On the shooting spot of his first drama, Jin stood tall as the male lead. The Director, a foreigner with a keen eye, praised his performance with genuine admiration.

"You were absolutely brilliant," he exclaimed, his voice filled with awe. "I couldn't have asked for a better lead for this drama."

Jin's cheeks flushed with pride as he bowed respectfully. "Thank you so much, sir. It means a lot coming from you."

The Director, a man who had discovered Jin's talent in an unexpected way, smiled warmly at him. "You know, Jin, when I first saw your face in a magazine, I was drawn to it instantly. Little did I know, you would exceed all my expectations as an actor too."

As the Director continued to sing his praises, the other actors joined in, showering him with compliments and admiration. The whole staff buzzed with excitement, gossiping about his talent and charm.

After the shoot wrapped up for the day, the Director gathered everyone to announce the next step - recording the OST for the drama. But before he could finish, Jin hesitantly raised his hand, a shy smile gracing his lips.

"Um, Director," he began, his voice soft but determined. "Could I... Could I sing the OST myself?"

The Director paused, taken aback by his request. "But Seokjin-ah, you're already the main lead. Are you sure you want to take on more responsibilities?"

Jin nodded earnestly, his eyes sparkling. "I haven't sung in a long time, and I really want to do as much as I could to the drama. Please, let me do this."

The Director studied him for a moment before nodding in agreement. "If that's what you want, then I trust you. Let's arrange for you to meet the producer tomorrow, and you can discuss the OST together."

With a grateful smile, Jin thanked the Director. He walked away from the shooting spot, surrounded by the echoes of praise and encouragement.

Returning to his spacious new home that he bought a month ago, he felt a sense of tranquility wash over him. He wasted no time as he went straight for a soothing shower. He removed his locket and placed it gently on the table before stepping into the warm shower.

His room has countless photo frames of his memories as BTS. Group photos, some serious, some hilariously candid, adorned the walls.

But amidst them all, one frame stood out - a precious moment frozen in time, capturing only Jin and his love, Yoongi, their smiles a reflection of the happiness they once shared.

As he came out of the shower with new comfortable clothes, his attention was drawn to the buzzing of his phone. With a curious glance, he picked it up to find a flurry of messages from his fellow BTS members.

As he read through their messages, a bittersweet pang tugged at his heart. It had been too long since the seven of them had spent time together. All members are currently in their solo projects. Though Jin had shared the news of his lead role with the five members, Yoongi remained a mystery. No one knew what he was doing as there wasn't any information given about his solo projects.

Just as Jin settled onto his bed, securing his locket around his neck, there was a video call from Jungkook. With a fond smile, he accepted the call.

"Hyung! Congratulations!" The 5 members exclaimed in unison, their smiles genuine and heartfelt.

Jin's own smile widened at the sight of his beloved dongsaengs.

"Thank you, guys," he replied, his voice tinged with gratitude. "It means a lot to me."

The members then bombarded him with questions. "Hyung, how did the first shooting go?" Jimin piped up, his eyes shining with curiosity.

"Yeah, did you dazzle everyone with your skills?" Taehyung chimed in.

Jin chuckled, "It went well, thanks to your support, guys. But I don't know about dazzling anyone," he replied modestly, his cheeks flushing with a hint of embarrassment.

Namjoon leaned closer to the screen, his expression serious. "Jin hyung, we already know the truth. You probably had everyone on set falling for you with just one smile," he teased, earning a chorus of laughter from the others.

Jin couldn't help but laugh along with them. "Well, I have another thing to share with you all. I'm going to be singing the OST for my drama."

A chorus of cheers erupted from the screen, the members' faces lighting up with genuine excitement and pride.

"Wow, hyung, that's amazing!" Hobi exclaimed, his eyes wide.

"Congratulations, hyungie!" Jungkook chimed in.

Namjoon nodded approvingly, a proud glint in his eyes. "That's fantastic news, hyung. Your voice is going to be perfect for the OST."

Jin's heart filled with gratitude at their words of encouragement, feeling a rush of confidence coursing through him.

"You're going to have all the fans swooning with your voice, hyung," Taehyung teased.

"Better watch out, hyung. You might have a line of admirers waiting for you after this," Hoseok added, his grin infectious.

Though Jin couldn't help but blush, he knew that their words came from a place of love and support.

He continued, "I have a meeting with the producer tomorrow to discuss about it. I want to make sure it's perfect."

The members nodded in understanding, their expressions filled with pride and excitement for their hyung.

"You've got this, hyung," Namjoon reassured him, his voice brimming with confidence. "Just be yourself, and everything will fall into place."

"Thanks, guys," Jin said again, his voice filled with warmth. "I'll keep you updated on how it goes."

With a final wave of goodbye, Jin ended the call, feeling encouraged.

He then fell asleep on the bed, holding the locket tightly in his hand.

The next day Jin made his way to the shooting spot once again, following the Director's request. But as he approached, he was met with a mixture of noise and excitement, the air thick with gossip and chatter as the female staff couldn't take off their eyes on a certain someone.

Jin's attention was drawn to that person seated opposite the Director, engrossed in a phone call. Though their back was turned to him, Jin's heart skipped a beat as he recognized the familiar figure.

"No... it can't be," he murmured to himself, frozen in place as he stood mere inches away from the Director and that person.

The Director saw Jin standing there and waved him over, excitement evident in his eyes. Jin hesitated for a moment, his mind still processing everything.

With a heavy heart, he made his way to them, his heart pounding in his chest continuosly.

"He is the producer you have to meet today. You didn't think that I would bring him here, do you?" The director asked excitedly.

Jin's world seemed to spin, his mind struggling to process the shocking news as he stood silent.

The Director then prompted that person to turn around as he quickly ended his call and swiveled in his seat.

His eyes met Jin's, widening in shock and disbelief as he took in the unexpected sight before him.

Slowly, he rose from their seat, turning fully to face Jin as the Director jumped with excitement, oblivious to the tension crackling between them.

"How do you both like the surprise?" He asked eagerly, but neither Jin nor the person could respond.

The person's deep voice was barely a whisper as he began, "Jin hyu-"

But Jin cut him off with a smile which hid his pain, "It's been a long time..

Yoongi-yah."

For a moment, they stood frozen, locked in a silent exchange of emotions, unsure of how to proceed.

Yes. The producer responsible for all the songs including the OST of the drama is none other than Min Yoongi.

Also, I am not quite satisfied with this chapter. I felt like it was a bit fast forwarded🤔
