Chapter 7: The Other Capitals

"So that all happened?" Britain asked his daughter.

"That's exactly what happened," the young Amelia confirmed. She was glad to hear from her Father after being separated from him for such a long, time. (A/N: Cue the ring shot) She didn't want to tell him all she had seen but she also did at the same time but knew that it would be best not to say anything.

"Listen, I'm going to get you and the others home as soon as I can, okay?"

"Yes Father."

"Okay. I love you Amelia."

"I love you too Father." He hung up, which was the hardest thing he had to do, knowing that his child was in the future, and then went to tell the others what was going on.

After he hung up, Amelia went back to the living room where the others were and saw that they were talking to Eloise and her future self. It's so strange to think that in that living room is my future self and my future daughter, Amelia thought as she looked into the living room. And it's so strange that I'm going to marry Tye. A huge blush appeared on Amelia's face at the thought of being married to her crush.

Just then, the doorbell rang and Mrs. Vargas got up to answer the door. "Coming, I'm coming," the older Amelia called out, heading to the front door. On the other side of the door was a young woman with blonde hair to her shoulders, blue eyes, and a Marvel t-shirt on and by her side was a little girl that looked just like her, except she had golden eyes instead of blue ones.

"'Sup Amelia?" the woman greeted.

Both Amelia's groaned at the same time. Even if it's the future, I can recognize that wanker anywhere, the younger Amelia thought.

"Ugh, hello Amanda," the older Amelia greeted, allowing the young woman and the little girl into her home. "I see you've come over uninvited, again."

"Oh come on Amelia, don't get your pants all in a knot," the older Amanda stated with her cocky attitude that the younger Amelia that was all too familiar with. "Besides, I would've called but I was in a hurry to get here. My boss had been on my case the whole car ride here and the whole time DC had to cover her ears."

"It's true," DC vouched for Amanda. "Mom was on the phone with her boss the whole time and I had to sing to keep from hearing him."

"And you know he's pretty loud Amelia so DC had to sing pretty loud," the older Amanda said, bending down to be the same height as her daughter. "Can't you find it in your heart to forgive me? I mean, look at this cute little face." DC gave the older Amelia the best puppy dog eyes look she could muster, which was pretty dang adorable if you looked directly at her. "You can't say no to it."

"No, but I can say no to you Amanda," Mrs. Vargas huffed. "I'm far too busy with other more important things to babysit Diana Claire."

"What could be more important?" The older Amanda glanced over to the doorway that led to the living room and noticed the younger Amelia standing there. "Uh, is it me or does Eloise look a lot more like you when you were younger?"

The older Amelia sighed. "I guess there's no point in hiding it anymore; Amanda, we have a bit of an issue."

********************

After a long explanation, the older Amelia called a meeting of all the available countries to meet up with their capitals to discuss about the past capitals. The new capitals and the ones from the past sat outside the room while the new countries sat in the meeting room. Getting to meet their future children was a bit much for the capitals of the past. They never thought in a million years that they would meet their future kids;

"You're dress is so beau on you," Allison complimented.

"Well you're outfit is zhe pinnacle of style," Coco, aka Paris, replied.

"Wait, wait, wait, they have a Mario Party 18 out?" Amanda asked DC, her daughter.

"Oh yeah. I beat it a while ago but if you come by my house sometime you and I can play it," DC said.

"So you don't use light or dark magic?" Amelia questioned Eloise.

"No. Mummy and Grandpa always argued about it so I just stayed out of magic all together," Eloise explained.

"You're going to have to show me some of your moves aru," Chen said after hearing that her daughter knew martial arts.

"Well I don't see why you would want to see them since they're your move," Lei insisted.

"You and I do training, right?" Katrina questioned her son.

"Ja. Ve're always training all the time, but usually in the morning," Kurt answered.

"You rearry don't have to thank me Toko," Naomi told her son.

"But you were abre to fix the bugs in Pochi bot and I rearry appreciate that," Toko said.

"I actually knitted your scarf?" Natie asked her son.

"Da. You told me that it took you two months to do it," Nathaniel replied.

"I really want to try your pasta," Rose told her daughter.

"It's really your pasta but I give it a certain zing, at least according to you," Bella explained.

"I know ice skating is hard but you'll get it," Emma told her son.

"It's just really hard is all and it's embarrassing to keep falling down," Emit explained to Emma.

It was strange for the capitals, both young and old, to be talking to each other. It was just something no one expected to happen but it did. Now they were just talking back and forth to each other.

After a few minutes of talking, the capitals of the past were called into the meeting room by the countries.

Cliffhanger!
