Y/N's POV:

"It wasn't even that bad to what I did to him." I scoffed, tossing my backpack on the floor then taking a seat on the couch while propping my feet on the coffee table.

"You unscrewed the bolts to Mr. Wilder's chair!" My mom exclaimed.

"Okay but that was all I did." I added.

"You told him to hit the gym because you could see that he put in a few pounds in his gut! Let's not forget the time you and Nico filled his car with golf balls, super-glued everything on his desk, and--" My mom started to ramble and I groaned.

"Okay I get it! Nico and I did some bad stuff but it was just a prank!" I said, pulling out my phone to text Nico.

"Well your "prank" ended up injuring Mr. Wilder and from what your principle took pictures of, he looks horrible! You girls need to apologize to him." My mom said and I snorted.

"No offence but he already looked horrible before the accident." I laughed but then my mom snatched my phone from my hands. "Hey!"

"Your Dad and I are going to discuss your punishment once he gets home." She said and I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah, if he ever gets home. I'm surprised you haven't left to the lab yet." I crossed my arms. I heard my mom sigh and she sits next to me on the arm rest.

"You know why your Dad has to go out." She said and I rolled my eyes.

"Oh I already know," I put my feet down and cleared my throat. " 'He's saving the world, he has to cut the ribbon of appreciation, or he's stopping a meta-human from destroying the city.' I heard it all mom." I crossed my arms.

"You know he wishes he could spend time with you but--" Her phone started to buzz wildly and she dug through her purse. She pulled it out and her eyes widened. "I have to go."

"Of course you do." I mumbled and she gave an apologetic look.

"You know I want to bring you along but we can't risk it. Your Dad and I promised each other to never involve you with this stuff. It's dangerous, believe me." She reached over to grab my hands but I stood up from my stop. I bent down to grab my backpack and took out my photography project I made for my parents.

"Here. Tell Barry I made this for you two." I said and tossed it on the table. "I'm going to my room."

"Y/N wait--" She spoke out and I stopped in my tracks. I turned around and saw she was holding the photo.

I scoffed. "What else do you have to tell me, Iris?" I glared and she placed twenty bucks on the table.

"I'll leave money for you to order pizza. When your Dad and I come back, we'll discuss what happened at school." She said while putting the photo in her purse. "We love you, okay?"

"Whatever." I mumbled. She nodded and left the apartment without another word. I tossed my backpack in my room and I quickly ran to look out the window.  My mom already had gotten inside the car but she was pulling out of the driveway. I smirked and quickly grabbed the house phone.

Luckily I had memorized Nico's phone number so I was gonna invite her over. I let it ring for a couple seconds until she finally picked up.

"The woman of the hour is alive!" She cheered, making me chuckle. "How'd your parents take it?"

"I haven't gotten the full lecture yet. It was just my mom and I, like usual." I replied.

"She's with you?" She asked.

"Nope. She had to go back to STAR labs which is why I called you. Come over so we can hang out and order pizza before she gets here." I said and I heard shuffling in the background.

"Alright I'll get there in like ten minutes."

"I'll order pizza so by the time you get here, it'll be here already. Pepperoni sound good?" I asked, grabbing my laptop from my room and going on the pizza hut website.

"Your choice. Bye!" She said before hanging up. I finished ordering the pizza and went on Netflix while I waited for Nico to come.

In the middle of my show, the doorbell rang and I grabbed the money from the table. I unlocked the many locks that my dad set up and I opened the door. Nico had an amused look on her face and I stepped aside so she could come in.

"Are your parents that protective to put that many locks?" She laughed as she walked in.

"When your dad's a superhero, his over-protectiveness is twice as much of a regular dad." I said, almost shutting the door but then I saw the pizza guy down the hall. I handed him the twenty and he gave me the two boxes of pizza. He dug in his pockets for change and gave me three dollars back.

"Have a good night." He said.

"Thanks, you too." I said, closing the door with my foot. I placed the pizza boxes on the table and grabbed two plates.

"I'm surprised you haven't developed a power yet. For gods sake, your Dad's the Flash!" Nico said then took a slice and placed it on her plate.

