How It All Started.
Becca.
Today was school. Again. My brother, Cody was busy in the kitchen studying for a test. Of course he forgot about it.
"Morning Cody." I greeted in a mumbled tone as I sat next to him. You see Cody and I are twins. We never had a real mom and dad, we were found on the front steps of an orphanage.
"Hi...." He muttered, eyes furrowed whenever he gets upset.
I sighed, giving in, then said, "I'll help you stop begging."
Cody's face lit up, without warning he hugged me. "Thankyouthankyouthankyou!! This is a really important test!! "
I tried to push him away. "Alright alright. Just promise me you wont wait till the last minute."
Cody nodded his head vigorously then we began to study.

Lunch began, when the bell rang stampedes of 7th graders tramped through the hallways to get to their tables. Its either you get one or you sit in the bathroom.
Cody walked over from his friends and waved a piece of paper in my face. "So? "I asked.
"I got a D."
"WHAT?! "
Cody started cracking up. "Relax, I got an A+. Thanks Becca." He reassured. I sighed in relief, after going to our lockers we sat down at an empty table. Apparently no one sits there. Rumor has it a ghost tabors this table.
But it doesn't bother us honestly...
Cody and I ate in silence. Until I felt something wet fall into my shirt. "Hey!! "Cody shouted, standing up.
I craned my neck and saw Priscilla the Perfect. She's basically the evil queen in the school. She smirked mischievously as she held an empty Smoothie bottle.
"Looks like little miss girl scout had an accident." Her high voice spoke. Her fangirls behind her snickered as she put the umbrella from the cup onto my head.
"Quit it Priscilla. "Cody defended, hands turning white.
Priscilla snorted. "Bite me...you two never have the guts to stand up to me anyway. Oh, and we wouldn't want anything to happen to poor doggy now would we? "She taunted.
Cody and I froze, how did she know?
Priscilla dropped the cup then saluted. "Peace out girl scout " She mocked then walked away, her fangirls shadowing her.
Cody and I glanced at each other. A worried expression was on his face. "How did she know about Friday?" Cody asked in a quiet tone.
If your wondering....well....I'll tell you later.
My black hair was covered to the brim in pink smoothie. So it looked like my hair was cotten candy. "Ugh...I'll never get this off if I don't clean it off first." I muttered, examining it.
"That isnt important right now...we just gotta go and check on Friday before classes start." Cody briskly started to walk away, our backpacks in hand.
Kids snickered behind their hands as I walked out of the cafeteria and into the back of the school, where there was a big tree hanging over the school.
"Friday. Its us." I whispered as I walked to the trunk of the tree. Where there was a small hole. A small black shepherd dog walked out of the hole, happy to see us again.
Now remember when I told you about how I'll tell you about Friday later? Well its later so.
We found Friday abandoned in the streets when we were 9, of course the orphanage doesn't want dogs, cats, basically anything that's living.
We've taken care of Friday ever since, giving him part of our meals, taking him on walks, we just needed to hide him from anyone who could take him away. So far it's been just the three of us....until Priscilla somehow knew about him.
"Here buddy." Cody said, reaching into his backpack and taking out a Pizza he stole. Cody dropped the Pizza to the ground;Friday immediately started eating it.
I smiled, Cody spoke. "We'll need to hide him again. Now that Priscilla knows."
No...that cant happen.
"We have to stop this Cody." I said, looking glumly into the dark sky above us. "We can't keep hiding Friday forever. He doesn't deserve this, we should find him a family, a real family."
Cody looked astonished. He was about to speak when a shadow loomed over us. Cautiously doing so, we turned our heads and saw Priscilla and two of her friends.
"We can find him a nice family." Priscilla said, playing with her nails. "At the pound." She growled.
Cody stood up, trying to hide Friday. "Just stop it Priscilla."
A smirk grew from her lipstick filled lips. She snapped her fingers ; Priscilla's two friends grabbed Cody by the arms and held him back.
"Now girl scout." Priscilla started circling where I was, her tone growing higher.
"I've been wondering. Do you know the Greek Gods? "
What kind of a question is that?! I only shook my head no. "Oh...wonderful. That means we have an advantage now do we? "
Cody and I looked at her strangely.
Suddenly, her golden hair inflamed, her left leg turned into a donkey's leg, the other turned into bronze. Her skin turned white, her mouth was filled with fangs. And her nails were sealed with razor sharp claws.
"What do you think of my new style? " She asked, circling me even faster, her flames burning me.
"Becca!! " Cody wheezed.
I spun my head around and saw her other friends turned into whatever she turned into. And their claws were cutting into his arms.
"Stop!! Stop!! " I started to run towards Cody but Priscilla held me back. " I wouldn't do that if I were you. You see, its either we use you as bait, or you will join your doggy in the pound." She hissed into my ear.
"Peace out Girl Scout."
The last thing I remembered before being knocked out was being knocked out, and thrown into the ground.
