Star Pov
I woke up to screaming and laughing and i fell out of my bed and ran out to see the cabin wrecked and seeing kids jump from the top of their bunks "Guys! What's going on?!" The kids freeze and looked at me "Nothing" they all said in unison

"Guys you could have gotten hurt" I grabbed a small boy from the bunk and held him "I could get into trouble if anyone gets hurt and I'll be sent home" they lowered their heads "Counsoler Star? How come the Red cabin is always having fun?" A girl with pigtails said.

I really need to start remembering names "Well the Red cabin has a little older kids, you guys are younger and won't be doing some of the things they will be doing" "Including capture the flag?" I sigh "Maybe, I might need to talk to Eva or Jonathan"

the kids pout and I sigh "Alright get ready so we can go get breakfast" the kids just silently got ready and headed out towards the lodge and I followed behind pulling down my uniform and tying my long hair back in a ponytail "this sucks"

as I entered with my group I saw Tom make his way towards me, ugh not now "Morning Starship~" is he for real "Starship?" I said faking a smile "Yeah, worked all night thinking about it for you" he said smirking and I faked laughed

"That's so..sweet Tom" I tried walking away but he stepped in front of me "Hey I never got to ask you but you want to sit next to each other at the bonfire later?" I shrugged "I'll think about it, excuse me" I slipped away and sigh but before I looked up I bumped into someone and I walked back

"I'm super duper sorry" I say frantically "Oh, no worries" it was the girl Marco is always laughing and talking to, wow from up close she's really pretty no wonder Marco goes all lovey when she's near. "Jackie right?" "Yeah, I see Tom is still trying to get at you"

she giggles and I nod "Yeah but I'm not interested in him" she raised a brow at me "Really? You seemed to be into him a couple days ago? What changed?" I lower my head and blush a bit "Oh you like someone else?" I looked at her and gave her a weird look "What?"

"You have a crush on another counsoler?" I don't know? Maybe but I'm not sure "Not sure? I just don't want a relationship right now" she nods "Oh okay, to be honest there's a couple guys that are cute here like Bryan, and Arthur and also Marco.."

I blush a bit at his name "Marco?" She looks at me and nods "Yeah, he's pretty awesome and very understanding" oh mewni she liked him "So you like Marco?" She tilts her head

"Do I like Marco? I'm not sure? Not sure really we're more friends then anything really. I kinda dig Bryan..he's pretty attractive dude and his accent just kills me" she said blushing and making me feel uncomfortable

"Okay..? Well I better get going now" she looks at me "Oh of course see you around" I walked away and towards my table and say down "Did you ask Eva or Jonathan?" I banged my head on the wooden table and groan "This is harder than I thought.."

I mumbled "Seems you are having a rough day Blue cabin" I look up and see Marco "Marco!" Why did I yell his name? Weird? "Star! Is this gonna be a thing when we see each other?" He says while sipping a glass of milk "Do you want it to be?" He shrugs

"It doesn't matter, what's wrong?" "Can my kids do other activities like yours?" He looked at the table "What's the age group?" "I'm mixed, I have 5, 8, 11 year olds" he nods "I think the 8 and 11 can but the younger ones can't" I sigh

"Thanks a bunch" he waved and walks towards his table and I smile "You have a crush~" one of the kids said "What?! No I don't..what's your name?" "Camilla" I nodded "Right. No I don't Camilla, he's just a friend I think?" She giggles "Sure..that mason boy is super cute"

I looked at her and the boy who was beside Marco "You have a crush" she giggles "So what? At least I can admit it" we giggle and I watched as everyone ate their food and I helped the younger ones.

As breakfast was over it was time for some activities. Today the older kids were playing tug-a-war in mud and the younger were doing arts and crafts. Since the 11 years olds left to do that I was with the 8 and 5 year olds in the arts and crafts cabin and we were making flower crowns and necklaces.

I smiled as the kids got excited to make crowns, I was too until Jackie and Marco walked in with their younger kids "Hey guys! Over here" I called them over and they seemed to smile "Hey star, what are you guys making?" "Flower crowns!" Kayla said as she flashed a smile at Marco. He looked to happy being near kids

"That's amazing, what color are you making them?" "Pink and blue uh..green" I smiled and kinda blushed a bit "Star?" I turn and see Jackie "Yes?" "You okay you just zoned out" I nodded "Yeah just kinda thinking a bit" she smirks and moved towards the other table and Marco sat beside me holding the base for the crown "How you holding up?"

