Before study about the severity of public speaking anxiety, it is important to consider its source.

1)
Previous to getting to the main part of the questionnaire, we give students some overall questions and determine that the student’s qualifications are eligible for research.

Question 6 is about students’ self-assessment of their public speaking skills, most of the students think they are at the average which is acceptable.

Base on this data, we divide the students into 2 groups A and B, group A includes excellent and good students, group B consists of students who are at average or under average level

2)

There are a variety of reasons why students become nervous when giving a public speech. The second chart shows some common worries of the students. Nervousness and dissatisfaction with their own linguistic abilities are at the top of the list in both groups. But the bottom of the list is different, fewer students in group A care about judgment than group B, and the threat of credibility is noticed in group B more than in group A.

3)
Chart number 3 clarifies which factor influences public speech of student the most. Even in group A or group B, anxiety makes up a significant portion of the data. But fewer students in group A are impacted by anxiety than group B. we can conclude that students with strong PS skills are more confident than their peers. It is apparent that personal skill have considerable influence on both groups when they give a speech.

II.

In the second question, we focus on studying some of the most typical signs of public speaking nervousness among junior students

4)

The chart illustrates the symptoms that students commonly experience during public speaking. It demonstrates that more than 80 percent of participants irregularly experience rapid heartbeat, the number of participants who also suffer other symptoms ranging from 55 percent to 75 percent. And each participant experiences one of these symptoms at least once. It highlights the reality that students may not feel comfortable, confident, or focused on their presentations because they struggle with controlling their thoughts and voice.

5)
Chart number 5 clarifies how these symptoms impact students in two groups when they give a presentation, resulting in their speech not going as well as they had expected. Otherwise, just a few students claim that their speech was not influenced by these symptoms.

6.

Furthermore, nearly half of students have negative thoughts about these symptoms - think they are signs of nervousness, while a third feel that it is just a preparation of the body for the task (Fig.9). When it comes to preparing the body for a challenge, it implies that the brain is ready to do new tasks. Other responses believe that they are normal natural reactions. However, both students in groups A and B are still dealing with challenges related to psychological concerns. To conquer their fear, they will need to put in more effort in terms of preparation and persistence.
