2 - Nerrison
3rd Person
"Anything you can do I can do better!" Nerris's voice echoed in the mess hall as everyone turned to look at her.
"Ha!" Harrison's voice called back, both of them standing in front of each other. A few campers got up and walked over to them, forming a small circle.
"I can do anything better then you," She smirked, crossing her arms.
Harrison rolled his eyes, "No you can't."
"Yes I can."
"No you can't!"
"Yes I can."
"No you can't!!"
"Yes I can, yes I can!"
Harrison glared at her and adjusted his hat, "Anything you can be, I can be greater. Sooner or later I'm greater then you!"
Nerris took a menacing step forward, "No you're not."
Harrison shrugged, "Yes I am."
"No you're not," The other campers, whom of which had surrounded them each rolled their eyes or face palmed at the childish bickering.
"Yes I am."
"No you're not!"
"Yes I am, yes I am!" Harrison suddenly made a bird appear, pointing at it, "I can shoot a partridge, with a single cartridge!"
Nerris rolled her eyes, grabbing a bow and arrow from her bag. David and Gwen walked in to see the commotion. His jaw dropped as he ran over to Nerris to take the weapon, but Gwen stopped him, pulling out a camera.
"I can get a sparrow, with a bow and arrow!" Harrison yanked the bow from her grasp and threw it to the side, pointing at her.
"I can live on bread and cheese!" He smirked.
"And only on that?"
"Yes."
"So can a rat!" She laughed, Harrison glaring at her.
"Any note you can reach, I can go higher," He crossed his arms, taking a step towards her.
"I can sing anything higher than you!" Nerris challenged.
"No, you can't," He called in a high pitch.
"Yes, I can," She returned higher.
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can."
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can."
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can."
"No, you can't!"
"Yes, I CAN!" She yelled as high as she could. Harrison rolled his eyes, obviously losing that round, "Anything you can buy, I can buy cheaper. I can buy anything cheaper than you!"
Harrison smirked, "Fifty cents?"
"Forty cents!" Nerris retorted.
"Thirty cents?" He raised an eyebrow.
"Twenty cents!" She took a step forward, glaring at him challengingly.
He chuckled through his words, "No, you can't!"
"Yes, I can, yes, I can!" He scoffed.
"Anything you can say, I can say softer," Harrison smirked confidently, bringing a new challenge to the table. Nerris smiled menacingly, knowing that if he was Preston it would've been an easy win, yet she tried anyways.
"I can say anything softer than you," She cockily replied.
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can."
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can."
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can, YES, I CAN!" Nerris yelled the last part, glaring at Harrison again. Gwen snickered, glad she was getting it all on camera.
"I can drink my liquor faster than a flicker," Harrison smiled, making David's eyes widen. Max looked over at Harrison surprised, before a proud look covered his grumpiness.
"I can drink it quicker and get even sicker!"
"I can open any safe."
"Without bein' caught?" Nerris smirked, tilting her head.
A look of anxiety flashed across Harrison's face before he continued, "Sure."
Nerris smiled, revealing her braces for a second. "That's what I thought - you crook!"
Harrison furrowed his eyebrows, "Any note you can hold, I can hold longer!"
"I can hold any note longer than you."
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can"
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can"
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can - yes, I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I CA-A-A-A-N!" Nerris strung out the I and A, making everyone look at her shocked.
Harrison cleared his throat, raising a brow with a smile on his face, "Yes, you ca-a-a-an!"
Nerris smiled for a second, before taking a step back and crossing her arms, "Anything you can wear, I can wear better. In what you wear I'd look better than you."
Harrison rolled his eyes, "In my gloves?" He waved a hand slightly.
"In your vest!"
"In my shoes?" Harrison retorted.
Nerris pointed at his top hat, "In your hat!"
A look of horror filled Harrison's face as he covered his hat in protection, "No, you can't!"
"Yes, I can - yes, I CAN!"
His face went from horror to grumpiness, letting his hands drop from his hat, "Anything you can say, I can say faster."
"I can say anything faster than you."
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can."
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can."
"No, you can't."
"YesIcan- YES I CAN!" Nerris said the first part quicker then Harrison did, smirking.
"I can jump a hurdle."
"I can wear a girdle."
"I can knit a sweater."
"I can fill it better!"
"I can do most anything!"
"Can you bake a pie?" Nerris pondered aloud, pointing at him accusingly.
"No," Harrison frowned.
"Neither can I," Nerris frowned as well, looking down at the ground.
She looked up as Harrison began speaking again, "Anything you can sing, I can sing sweeter."
"I can sing anything sweeter than you." The campers began to get bored with the constant back and forth, but they had nothing else to do. Gwen was enjoying herself, and David just watched with slight caution.
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can."
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can."
"No, you can't."
"Yes, I can."
"No, you can't, can't, can't!"
"Yes, I can, can, can!"
"No you can't!"
"Yes, I can!"
"No, you-"
"Ok seriously guys, shut the fuck up!" Max yelled, making everyone look over at him, startled. Gwen stopped recording, grumbling as she walked away disappointed. "Go and fuck somewhere, I don't care!"
Harrison and Nerris blushed, glancing at each other before backing away from their close position. They cleared their throats and walked seperate paths, David walking over to Max to tell him off for swearing.
Neil and Nikki walked over to their table to wait for Max when Nikki commented something under her breath.
"What was that?" Neil asked, sitting down next to her. She shrugged, gesturing over to Harrison who was sitting a few tables away.
"Harrison and Nerris," she looked over at Neil, "I ship it."
Neil smiled, looking over at Harrison, "Who doesn't?"