"Yeah well my mom is normal." I said, grabbing a slice as well.

"I find it ironic that both of your parents are one of the good guys but we do some bad stuff at school." She chuckled.

"Everyone has always expected me to follow along either my mom or dad's footsteps, it's so annoying." I muttered, sitting on the couch that faced toward the TV. Nico sat next to me and I leaned my head on her shoulder.

"I never expected you to. I knew you were gonna be different from them." She said and I grinned.

"And this is why you're my best friend." I said and she chuckled. "Are you still going to my parents wedding?"

"Duh! who else are you gonna pick to create chaos there?" She teased as she stood up from her spot. "Can I get a soda?" I pointed to the fridge.

She got up from her spot and I looked at the picture frame that was on the desk next to me. I had my arms wrapped around my parents as the three of us posed in front of my grandpa Joe's house. I faced it down and got up to get another slice.

I rubbed my eyes sleepily and groggily reached for my phone on my bedside. The brightness of my screen blinded me, which caused me to almost drop it on my face.

"Stupid phone." I mumbled and turned down the brightness. Once I looked at the time, my eyes widened. I was gonna be late for school.

I quickly threw my blankets off of me and ran to my closet to get dressed. I threw on a random red shirt and slipped on black jeans. Once I finished, I ran to the bathroom to quickly brush my teeth. I brushed out my hair and left it natural as it was.

I exited my room and walked to the kitchen. "Thanks for waking me up mom! Now I'm gonna be late." I scoffed and grabbed an apple from the counter. I looked around and didn't see my parents anywhere.

I walked to the bedroom and opened the door but their bed was already made. They were nowhere in sight.

"Okay...I guess they left to work already." I mumbled to myself. I closed their door and grabbed my house keys from the rack. I locked the door behind me and quickly ran down the steps to get to school.

After running to school as fast as I could, surprisingly I got to school pretty quick. I opened the double doors that led inside the school and luckily it was passing period to first. I quickly got inside my English class and saw Nico with a look of relief on her face. I sat down beside her and she punched my shoulder.

"I thought I was gonna be alone for the day because you're usually the first person here. What happened?"

"My mom's usually my alarm but when I got up, both of my parents weren't there." I said and Nico raised her eyebrows. The bell rang and our teacher walked in with his briefcase.

"Do you think something went wrong with you know what?" She asked but I shook my head.

"No or else we would've heard about it on the news or something." I whispered

"Class! We have a new student joining the class." My teacher announced, silencing all of us. "Introduce yourself."

I broke my eye contact with Nico and looked up to the front of the class. In that moment, I felt everything slow down. My eyes were met with a beautiful latina who had stunning hazel eyes. She was slightly shorter than my teacher but wow.

"I'm Camila. I just transferred this weekend." She said and I leaned against my hand with a sigh.

"Y/N." Nico whispered but I was distracted with Camila.

"Well Ms. Cabello, you can take a seat next to Y/N since she has an empty desk next to her." My teacher said and my eyes widened.

I fixed my posture and my teacher gave me the look to raise my hand. I slowly raised my hand and Camila walked over to me. She set her stuff down and she gave me a small smile.

"Hey Y/N." She whispered and I grinned.

"H-Hi." My voice squeaked, making my eyes widen. She giggled lightly and faced towards the front to pay attention.

"Y/N!" Nico whispered, slapping my arm. I glared and quickly turned to her, ready to slap her back.

"Stop slapping me!" I whispered.

"Look at your hand, dipshit!" She scolded. I looked down and saw my hand was vibrating fast. My eyes widened and I tried covering it with my jacket. Instead of shielding the hand, it phased through and immediately I panicked.

"Nico what do I do?" I whispered worriedly.

"I-I-I don't know!" She whispered back and we heard our teacher clear his throat.

"Hey are you okay?" Camila whispered to me but I quickly put my hand behind my back.

"Ms. Minoru and Ms. West, do you have something to share with the class?" He asked and I suddenly grabbed my nose.

"Yeah! Uh...I have a nose-bleed! Nico was looking for tissues in her bag." I said, holding my nose with my regular hand. Nico looked at me with horror as my hand was continuing to vibrate faster. I glared at her and she quickly stood up from her spot.

