John gasped and quickly pulled away, carefully setting down the turtle and standing up.

"Did I do something wrong?" Alex asked nervously, standing up too.

John leaned into Alex's chest.

"I don't know," he sighed. "It's just-you can't actually like me, can you?"

Alex pulled away and tilted John's face up to his own.

"John," he murmured, "I don't like you. I love you. You are my entire world. Please don't think anything less of yourself."

John blushed and tilted his head down a little. Alex took John's face in his hands, however, and pressed their lips firmly together.

John gasped with surprise into Alex's mouth, but relaxed easily and wrapped his arms around Alex's neck.

"I love you so much," Alex breathed out.

"I love you, too," John whispered.

"John?" Alex said nervously. "Will you-will you-bemyboyfriend?"

John blushed and smiled into Alex's neck, internally freaking out.

"Yes, Alex," he responded.

John lifted his face and pulled Alex down to his level by his collar, the kissed him passionately.

And that's exactly what they were doing when Aaron found them-making out.
