Rules

1. Use only third person, PAST tense. Don't ask why lol
2. Use normal names lol. They can be pretty much anything but the naming won't be the same as the original Hunger Games trilogy.
3. No God mode, or so help me lol. Seriously, tho. I can override any killing done by a character if it's communicated directly to me that it isn't wanted.  Only the people who own the character can make those decisions.
4. I'll use my knowledge of Canada throughout the RP to make situations in which characters could probably die.
5. Absolutely no powerplay or chatplay!
WRONG: X: *punches Y* Ässhole! *Y falls*
RIGHT: X swung to punch Y in the stomach. "Asshole!" she yelled, eyes filled with rage.
