(Shinya's pov)

Ryuko was brought upstairs and put to lay down in one of the guest beds in the house.

She looks so beautiful when she sleeps.

I looked away from her and walked to the window and looked outside.

I didn't want to do it to her. But I had to. If I didn't, her mission would have been a success.

I know what she has become. I know who she is now.

That accident 5 years ago will haunt me forever. It took away the Ryuko I once knew. I pray she will return.

But for now, I need to deal with this Ryuko.

She started waking up so I walked over to the bed and sat on it, and watched as her eyes fluttered open.

 "Hello, Dear." I said as she stared at me.

She quickly got up and stood on the bed with a knife in her hand and she pointed it at me.

 "What did you do?" She hissed.

 " I didn't do anything Princess. I would never harm you in any w-"

 "SHUT UP!! WHO ARE YOU!? WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!?"

 I could only sit in silence and stare helplessly at the woman I used to love.

 "Want me to tell you?"

 " Yes I do. I want you to tell me why the hell you remember me but I don't remember you! "

 "5 years ago we were both in accident. I had just proposed to you and you had said yes. That was the happiest moment of my life. But then, as we were going home, our car fell over and crashed. I wish I was in your place. You had injured your head badly. So now, you have lost all your memories of what happened before the accident. "

By now she had put down the knife and was sitting down, obviously in shock.

"There. I have told you my side. Now. Care to tell me why you have to kill me?"

She looked up at me with water filling her eyes.

" How did you know? " I just shrugged and waited for her.

"Someone gave me the job. Said that all I had to do was kill and make money. If I didn't know the people it would have no affect on me. So I did it. For 3 years, I have been the assassin, Ryukyu. I worked with my friend Hawks for a long time as well. But then I got an order to kill you and another person. " she put her hand into her dress pockets (her dress has pockets! :D) and pulled out what seemed to be a picture.

 "I know him."

 "Who is he?"

 "That's... That's my friend Toshinori's old friend. We call him Nighteye."

 Oooooh Nighteye is here! Yaaaay!
