Akshadh's Maa started responding to Akshadh's words as his marriage hurted her inner self.. The machine shows good response. She tried hard to open the tear filled eyes.

"Doctor!! Dhiya ran out to call the doctor,"

"Akshuuu....Siddhuuuh," she held their hands sobbing...

"Will you marry Janu as you told?" His maa asked him hopefully with tear filled eyes.

Akshadh looked at his maa without responding. Siddhu signalled him to say 'yes'.

"Akshadh..., Are you okay with this marriage?" His maa asked doubtfully looking at him as he didn't reply.

In between Dhiya and those specialist doctors entered.

"Are you okay maa? How did you feel now?" Dr.Gokul sharma asked Maa checking her pulse rate.

She nodded okay and averted her gaze to Akshadh expecting his reply. Understanding the situation Dhiya asked Dr.Gokul sharma to observe his maa. Then she took Akshadh outside. Siddhu followed them.

"Akshadh, Don't worry about me. Take care of your maa. Give her happiness back. I knew you would get hurted if I exposed my love to you that is the reason I have buried my love in me on that day. This is our fate please Akshadh don't give the pain. Don't look at me like this Akshadh, please. It is killing me. No one should cross my situation in their life. It is hurting Akshadh please save her and leave me Akshadh. I can't be your burden please go Akshadh," she cried pleading him. Akshadh filled in tears holding her hand. Siddhu looked at them consfusedly.

"Anna, Did you know her before?" He asked shockingly.

Akshadh nodded and without looking at them he entered into the room. He looked at his maa's face and then turned to Dhiya. She showed her fake smile with tears rolling down.

"Mr.Akshadh, Your maa is expecting something from you. Please do it for her as soon as possible because her pulse rate is getting down," said Dr.Gokul

"Hmmm," Akshadh hummed and stepped closer to his maa.

Akshadh took his maa's hand in his hand and He could clearly see her expectation in his eyes, "Maa...I willl...marrryy..Ja......Aa.. nnuuuu....,You don't worry maaa" He stammered controlling his tears. Her lips curved a smile.

"My son Akshu," She bent his head down and kissed his forehead.

Then within few minutes maa was taken to the operation theatre to remove the block in the arteries to save her life further. The doctors alloted 4 hours for the operation. Akshadh, sidharth and Dhiya stood outside.

Silence occupied between them. Each minute passed hardly for Akshadh and Dhiya. An hour passed by slowly.

Siddhu sat near Akshadh by hugging his side, "Anna, forgive me please, without knowing you fully, I talked rudely to you thinking you are adamant in this marriage. I knew how much you love maa but I never thought you rejected maa's words as you have someone in your heart. I am sorry anna, I have no rights to look at your face. You are great anna, you have sacrificed your love to save maa,"

Akshadh didn't reply. Then, Siddhu held his both hands together and thanked Dhiya.

Hours passed by slowly. Dr.Gokul sharma came out, "Don't worry, operation is successful. Give her sometime to get her conscious back. Mr.Akshadh, only your words helped to save her life. Don't do anything objecting her wish because her heart is still weak. Make her happy always to sustain her life,"

"Ok doctor," Both the brothers thanked him. The doctor smiled at them and left the place.

Dhiya turned to leave the place after hearing doctor's words. She met Dr.Gokul Sharma, who was sitting in Dhiya's cabin especially in Dhiya's chair.

"Gokul, a simple thanks is not enough but anyways thanks a lot Gokul for coming Mumbai leaving all your works in Bangaluru," Dhiya thanked him heartfully and took the seat opposite to him.

"Cool Dhiya, I did my Job. More than that, I would do anything for you Dhiya. Happy to meet you after a month. This time I am seeing a different Dhiya, who is breaking down for small small things. As a best friend, I have few questions for you,"

"Nothing Gokul," she tried to turn off the coversation as she knew him from her childhood. They both were best friends. Gokul would guess seeing Dhiya's face itself. He fould something is wrong with Dhiya.

"What happened Dhiya? Why are you looking so dull? Why are you cautious about Akshadh and his mom? Did anything wrong?" He asked random questions expecting atleast she might reply for one, knowing he wont get reply if he point a question to her

Thinking for a while and hiding her tears after inducing a fake smile she replied knowing Gokul won't leave her if she didn't reply to his satisfaction level, "Gokul, I was bit exhausted as you knew that I came back from U.S yesterday,"

"Okay. Then, why are you here without taking rest? Who is Akshadh? You didn't mention about him before when we converse at the last time,"

"Akshadh.....Dont mistake me, I will tell later, Gokul. Now, I feel headache," she said.

"Mmm," he hummed.

"Gokul, how long will you stay here to treat Akshadh mom?"

"Dhiya, hopefully she would get conscious on or before today afternoon. After that, I will return back. Are you okay?"

"Yes Gokul," she said confidently.

"I have discussed about the treatments with your hospital doctors. They will take care of her in my absence so don't worry. After two to three days they will inform you about the discharge,"

"Ok Gokul,"

In between, Siddhu entered inside the cabin and he looked at Dhiya.

"Excuse me Gokul," she excused herself from there and went out.

"I need to talk to you," Siddhu initiated the talk.

Dhiya looked at him,

"Sorry, I am helpless. You behave so matured and saved our lives. I knew you get more hurted and unable to help you back. Also, I don't know how I would bring my anna from this? He was broken down completely. I have never seen him like this before. I don't know what to do now,"

Wiping her tears, Dhiya Replied, "Siddhu, you should help your brother to come out of it because we can't change anything. If we try to change anything then keep in mind we are inviting our pains wantedly. Now, take care of your maa and do whatever that makes her happy. Also, Janu is my sister. I can't even imagine what will happen if she knew the truth?"

"Yes, Janu!!!! Don't inform her about our admission here because ....,"

"Ok Siddhu, take care of Akshadh,"

"Hmm,"

Both left the place after showing a fake smile. Siddhu came to Akshadh. Akshadh laid his head back in a chair with closed eyes. Siddhu sat beside him without disturbing. A lonely tear moved slowly from Akshadh eyes reached his chin, without opening the eyes, he was wiping off. It continues for an hour and Siddhu didn't disturb him.

Few minutes later,

Dhiya came out with Dr. Gokul Sharma. Both the brothers stood up to hear the current situation of their mom.

"Your maa was perfectly alright. She f
got her conscious back. You can see her one by one," said the doctor with a huge smile and hugged Akshadh.

"Ok, Thank u so much doctor," they thanked and the doctor left. Siddhu entered inside first.

Akshadh and Dhiya looked each other like it was their last love meet.

"Is it our last meet, Dhiya?" Akshadh asked moving close to Dhiya. Dhiya closed her eyes being unable to reply him.

"Reply me Dhiya," he shook her hardly.

"No, I can't leave you Akshadh, Don't go leaving me. I can't give you to anyone," She cried hugging him.

Few minutes later, they broke the hug and cupped her crying face "Don't cry Dhiya, I am there for you. Don't cry. I will never leave you," said him and buried her face in his chest. They stayed together for few seconds and She stood shockingly seeing the one who stood opposite to her.
