." Leo said holding her hands below the table, made Muskan blushed.

Pari rolled her eyes at love birds, looked away. She know how timescale from this, how many times she escaped from seminar saying a excuses washroom.😂

"Mom, can I go to the washroom?" Pari whispered in Nandini 's ears who asked through eyes at manik. He nodded, pari giggled and ran away waving bye at Leo, others saw this and chuckled.

Pari sighed and looked around the beautiful resort which is empty as it is not the holiday season.

"Excuse me, mam." Pari turned to see a waiter standing.

"Yes."

"Mam, your brother called you there." Pari frowns looking at the direction the waiter is showing. Why did Leo call her? He could message her as she has her phone in hand only.

She nodded and walked the way the waiter said.

"No one is here?" Pari shrugged her shoulders and turned to see the nightmare of her life.

"Missed me princess?" Pari looked at him numb, her eyes travelled from up to bottom of his body, total change, expensive suits, watch, shoes, jelled up hair, which always be messed up, no normal clothes. A dirty smirk made her more angry.

"I think my princess can't speak in shock?" Jayden said, pulling her closer by waist. Pari just looked at him.

"Missed me?" He whispered his ears, licking her ear lobe.

"Why should I miss when I have a handsome company?" Jayden pulled back and saw pari's face changed into smirked.

Pari pushed him, his back hit the wall, "Don't keep your hopes high. I will be crying for you, will come into your arms crying and say accept me, that pari died long back...This is Pari Manik Malhotra, you speaking to.''Pari said smirking, Jayden gritted his teeth seeing her confidence. He missed the pari who begged him not to leave.

"Hahaha..." He laughed, making her frown, "Nice acting pari, I know you missed me.. Don't you." Jayden's words made her frown.

Before she spoke, he pulled her, smashing his lips with her, sucking it harder. Pari hit his chest to leave him, but he pinned her to the wall and kissed her more deeply. Pari tightened her fist and bit his lips harder, making him step back.

"Tch...You're still my wild cat princess." Jayden said pari glared at him, about to punch him when Jayden's eye went to the right side of them.

Pari frowned, followed his gaze to get the shock of her life.

Nawab stood looking at them, tightening his fist, veins popping out from his arms and forehead, When his red angry eyes met Pari, who nodded no in tears. 

Nawab looked away and walked otherside. Tears rolled down her eyes unknowingly, "Look like your local guy didn't trust you. Think before challenging me princess, Jayden never loses in many games. This game ends, you will be mine, and he will be dead for touching you. Be a good girl ok, meet you soon." Jayden patted her cheeks and went away. Pari stood numb looking at no particular way.

She is not thinking about Jayden's words. Her whole focus was on Nawab, who looked at her with those eyes which were filled with anger, hurt, and many more..

Pari bit her lips to control her sobbing, held her head which spinning, she slid the wall and fell to the ground. Before she black out, she heard someone shouting her name and ran into her.

Maybe nawab... But he left.. That is what her heart is saying. She went black out.
