Stay Cool Adrien.
Marinette walked out of the school, covering he face with her hair that she had taken out of her pigtails and let hang on her shoulders. She stared at the ground avoiding eye contact with anyone. Marinette didn't fight. It wasn't like her, but the teacher reminds her of an earlier Akuma attack. The guy literally controlled people's brains and made them think things that weren't true. They'd go insane or try to kill themselves. Ladybug could always heal the people afterwards but still. It's cruel.
She finally made it to the crosswalk looked up to see if there were any cars. When the street cleared the started to walk forwards, before someoen grabbed the bac of her shirt as a car flew around the corner, going too fast for Marinette to notice. She turned around, her heart beating fast as she looked for who it was.
"I wouldn't want you getting even more beat up, you're too pretty for all that."
Marinette giggled as she turned her head back to the crosswalk then back at Adrien. She smiled, a little but a blush filled her cheeks.
"Thank you, I think I'd be dead right now if you hadn't stopped me."
She said with a little laugh. Adrien smiled down at her, staring at her lips for a moment as he noticed the bruised cut. Then looked in her eyes and noticed the stitched up skin above her eyebrow. He furrowed is eyebrows in concern.
"You really got beat up, are you sure your okay? I'm glad your stood up for me and everyone else but damn, you didn't have to go that far."
Marinette shrugged with a proud look spread across her face. She smiled slyly and sighed.
"It's fine, it felt good to get that out."
Adrien chuckled softly and hesitated but quickly pulled her into a hug. Holding onto her tightly. Marinette smiled and hugs him back resting her head on his shoulder.
"Thank you, no one ever sticks up for me."
Marinette shrugged as she pulled away, leaving her hands on his shoulders and smiling brightly at him.
"Don't thank me anymore please all I did was cause trouble in the class. But I'm glad you feel better now, that teacher a total ass whipe."
Adrien laughed a little and nodded with a sigh and big smile.
"She definetly was."

Marinette sat in her bed, she wasn't asleep but her eyes were closed, she was thinking about what Adrien had said when he approached her. He definitely made sure the hug lasted a while, he held tightly onto her back pack as she mussels into her shoulder. And Marinette still felt him there, he warm breathe hitting her ear as he spoke. She found herself attempting to remove Adrien from her mind. She loved Chat, right? It's not like things can just change between two people, especially when things are that serious. She shoved her pillow onto her face and screams into it, then left it there to hide her face from the rest of the world around her. She was ashamed in herself.
"You can't love two boys at once Marinette, so choose wisely."
Tikki said patting Marinettes hair. Mari sighed and flopped the pillow beside her. She opens the trap door that lead to the rooftop. A cold swoosh of air hitting her right on the cheeks as soon as she opened it. She closed her eyes and breathed in the cool damp air. She stepped out and closed the trap door behind her, making a loud bang and a clicks when it closed shut. Locked. Marinette ran back to the door, tugging and pulling on the handle, but it was no use. She had locked herself outside.
"God, your so stupid Marinette!"
She said hitting herself in the head. She looked around for someway down, but the only way down was off the edge of the balcony. Marinette chuckled sarcasitly, shaking her head and walking away.
"Haha, hell no."
Tikki groaned as she flew through the door. Marinette chasing after her, smiling widely. She looked through the glass of the trap door as Tikki struggled to get it unlocked. Tikki growled at he lock irritated. She flew out of the door and beside Marinette.
"Stupid lock won't open! It's jammed!"
Marinette fell onto the concrete and groaned, she covered her eyes. Attempting to stop the tears from falling. But they came anyways, but who could blame her? She's locked out of her house, her parents aren't home, AND it's freezing outside! Marinette was terrified and didn't know what to do. It's hard to think when your freezing and being forced to sleep outside.
"Transform Marinette! Go to Adriens house or something."
Mari laughed and shook her head prefusly. She stood up from where she lay on the cold hard pavement. She walks over to her lawn chair and umbrella, and picked up the blanket and pillow she left out there when she wanted to star gaze.
"No, I wouldn't want to bother him. I'll wait and see if chat comes. Ha! Watch this be the night he doesn't come."
Marinette sighed and Tikki comforted her by laying her chest and purring. Marinette giggled and pet tikkis head.
"What the fuck Tikki?"
She said through laughs. Tikki giggled back and stopped purring. She flew up to Marinettes shoulder and layed down.
"Goodnight."
Marinette closed her eyes, then opened them a few minutes later, to the sound of talking. She opened her eyes and rubbed them. When her vision unblurred she noticed a familiar head on golden blonde hair, but it didn't belong to the boy she hoped. For some reason it was Adrien. And unfortunately he wasn't talking to himself. There sat Tikki in his hands, giggling and smiling. Trying to be as cute as usual.
"Adrien?!"
Marinette said backing away as everything processed.
Adrien was startled by Marinettes sudden outburst. But smiled at her when he calmed. He set Tikki down, but Marinette soon realized it wasn't only Tikki in his hands, there was a black Kwami-like thing with ears sitting beside her. Marinette didn't understand and was hyperventilating at the moment.
"Woah woah! Clam down, it's me. Don't worry. I was just catching up with Tikki. She tells me your the spotted hero of Paris."