"Y-Yeah! Turns out I ran out and it's kinda bad. I'll take her to the office so she won't bleed all over the floor." She said, pulling me up from my desk while hiding my hand in front of her as we grabbed our stuff. "Can we be excused and head to the nurse's office?"

"Go ahead." He sighed and we quickly left the classroom. She uncovered my hand and dragged me to the bathroom. She shut the door behind us and looked under the stalls. She locked the door to the bathroom and was appalled by my hand.

"What the hell did you do?" She exclaimed.

"I don't know! I did my normal routine getting here!" I added and leaned against the sink, for it to only phase through and causing me to slip on the floor. I stood back up and looked in the mirror. My eyes flickered a blue-ish purple spark and Nico covered her mouth.

"Holy shit, you're getting your powers." She said and I shook my head.

"Well how do I make this stop?" I pointed at my hand.

"Maybe if we figure out the cause of it, we can probably make the vibrations stop." She said and she snapped her fingers. "I noticed it after we saw the new girl. Oh god, maybe your hormones triggered the power."

"That's ridiculous." I said and she crossed her arms.

"Then let's test it. Right now, think of something that disgusts you." Nico suggested.

"Like what?" I raised my eyebrows.

"Like Mr. Wilder in a bikini or something, I don't know." She said and I gagged at the thought of it.

"What the hell Nico? You could've come up with something better than that!" I scolded but instead she smirked as she crossed her arms.

"Hey but look at your hand." She chuckled. I looked down at my hand and noticed it stopped vibrating. I quickly looked back at the mirror and noticed the blue-ish purple spark stopped flickering. "It worked."

"Now think of Camila again. Imagine you two are alone together." She said and I closed my eyes. I pictured Camila asleep in my arms as I mindlessly ran my hand through her hair with a smile. "Okay now we know who you have to avoid from now on."

I opened my eyes and saw this time both of my hands were vibrating fast. I looked back in the mirror and my eyes had the same blue-ish purple glow.

"So does that mean I have my dad's powers?" I asked and Nico grinned.

"I can't believe my best friend is a super hero! Wait you have to test them out. Try running or something." She said

I walked to the end of the bathroom while she unlocked the door and opened it wide. I quickly ran to the wall outside and back to my original spot. I looked at Nico and her hair was messy.

"Holy crap, that was barely a second!" She cheered and quickly shut the door, locking it again. She grabbed her backpack and dug through the pockets. She grabbed a couple coins and I tilted my head.

"Catch these." She said and threw them in the air. Everything slowed down and I looked around confusingly. The coins were falling slowly and Nico's expression still held her smile with her hair slowly moving.

I grabbed each one with both of my hands and everything went back to normal. She looked around in shock and I handed her the coins.

"I swear it felt like I just threw them." She said and I shrugged.

"To me it felt like ten seconds." I said and she laughed.

"Okay now let's try even further. Go to my house and get my phone charger from my room." She said and I rolled my eyes. "My phone died and I need it for sixth period, alright?" She unlocked the door and gestured to outside.

I quickly ran out of the school, seeing everything rush past me in seconds which left me in an awe. I looked down and saw I was running on the street and next thing I knew, I'm inside Nico's room.

"What the hell..." I trailed with a surprised look since in a matter of seconds, I was inside her room. I must've phased through her room or something.

I looked around her slightly messy room and found the charger on her bed. I picked it up and quickly ran back to the school. I passed by the student who was casually walking back to his class and I stopped inside the bathroom. She flinched once I handed it to her and she laughed again.

"Wow! You do have your powers just like your dad." She said and high five'd me. "Just imagine the stuff we could get away with." She added.

I was about to respond but I felt a paining sensation on my head. I brought my hands to my forehead and collapsed to the floor.

"Oh shit, Y/N." Nico dropped her stuff and caught me before I fell to the floor.

Everything was becoming fuzzy and I could barely hear Nico's voice. I tried my best to keep my eyes open but it was too much since the next thing I remembered, I blacked out.

