Chapter 1 Forming the Band

July 23 a hot day in London, I should be eating some ice cream but nooo, I'm at the X-Factor practicing for tonight.

After my big performance, they called a few names but not mine and a few other people, three boys started crying a blonde Irish guy, a kid with too much curly hair and that guy who sang Cry Me A River, well he's definitely crying a river right now.

At 8:22 someone finally came to tell us that, Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Riley Sunderland were part of a boy band. WTF? A BOY BAND?!

Oh right, I never told them I was a girl, sigh too late now. They gave us the name One Direction, well for me I could walk in many directions but a name's a name. When we introduce ourselves I'm really surprised that none of them figured out I was a girl.

Stupid A-cup, I introduce myself and they already know me, everyone knew each other, but I was too caught up with school work and being on the show to even notice, duh gotta keep my straight As!

Niall and Harry seem pleasant enough so I go talk to them. Niall finished crying and Harry's still speechless so how about Louis? “Hey Louis, my name's Riley.” “Hello Riley, we all know that you are an extremely hot Canadian boy who got into the X-Factor by singing a Disney song. Hi I'm Louis!”

For the first time in a long time I laughed, I just started laughing and I forgot how great it was to be talking to people and not just stuffing my face into books. The other five guys stare at me as if I have lost my mind, then seeing how much fun I'm having laughing, they join in.
