the brunette and the raven head stared at the television screen watching a new movie on netflix.

but who was interested in the movie, all they both were doing was stealing glances at each other.

taehyung intentionally kept his hand closer to jeongguk's hoping that he might, key word might hold his hand.

but that sort of thing didn't happen.

kim taehyung did a great job with being the cool one in front his long time crush jeon jeongguk and he was still doing a great job.

he didn't realize that he was staring at the older for a while now that he actually noticed him.

"am i more interesting than the movie, kim taehyung?" jeongguk turned over his shoulder to ask this and taehyung swears, he could could see that visible smirk.

"of course not, i was just checking what do you have that people get a crush on you." taehyung lied and jeongguk just sighed in disbelief.

"jesus tae, you yourself told that i am sexy, hot and so attractive!" jeongguk defended causing the younger to laugh, "but still not that much for almost everyone to get a crush."

"that's offending." jeongguk huffed but the next moment started laughing when taehyung started tickling him.

"oh god, stop it." jeongguk bursted into laughter. the other joined in and they both were laughing.

jeongguk due to the tickling impact and taehyung seeing the other.

they both stopped when taehyung started to feel tired. his lungs got tired due to too much laughing.

"hey you alright?" jeongguk asked worried and taehyung took deep breaths to calm down.

"i'm fine."

jeongguk kept on rubbing the other's back until he was again back to normal, " you know about my lungs, they are really bad at doing their job―"

taehyung started laughing a little but stopped when he noticed jeongguk's expression. he was like he was about to cry.

"hey, don't you dare cry." taehyung warned to which the raven head immediately responded and took a deep breath resisting the urge to cry.

"i'm not crying."

"such liar." taehyung pushed the other quite hard but not that hard for jeongguk to fall and he himself was quite confused when jeongguk fell off bed and landed on his ass on the floor.

it was just jeongguk's plan to lift the mood and he was successful when taehyung was grinning while giving him a hand to get up.

"i didn't know i was this strong." taehyung pulled jeongguk up who smiled and again settled beside the brunette, but this time leaving no space in between, their arms pressed together that left taehyung with crimson cheeks.

the moment, taehyung turned around and jeongguk did the same, they were facing each other, both had blood rushing to their cheeks and none uttering a single sound.

they somehow found solace in the moment where they can see each other, saying nothing.

"is it bad i can't stop staring at you?" jeongguk finally spoke and taehyung smiled, "oh really?"

"yeah really."

"liar― this is the reason people fall for you, you flirt." taehyung broke the eye contact and now laid on his back, his eyes glued on the ceiling.

"i never said all these to anyone other than you." jeongguk confessed.

"it's just four days we met." taehyung reminded and jeongguk nodded before sitting up and pulling the other up.

when they both were sitting up, facing each other, jeongguk smiled and took taehyung's both hands in his.

"why do you think like that? it's been 96 hours we met, it's been 5760 minutes we met, it's―" jeongguk was cut off by the other who put his pointer finger on his lips.

"shh gguk, stop flexing that you are living calculator." taehyung let out a small chuckle and jeongguk smiled.

"you are so boring." jeongguk complained, "but still―"

there was another short span of silence before jeongguk's onyx eyes bored into the other's hazel ones.

"i won't lie, i got a crush on you." jeongguk confessed and taehyung can already feel butterflies in his tummy.

"oh jeon jeongguk―" taehyung called the other's name quite dramatically and pushed him softly causing him to giggle and ask, "what?"

"okay." jeongguk only hummed as a reply and started playing with taehyung's long, slender fingers.

the younger just stared at the other intertwining their fingers.

"hey now go home. you are distracting me a lot from my goal to finish 8 movies today. you are annoying me too much." taehyung said and pushed the other again who just smiled nodding cause he knows the other didn't mean whatever he said.

"though i don't wanna leave now but okay, as you wish." jeongguk crawled out of the bed and for a brief moment stared at the other who was looking at his own lap.

"don't come tomorrow." taehyung informed and jeongguk knitted his brows, "why? you got plans?"

"yep got a plan. i am getting an mri tomorrow." taehyung said and jeongguk nodded, "don't worry tae, everything will be okay."

"i'm not worried about anything." taehyung huffed and jeongguk just decided to not reply.

"then i will just go for now." jeongguk smiled and taehyung nodded.
