"This way Emma," Amanda instructed as she dragged her cousin down yet another long hallway. "We just need to keep running okay?"

"Okay Amanda," Emma replied as she followed her cousin through the house. They had been running for what felt like hours. As they were running Amanda noticed a latch on the ceiling. She pulled on the rope and soon had a staircase that led to the attic.

Amanda pulled on her cousin to follow her upstairs. They went into the attic and found cobwebs and dust bunnies along with old things that had probably seen better days. "This should be the perfect place to hide," Amanda muttered.

"You think so?"

"Yep."

As they stayed up there, Emma had tears form in her eyes.

"Em? Are you okay?"

Emma shook her head. "This is a horrible nightmare. I just want Pa back so we can go home."

"I know Em. I miss Dad so much. Sometimes I hope that this is all some horrible prank Dad is pulling trying to be funny. Then again, he wouldn't be this bad with it."

That's when the two heard voices below; "Matt, we've looked everywhere for the pests and still haven't found them."

"Have we really tried everywhere? What about that string hanging from the ceiling? It probably leads to the attic."

Amanda and Emma gulped in fear as the latch was pulled and the stairs went down to allow Matt and Al upstairs. They shrunk behind the chest they were hiding behind and tried their best to stay quiet.

"Come out little girls," Al called out. "If you come out now, I promise it will be quick."

Matt smacked Al on the nack of the head. "You idiot, they're not going to come out after hearing that," Matt grumbled.

"You're the idiot Matt!"

While those two argued, Amanda and Emma crawled on their hands and knees towards the stairs. Just when it seemed like they were home free, Amanda was picked up by the back of her shirt. "Let me go!" She shouted as Al held her up.

"And where did you think you were going kiddo? We still need something from you," Al smirked as he got out the syringe and drove the needle into Amanda's arm, causing the young girl to scream in agony as blood was drawn. "There, that wasn't so bad was it?"

Amanda bit her lip to try and hold back the tears.

"Now where is that little cousin of yours?"

"Like I'd tell you,"

That's when Emma was picked by Matt, who spotted her trying to crawl downstairs. "Not so fast Emma," Matt said. "You still need to give us something."

"Leave her alone!" Amanda shouted.

"Be quiet little brat!" Al yelled as Matt placed the needle into Emma's arm. Emma screamed in pain as the blood was drawn.

After Al and Matt got what they wanted, they dropped the girls and then left them in the attic.

Meanwhile, with Naomi and Chen, the two were hiding in a broom closet. "Do you think this is a good hiding spot?" Chen asked.

"Seems rike a good prace to me," Naomi answered. "As rong as we stay quiet that is.

Footsteps were soon heard outside the door. And it seemed like there were two sets of footsteps. Along with the footsteps, something metallic was being dragged across the ground and it sent shivers down their spines.

"Now where could Chen be?" Xiao stated as he and Kuro walked down the hall. Kuro stopped though in front of a closet door. "Something wrong Kuro?"

".....I know where Chen is," Kuro simply stated as he stared at the door. He then kicked the door with a swift kick and the door fell inward, allowing Kuro to see Chen and Naomi inside. Kuro smirked. "Werr werr, found you."

Chen and Naomi gulped as Xiao got on his knees to look Chen right in the eyes. "Chen come here this instant," Xiao demanded in a stern voice.

Chen shook her head. "No."

Xiao seemed angered by Chen's response. "Chen, come here right now."

Again, Chen shook her head. "No. I won't do it."

"Don't make me repeat myself."

Chen crossed her arms across her chest. "Why should I? First you tell me to run and now you want me to come with you."

Kuro raised an eyebrow in confusion. "Is that true?"

Xiao growled in annoyance. "Of course it's not true! Now grab her so we can get that stupid blood for Luciano."

"Fine." Kuro began to approach Chen when Naomi blocked off his path. "Move Naomi."

"No. I'm not scared of you. I won't ret you hurt Chen."

"I'm afraid you don't have a choice in the matter cherry brossom." Kuro grabbed Naomi by the arm and threw her against the wall.

"Naomi!" Chen cried out before Kuro stuck the needle into her arm and drew her blood. Chen then raced over to Naomi and helped her up as Kuro and Xiao walked away.

Allison ran through the house, trying to figure out where to hide. As she stopped to catch her breath, someone grabbed her by the arm and dragged her into the closet she was in front of, making sure to cover her mouth to keep her from screaming. "Are you crazy?" Aurel asked as he turned on a light. "You could have gotten caught."

"Zhank you so much Aurel!" Allison thanked, hugging Aurel and making the boy blush. "I was worried I was going to get caught."

"Uh, it's okay Allison. You can let go now."

As she did that, there were footsteps outside the door. Aurel quickly turned off the light and listened to the people outside; "Francois, ve better find your kid fast or Luciano is going to be ticked." Gilen stated.

"I really don't care," Francois said.

Allison began to shake in fear as she heard the two 2Ps outside the door. Aurel placed his arms around her. "Ve'll be okay Allison. Ve just need to stay quiet."

Just then, the doorknob began to jiggle and Aurel acted fast by pushing Allison deeper into the closet where coats were. "So this is vhere you have been," Gilen said when he saw Aurel, who tried to remain fearless.

"Ja that's right," Aurel simply stated as Gilen pulled out the needle.

Gilen took a hold of Aurel's arm and warned him about the needle before injecting it into his arm and drawing the blood he needed. "Done."

"Not yet." Francois simply stated. "Zhere's zhe matter of getting Allison's blood."

Allison gulped in fear as Gilen looked past Aurel and at Allison. Aurel ran over to Allison though and blocked her from Gilen. "Leave her alone!"

He's protecting me, Allison thought as a faint blush came to her face.

"Just give us the blood sample and then ve vill be done."

Allison gulped but careful placed her arm out before feeling the pinch from the needle as it drew blood.

After Francois and Gilen left, Aurel looked at Allison. "I'm sorry I couldn't protect you Allison," he apologized.

"It's okay Aurel," Allison said. "You did the best you could."
