Fab4, Pihu sitting tensely outside the ward were doctor checking Nandini. Pihu praying for the truth to come out, Manik was tensed the first time he felt something..fear which he never felt. Cabir was praying to be his sister alright, Abhi and Mukthi too.

Doctor came out, all surrounded with more questions. He smiled and said, "All ok, it's common at this stage for her?"

All for confused expect Pihu

"Doctor, what do you mean?" Cabir asked.

"I mean she will feel dizzy, vomiting, all on stage. But I need to say her body is so weak, she shouldn't stress this much now, it will affect the baby too." All was shocked.

"Wait a minute. Baby?" Manik asked.

Doctor nodded yes, "Yes she is pregnant." Mukthi palmed her mouth in shock, Abhi was shocked. Cabir doesn't know he heard right.

Finally, Manik was numb hearing it. Baby Nandini had a baby that means his baby..their baby.

"Thankq Doctor." Pihu said, Manik looked at Pihu in question, who nodded yes. Made him clear she is actually pregnant.

Manik was punched on his cheek which broke his trance, looking up to see Cabir glaring.

"You did this..You were responsible." Cabir shouted which took all the attention there.

"Cabir control man, we are in hospital." Abhi said pulling him back, Cabir jerk and walked out angrily, Abhi followed him.

Manik sat on a nearby chair holding his head, Mukthi sat holding his shoulder.

"Manik." She called.

"Did you hear what the doctor said?" Manik looked at her, "She is pregnant with my baby. My baby Mutkhi, I am not alone anymore..I am not." Tears rolling down his eyes for the first time, mutkhi smiled and hugged him. She was scared that he would get angry and go away. 

"I am not alone..I have a family..i.." Manik cried in her arms, Pihu was silent seeing it. She saw him crying, shocking her, his words confusing her.

Manik got up wiping his tears, walked near the door, opened and walked in to see Nandini sleeping. He walked near, his eyes went from her face to her stomach where his Baby is there.

With shivering he placed it on her stomach, a smile formed his lips as if he felt his baby was caressing it. He now understood why Nandini was touching it now and then, it felt nice as if touching their baby.

Nandini moaned and slowly opened her eyes and looked around, then Manik as she felt weight on stomach, shocked to see Manik, but kept silent seeing his smile and tears.

His gaze fell on her, made her nervous and looked down, but soon she was in his arms, shocking her. 

"Thankq thankq thankq." He was murmuring which confused her, why he was saying thanks.

"Ma.manik…..pain." she whispered as he held her tightly.

"Oh, sorry..are you fine?" Manik asked, cupping her face, she nodded smiling. She frown seeing blood clot from his lip.

"Why? Why did you never say this?" Manik asked, looking at stomach, Nandini was tense, and didn't know what to say.

"I..i thought…"

"Nandini, are you fine?" Pihu came to rescue her, hugged her.

"I am fine." She glanced at Manik who stood with a strict face, his questions not over.

"Hmm..Baby?" Nandini asked Pihu.

"Baby is fine, but taking this much stress and crying is not good." Pihu said strictly, making Nandini nodded. She looked around to see her Bhai who was absent.

"He knows, he went to get you food." Manik said seeing her searching for him, she nodded.

Manik didn't speak as Pihu was there, but soon Mukthi came smiling with Abhi.

"Hey Beautiful," Abhi said loudly and hugged Nandini.

"Hmm...You look like Baby going to have a baby. Wow!!" Abhi said, winking at her, making her look down. Manik glared at him to stop his stupid joke, he pouted.

"Yayyayayyaay, I am happy as soon our family is going to have a baby." Mukthi said in excitement, making everyone smile.

"More shopping to be done." Mukthi said joining hands with Pihu who smiled.

Nandini looked at the door to see Cabir stepping in looking down.

 "Bhai '' she called cabir looked at her.

"I am..are you angry?" She asked in tears, he nodded immediately, whipping her tears.

"Don't cry, it's not good for the baby." He said Nandini hugged him.

"I.. didn't think this Bhai..please forgive me." Nandini said.

Cabir patted her cheeks, "No, I was disappointed that I was never there when you needed me the most. Keeping all my anger the first priority I lost my importance in you. I am not angry, not this time." Nandini smiles at hearing him.

"Keep smiling like this.' He said, kissing her forehead, all smiles. Manik was just seeing her face glowing.

Doctor came in, "Sorry for disturbing the sweet moment. How are you?"

"I am fine." Nandini said, holding Cabir's hands.

"Good to know, but your body is so weak dear. Stress, crying will hurt the baby only, your age all..please be careful and yes give her more happiness and keep her away from stress. Already your friends gave me your chat, it's all good. Follow it." Doctor said, she nodded.

"Any compilation?" Manik asked.

"As of now nothing, monthly monthly there will be a check up, in that we will know the growth and conditions of the baby, I will inform you at that time." Doctor said, Manik nodded.

"After IV finishes you can discharge her, please get a nice rest dear." Doctor said and went out.

Pihu with Manik helped lay her down, "You sleep a little." Manik said, caressing her hair, she smiled and closed her eyes. Manik eye at fab3 out.

"Pihu you be here, we will come." Manik said and moved out. Pihu frown dn sat beside Nandini holding her hands

"This Navya or anyone shouldn't know." Manik said to all who nodded.

"I am sorry for being angry…" Cabir said.

"As a brother it's your emotions and anger I won't always leave you to hit me." Manik said rubbing his lips, chair smiled.

"Shit!!" Abhi said, looking at his phone.

"What?" Mutkhi asked.

"Bloody Harshad is out of jail now." Abhi said looking at manik who rolled his eyes.

"Now this idiot will do something." Manik murmured.

"Both sister and brother will do something." Mukthi said.

"Nandini?" Cabir asked Manik.

"From now she is my responsibility. I am taking her to my penthouse, she will be there. Keeping in the Pihu house or mansions won't work." Manik said thinking.

"Pihu father?" Mukthi said.

"Let me handle it." Manik said, all nodded and moved inside to say to Pihu.

This was all seen by a person, who called someone and informed someone..

"Boss, Manik Malhotra is here with his friend in hospital... Don't know the boss..but two girls are with him...Ok...Ok boss..I will be informed….v Vincent is still not found..Ok boss.."he said on the phone and left from there.

"Aliya, this Navya is key for us. Have you done anything useful?" Harsad asked.

"No, Manik never allowed me bro. Always Moody." Akiya said.

"But that changed after that girl came.'' Aliya said, gritting her teeth.

"Girl?who?'" Harshad asked.

"Cabir' sister. Nandini, his Manik behind that low class girl." Aliya said irritatedly.

Harsad smirked, "Cabir has a sister.. interesting." He thought something, and at the same time his phone rang.

He moved away from Aliya and spoke, "Yes boss….i am out of jail….what a girl??sure I will find out about it. ..Ok boss.." 

Harshad cut the call and thought, "Why is he so eager to know a girl with manik?"
