Shoto stumbled downstairs, still drowsy (though I'm pretty sure we've all been at some point). Natso turned as he walked into the room.

"Good morning Mr bed-head"

"Huh?" Shoto reached up and felt his hair. It was all over the place, and So FLuFfY!

"I'll be right back"

Shoto ran up to his room and tried to look remotely good (in Shoto's head). "Still ugly AF, but I can't do anything about that." Shoto checked his phone and his eyes widened. It was the first day of UA. Shoto ran downstairs and crossed over to Fuyumi.

"Do you know where my uniform is?!"

"I put it into your closet-"

"Thank you!"

A while later, Shoto was at the front gates of UA.

"Move it extra!"

Shoto lost his balance as a kid who looked like a pomeranian created a small explosion. Shoto looked back at the guy's face. Yup. A very angry pomeranian.

"What are you looking at half 'n half!"

"You, idiot" Shoto signed.

"What are you doing with your hands?"

Shoto facepalmed. 'Is this going to be how everyones gonna react?' he thought to himself.

Now they have a small crowd watching. Then, one guy with light purple hair, started laughing. Everyone looked at him. Purple dude finally stopped laughing.

"Lemme guess, your mute, right?"

"I'm sorry, do I know you?"

"Well, not yet." he held out his hand to help Shoto up. Shoto took it.

"How do you know-"

"How do I know sign?"

Shoto nodded.

"I don't."

"Then how-"

"My Quirk is brainwash. I can control your mind and a little bit read it, but not quite." the guy looked around at everyone. "You have a book you can write in?"

Shoto nodded. He put his bag on the ground and pulled out a whitish silver book and a pencil. "Will this work?"

"Good." Purple hair puts his hands in his pockets and walks away. The most awkward silence fills the courtyard. Then people start to disperse. Soon it's just Shoto, Pomeranian, and a boy with fluffy green hair and bright green eyes, who doesn't seem to realize the other two are there.

"Tch" Pomeranian walks into the school, and kicks Shoto's bag. Shoto's things fly everywhere.

'Oh come on,' he thought. Shoto started to gather his things when a freckled face appeared in front of Shoto's. "Here! It looked like you needed help!"

"Thanks"

"No problem!" Freckles smiled. "What Class are you in?"

"1 A"

Freckles looked confused. "Is that 1 A? Or 1 B? Am I wrong? Sorry if I am! I-"

Shoto smiled and held his hand up to stop the boy from his little accidental rant. Shoto gave him a thumbs up.

"I was correct?" Shoto nodded. "Cool!" "What's your name? I'm Izuku Midoriya!"

Shoto reached in his bag for a sheet of paper. It had the sign language alfa-bet. Shoto handed Izuku the paper. He started to finger spell his own name.

"S, H, O, T, O. Shoto? T, O, D, O, R, O, K, I. Todoroki? Shoto Todoroki?"

Shoto nodded. "I, Z, U, K, U?"

"Yup! We should probably get to class."