I heard voices arguing which caused me to wake up and I rubbed my eyes sleepily. The bright light blinded me and I lifted my hand to cover it.

"Someone turn off the light, I swear I feel like I'm being welcomed to heaven." I grumbled.

"She's awake!" I heard someone call out. I looked around and saw I was in a laboratory.

"Where the hell am I?" I whispered to myself and a red-head came up to me with a mini flashlight. She shined it in my eyes, mumbling something under her breath and I groaned. "Ow! What the hell!"

"Her pupils are equally reactive to light." She said and I slapped her hands away as she tried holding my face. "Look at me, look at me!"

I sat up and noticed I was only in a sports bra. I lifted up the blanket to cover myself up since I saw there was a dude in here. He was wearing an old video game shirt that had rockets and he was calling someone on the phone.

"Hey, hey, hey, you need to relax." He said and placed his hand on my shoulder but I smacked it away.

"Where's Nico?" I demanded.

"Don't worry, she's okay Y/N." He said as the girl used her flashlight to look in my ears.

"How do you--Wait where am I?" I questioned.

"You're at S.T.A.R Labs. I'm Cisco Ramon and she's Caitlin--Dr. Snow." He said, rolling his eyes as Caitlin grabbed something.

"I need you to urinate in this." She said, shoving it in front of my face but Cisco snatched it from her hands.

"Not this second! God, you basically just did the same thing when Barry came here the first time." He said and my eyes widened. I stood up from the table and backed away from them.

"Wait, my dad's here?" I glared.

"Well, not exactly." Caitlin said and I bumped into something. I turned around and noticed the mirror in front of me. I looked down at my stomach and noticed that I suddenly had abs.

"I swear I barely exercised this year." I said and Caitlin pressed on my shoulders.

"Your muscles should've been normal but instead they're in a chronic unexplained state of cellular regeneration." She said and I slapped her hands away again.

"Y/N, you're awake!" I turned around and saw Joe walking in with Nico and Camila behind him with looks of relief. Nico pulled me into a hug but my eyes widened once I realized that Camila saw me shirtless for the first time. She was looking me up and down and I awkwardly crossed my arms.

"Here, you can put this on." Caitlin tossed me a long sleeve shirt that had a S.T.A.R Labs logo and I quickly slipped it on.

"Wait how did I get here anyway? Last thing I remember was being in the bathroom." I asked.

"Well I remembered you mentioning where your parents worked at so I was about to take an Uber here." Nico replied.

"I was worried about you and wanted to see if you were okay but I caught Nico dragging your body in the hallway. She told me that you had to leave school early since your parents were asking for you. Then I offered to drive you guys." Camila added and I nodded slowly.

"You were worried about me?" I said and she grinned.

"Yeah..." She trailed, taking interest on the floor. "Is that weird?"

"No! Course not...thanks." I smile and she looked back up, a small blush appearing on her cheeks.

Just then, a gust of wind came in the room and entered a guy in a yellow flash suit. He was panting and he slipped off his mask, revealing it to be Wally.

"I searched Central City and Star City--" Wally coughed once he looked around the room. He noticed Nico, Camila, and I in the room and his eyes widened. "Who are they? And more importantly, why is Y/N here?"

"Hey!" I glared.

"That's not important. Did you find them?" Joe asked but Wally shook his head.

"I asked Oliver if he's seen them but he said he hadn't heard a word from any of them. I tracked their phones but they were in the facility along with her purse." Wally said and placed the familiar purse on the table. "Even the Legends aren't picking up."

"What's going on?" I asked. Joe looked at me and back at Cisco, Caitlin, and Wally. Wally shook his head no but Cisco shrugged. Caitlin placed her hand on my shoulder and made me sit on the chair.

"Last night, your father was tracking down another speedster." She said and I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Thawne? Wasn't he already dead?" I asked.

"Yeah but we're facing another speedster called Savitar. All of us and your mom were here in the lab, trying to figure out ways to slow Savitar down since he was too fast. However, in the middle of their race he..." Caitlin trailed off and I waited for her to continue.

"He what?" I urged on then looked at Joe and Wally. "What did he do?"

