Before we begin I want to say a few things.

This will be a book involving cancer so if you are sensitive to this topic I suggest you leave.

Also, this book will be personal to myself.

I recently listened to the song 'Cancer' by Twenty One Pilots (yes I know it is originally by MCR) and it has inspired me to write this.

I have personally experienced cancer too.

My mother died of the deadly disease when I was only three so it is a sensitive topic for me.

And last year my uncle, my only close relative, passed away from it.

This hit me hard as he was basically my only father figure growing up.

Also, I know the true hardship of cancer so this won't be unrealistic.

And I found out not that long ago I have a 70-80% chance of developing skin cancer.

I hope this book will raise awareness of this horrible and unnecessary disease.
