I was running around playing with nate when I felt something scroll down my leg. my eyes widened as I remembered it was a new month. I grabbed nate, and I went inside quickly. I set him in the living on the couch where he loves to push the button and make it recline and sit up and I ran to the bathroom leaving the door slightly opened I grabbed a pad and put it on. I cleaned up my leg and changed the underwear I was wearing and put the ones I kept downstairs if I had an accident like this so I cleaned myself up and went back into the living room the clock said 2:00pm and I saw Nathan reclining the chair back and forth laughing.

I smiled and sat on the other side of him. he looked at my and patted him tummy telling me he was hungry. I got up and he climbed down the couch seat and followed me. by the time he was 6 months he started to walk and now he is a pro he even runs but he is still working on that. he went to the pantry and since it wasn't closed all the way he opened it and went inside. I put all of his snacks on the bottom since I let him pick it out he isn't that tall for a baby he is but not like me.

he grabbed pringles and went out closed the door and climbed up the couch sat down and turned on the tv and watched whatever was on but if he didn't like it he would turn it. if you don't, believe me, its really true. I went to the fridge out in the garage and got his juice and me a mountain dew. I went back inside and sat by Nathan who was eating his chips and I put the juice inside the cup holder and he took it out and drank it and put it back.

" Nathan can you turn the tv?" he looked at me and then grabbed the remote pushing random numbers he found the cartoon channel. he seemed to be very interested in it and he was watching sponge bob. after he finished his chips he tapped my hand and I looked at him. he gave me the empty bag and signed more. " more more."

" go and get more." he climbed off the couch and went to the pantry but he couldn't reach the handle and he closed it all the way. I got up and helped him. I picked him up and let him look.

" what do you want the baby."

he pointed to the gushers and I leaned him over to the box and he grabbed two.

I set him down and he walked back to his spot.

" Nathan don't stuff them all in your mouth give them to mommy."

he handed me the bags and he ate his three one by one. the doorbell rang and I went to answer it.

I looked through the peep hole and it was someone I didn't expect or want.

I opened the door and crossed my arms.

" what do you want?!"

" can I see him?"

" no!"

" baby please."

" don't you dare call me babe I haven't been your babe since you wanted nothing to do with us." " I changed please let me be the father I need to be." " no Ryan you already screwed yourself there, my boyfriend is willing to be his father and Nathan has already called him dad so don't make this hard for nate."

" you named his Nathan?" " yes I did and leave us alone go and screw some whore of yours."

" I'm over them please."

" stop begging I'm not going to let you see him or and be a father or be in his memory."

Alex came up behind Ryan. " who the hell is this?" " this is Ryan and he wants to be Nate's father." " oh hell, no buddy I filled that one so get your ass out of here before I make you."

Ryan not in the mood to fight got in his car and drove off. " thanks, alex." " no problem babe can I come in?" " of course."

he kissed my cheek and came inside. he followed the sound of the tv to the living room. Nathan looked at him and smiled. he got off the couch and ran to Alex. Alex hugged him and picked him up. Nathan asked me more for the gushers so I gave him one putting one in my mouth and Alex's mouth.

nate saw that I put one into Alex's mouth and he put his gusher in his mouth too.

I awed at the moment I just saw and we spent the rest of the afternoon playing eating and taking naps while watching tv until my mom and brother got back.