I shrug "I'm alright, we just need to bond some more" he chuckles as he works on his crown "Hey, why don't we make each other a crown?" He smirks "Sure why not?" We laugh and I see Camilla come and show me her crown "Look! I made 2, for me and for mason" she said blushing

"Wait mason from red cabin?" She nods "Yeah? I kinda like him" Marco smirks "Well I can give it to him if you like? He's probably all muddy and bruised up out there" she giggles and placed it down "Thanks Counsoler Marco" "Your welcome Camilla, how's your brother doing?"

"He's doing great, better than before" "That's awesome" she skips away and I look at him "What?" "You know her?" "Yeah, I used to be her counsoler last year, guess she's in yours" I smiled "You're really good with kids" he chuckles as he tied another flower

"Somewhat, it's just the way you connect with them" I lowered my head and finished the crown "All done" I say as he looks at it "It looks so much better than mine" I giggled and liked the way he used the blue and pinks "It looks great, let me show you" I placed it and he smiles

"I'm a Princess" he laughs and I placed my crown I made for him "You will be the Prince" we laugh and he pulls out his phone "Do you mind taking a picture with me?" I blush "Uh sure" I lean beside him and smile and a little one climbed on my lap "I want a picture" I smiled and ran my fingers through their messy hair

"Sure buddy" we took another one and the kids left smiling and giggling. "Hey, Marco uh you wanna sit by each other by the bonfire?" He sighs "I'm sorry but Jackie asked me this morning, maybe next time okay?" I nodded feeling a little disappointed "Sure"

After all the activities ended I had to watch over the kids who were covered in mud from head to toe "Oh yeah, it was awesome!" I jumped a bit as I see a girl with short raven hair and a beanie "Names Janna by the way and we haven't met before"

"I'm Star, nice meeting you uh that game must of been brutal?" "Oh yeah, My team won while Tom lost..God he's hot when he gets angry" she said giggling and I felt weird "So what did you do all day?" "Arts and crafts" she nods

"Cool, I think I have that job tomorrow but I'm not sure yet" I nodded as I see the last 3 girls walk out with hair in a towel and a brush ready for me to brush out. "Well I'll see you around Janna" "Later..hey hurry up! We gotta be at the bonfire soon!"

I rushed the girls towards our cabin and sat down and placed them in front of me as I brushed their hair "Counsoler Star?" "You guys can call me star in the cabin okay?" They nodded "What are we doing at the bonfire?"

"Songs and stories being told by the counsolers themselves" "Are you gonna sing?" I shook my head "Nah, I don't sing" the girls looked at me "What? That's a lie" I chuckled "I sing but alone" Camilla looked at me as she had her hair braided "You can impress Counsoler Marco~" I blushed

"Yeah but he seems more interested in Jackie" the girls scoff and rolled their eyes "Please she's more into counsoler Bryan then Marco, go on and give it a try!" The girls plead and I realized I only had girls in my cabin compared to the others. "We'll see okay?"

As we head out I saw Marco walking along us and the girls giggle and he looked at me "Hey" "Hey" we walked down the path and saw the huge fire pit and kids sitting around "Star can I go sit by mason?" Camilla asked shaking my head

"Uh sure just be close" she nods and walks towards him and I sit alone watching Marco sit by Jackie smiling and giggling "Offer still stands" I look up and see Tom and I rolled my eyes "Star I get it, you don't want me near or anything but I rather have you as a friend" I smirked

"So, May I join you just this once?" I giggled "Sure Tom, why not" he sat beside me and we chatted a bit and I actually felt better now that he isn't hitting on me like before. As I looked towards Marco he seemed to look at me and look away "You okay?" Tom asked "What? Yeah just a little tired"

The counsolers started telling scary stories and funny ones and eventually started singing songs. I never knew Marco could sing and play guitar, it made him more interesting by the minute. "Star it's your chance!" The girls said shaking my arms "Girls..enough"

they sigh and the song ends the group start heading towards their cabins. "Alright Blue cabin time for bed" I carried a sleeping 5 year old as the rest rushed towards the cabin. As I began to walk I felt a hand on my shoulder and I saw Marco "Hey, you okay?" I moved away "Yeah I'm fine Marco"

I said quietly trying not to wake the child "You just seem out of it" "I'm fine Marco, see you tomorrow" as I went to walk he pulled my shoulder "Meet me near the bonfire in 5 minutes" he took off before I could respond "That.." I smirked and blushed as I made it towards the cabin.

"Are you going to meet him?" The girls asked and I shrug "I'll go if you all go to bed" they groan and started getting ready "No groaning, get to bed girls and Cole" the only boy in the group and is the youngest

"They giggled and turned of their lights and I went to freshen up before I met up with Marco. I wonder what he wants to do? Only one way to find out.