"He managed to bypass security here and took Iris. Your father chased him down but when they both stopped by the electric facility, the security camera's went out and when Cisco figured out to turn them back on, they were gone." Joe said and my eyes widened.

"Are you sure you looked through everything?" I asked

"Y/N we looked through every possible footage. They're not here at all." Wally said and typed something on the laptop.

He turned on the monitor and it showed a metal looking thing with blue eyes, holding my mom by her sweater. I recognized the same outfit she was wearing when I last saw her so I knew this was yesterday. My dad looked like he was about to run after her but he knew if he messed up, Savitar could kill her in an instant.

"Don't do this!" My dad yelled at Savitar. My mom sneakily reached into her purse and grabbed a paper from inside. She stuffed it in her pockets and worriedly looked back at my dad.

"I wonder if what she stuffed in her pocket is important. That's what I don't get." Caitlin paused the video and zoomed into my mom's hand.

"It's a picture that I gave to her. It's of my dad, her, and I in front of Joe's house." I said, crossing my arms and I felt an arm wrap around my waist. I looked and saw it was Camila who had a small frown.

Caitlin played the video again and it continued to where Savitar started talking.

"You're too late."  Savitar said, raising his hand higher and my mom had tears in her eyes. I uncrossed my arms then wiped my eyes with my hand.

"Barry I love you. Tell Y/N I love her too and that I'm sorry." She whimpered. I shook my head fast and Camila grabbed my hand.

"Hey don't say that, alright?" My dad pleaded.

"Say goodbye." Savitar said and his hand revealed a sharp sword. More tears brimmed my eyes and Nico walked to my side, grabbing onto my arm.

"No!" He ran towards Savitar but that's when the security footage went out. I looked back at Wally and he pinched the brink of his nose in frustration. The footage popped up again but all there was left was my mom's purse.

"Why didn't the rest of you go over there?" I asked angrily, almost ready to tackle Wally.

"Wally was on Earth-2 while I was dealing with Killer Frost." Caitlin replied, gesturing to herself.

"I was telling Barry the directions to follow Savitar." Cisco added.

"I was already on my way there but when I got there it was too late. They were already gone." Joe said and I wiped my eyes with my sleeve. "Don't worry, we'll find them. We always do."

"You don't get it. I was in an argument with her before she left and she said that she loved me. My stubborn ass didn't say it back because I was pissed over something stupid." I said, kicking over the table which made Camila flinch.

"Woah." Caitlin typed something in the computer, looking at me a couple times. "Your heart rate is increasing fast.

"So what?" I retorted.

"Uh Y/N..." Nico trailed and pointed at my hand. I looked down and saw it was vibrating fast. I made Camila let go and she looked at me in shock. "Looks like your hormones on Camila isn't the only thing that triggers your power."

"What?" Camila asked but I coughed.

"Nico!" I glared.

"Come with me, I need to see if my theory is correct." Cisco grabbed my arm and dragged me out of the room with Wally following behind me.

Once we reached into a different room, there were more computers and a treadmill in the middle.

"Wally, run on the treadmill for a bit to show Y/N how you practice." Cisco instructed and Wally nodded.

He stepped into the treadmill and Cisco went behind the computer. The treadmill started off with a simple jog until the speed started to increase. Wally's feet were moving pretty fast and small yellow sparks showed up on his body which left me in an awe.

"Okay Wally, I think she gets it." He said, shutting off the treadmill and the sparks disappearing. Wally stepped off and he gestured for me to get on. I stepped on the belt but Caitlin came in the room to place wires on my face.

"Woah what are you doing?" I asked.

"It's to detect your heart rate, speed, and the basic stuff." She replied, writing a couple stuff on her clipboard.

"Alright, ready Y/N?" Cisco asked and I nodded. He pressed a couple buttons and I felt the belt start to move. I started jogging for a bit until it started to go faster. I quickly moved my feet and I looked down, noticing that it was moving faster than usual.

"Yes! I was right!" Cisco cheered and Caitlin's eyes widened.

"She topped Barry's and Wally's speed. She beat the new record!" She exclaimed.

"Wait what?" Wally snatched the tablet from her hand. "She just started, are you sure?"

