Aphmau pov

Zennix.

Did you miss me dear?", said Zennix. "Don't call me dear!", I said. For all I cared I never wanted to see the guy again. "So are the rumors true, do you have Irene's relic yes or no?", asked Zennix. I didn't respond. "Well you could have chosen the easy way, but I guess you want the hard one don't you. Always so stubborn, I'll find out one way or another.", said Zennix and he left the room. What did he want Irene's relic for? What could it serve him any good?

Laurence pov

I wandered through the forest with no luck. She couldn't have gone that far, could she? In every measure I hated it, I hated her not being here. When I find the person who took her, they'll wish they never did that to her in the first place. Then I heard someone scream in the distance, it was female so I got my hopes up and thought it was Aphmau. 

To my distress it wasn't Aphmau but instead Michi who was backed up to a tree surrounded by shadow souls. Even though I knew she did some horrible things, it wasn't right for someone to be killed like that, especially by those wretched creatures. I quickly drew my sword and with a quick swipe they were gone, and Michi looked up at me. "It seems that Laurence~senpai has come to rescue Michi~chan, oh how romantic.", said Michi making goo-goo eyes at me. "For you information I don't like you.", I said making it clear I had no feelings for her. "Oh but you saved Michi~chan just as those demonic spirits were going to kill her, you must like her then.", said Michi not giving up. I put my sword to her neck. "Ok I don't know if you were involved in this but you're my best shot right now, where's Aphmau!", I demanded. She looked confused. "Michi~chan hasn't seen Aphmau~chan(I don't think Michi thinks highly of Aphmau so having her call Aphmau senpai isn't right) since she handed you over to the werewolves.", said Michi. If Michi didn't know where Aphmau was, then where was she?
