Hello! Welcome to 'Can You Kill Me Now?' - I am so excited to share this story with anyone willing to take a chance on it!

I want to make sure to add my trigger warnings before anyone skips over the boring copyright blurb. This story will deal with themes such as violence, suicidal ideation, gun violence, criminal activity, mention of drug usage, and a few more triggers that I don't want to give away entirely because they relate to some of the content of the story. I will mark those specific chapters, but if you are worried, please comment and reach out to me!

The beginning of this story will heavily show our main character's depressed mental state and continued suicidal ideation. This is not to glorify suicidal ideation by any means- throughout the story, you will see her face her own thoughts and feelings while she slowly finds her will to live and be happy. This story is currently ongoing, so if her current state of mind might trigger you, please wait until the story is finished!

Everyone deserves to enjoy safe reading, and the best way we can promote that is through the use of trigger warnings. We can also promote it by being mindful of our own triggers and taking breaks when needed. If you find yourself triggered and needing support, please reach out to someone you trust or comment, and we can find some resources together! At the end of the day, your mental well-being is the most important thing. I wish for everyone to have mental safety and security.