I looked around me and felt the adrenaline run through my body. I saw small blue and purple streaks around my hands and I smiled to myself.

"Alright I'll slow it down now so we can celebrate." Cisco called out and pressed something on Caitlin's tablet. The treadmill started to slow down and I easily stepped off.

"That was incredible. Now we have another speedster!" Wally said, coming in for a high five and I reciprocated.

"But in training." We turned around and Joe had his arms crossed. "Knowing my daughter well, Iris isn't gonna be too happy when she finds out that Y/N's involved."

"It wasn't her fault. It was in her genes to become the next generation for being the flash." Cisco said and I gagged.

"Okay wait, that names already taken and who said I wanted to become a superhero?" I said and Cisco's smile dropped. "I already have enough stuff to deal with, I'm sorry. This was fun but I can't have everyone depend on me."

"But Y/N--" Cisco tried to press on but he got cut off by a scream. We all looked at each other worriedly and quickly went back to the room where everyone else was.

There stood the familiar metal man who held Nico and Camila by the neck and my eyes widened at the sight. The same guy who disappeared with both of my parents. The differences between the video I saw and seeing him in person was that he was way taller than I thought. The blue lightning glow radiated from his suit and I already knew he was smirking underneath.

Joe took out his gun while Caitlin grabbed another gun from under the desk.

"Just the girl I was looking for..." He chuckled evilly. "You're Y/N, I'm assuming?"

"How do you know my name?" I asked angrily, almost ready to pounce on him. "I swear, if you hurt them I'll--" I took a step forward.

"I would be careful on what you do next because one wrong move," He laughed as he looked at Nico. "let's say you'll need a mop for the amount of blood I leave behind."

"What do you want Savitar?" Wally asked.

"At first, I wanted Iris dead to create tragedy for Barry but then what better way to make a bigger tragedy for him? Kill his daughter and wife in front of his eyes." He said, looking back at me.

"They're okay?" My eyes widened. "Wait a minute, how did you know I was his daughter?"

"Iris isn't very sneaky when it comes to hiding things" He said, pressing a button on his suit which revealed the photo I had drawn for my parents. "Once I put the two together, I already knew where you were gonna be at some point. Also due to the fact that there was a "mysterious" streak that was spotted in the city which brought me to the conclusion someone finally got their powers."

"Dammit." Nico whispered but then groaned in pain as Savitar squeezed her tighter.

"Please leave them alone, I'll go with you." I pleaded.

"No, I'm making the rules. If you want your parents and your friends back, you come alone in the electric facility at midnight tonight." He said and my eyes widened.

"What? No! I-I--" I stuttered but Nico and Camila shook their heads rapidly.

"Y/N don't do it!" Camila cried out but Nico was trying to fight her grip.

"Let go of me you piece of shit." Nico scolded but then looked back at me. "Y/N don't come after us, he'll kill you!"

"See you later Y/N West." Savitar smirked and running past us, knocking Wally and I down on the floor.

I coughed uncontrollably as Joe and Cisco picked me up from the ground.

"Don't worry Y/N, we'll send Wally later and--" Joe put his hand on my shoulder to comfort me but I pulled it off.

"No I'm going. I'm gonna get my family and friends back." I stated.

"You barely have control in your powers." Wally pointed out.

"Then I'll learn from you. If you learned everything from my dad, I'm sure you can teach me how to beat Savitar." I said and he sighed.

"Alright but we need to get started. Caitlin, keep looking for Barry and Iris. Cisco...we're gonna need another suit." He said and his eyes lit up.

"I'll get on it." He said, quickly running to the lab.

"I'll keep driving around town to see where he took Nico and Camila." Joe said and he looked at me. "You'll be the first to know when I find them, okay?" I nodded and he grabbed his keys, leaving only Caitlin typing away on the computers and Wally and I.

"Ready to get started?" He asked and I nodded. "Then let's go."

Okok I know there's not alot of Camila moments but there will be another chapter so don't kill me yet lol.

Also if you don't know who Nico Minoru is, she plays as the girl from Marvel's Runaways. ((The goth one lol)) but her real name is Lyrica Okano.
