I wake up tired from last night. I can't believe Cam brought out the beers. Half of the people went home drunk. I walk out to see the house trashed.

I sigh and walk down the stairs. I hear cam moan from upstairs. I laugh. I walk back up there to check on him.

I open the door to not see cam sleeping. "Wooh uhh I'm sorry." I say covering my eyes. "Seriously!? Hazel!" Cam says covering up.

The girl covers up too. "I'm sorry I was just..." I can't make up a lie. "Just leave us alone! Gosh your so annoying." He says. I back up.

"Ok." I say softly. "Why is she ruining everything?" The girl asks. "Don't worry she's just adopted." Cam says laying back down. I shut the door and turn around.

Ok that was just hurtful. I make my way to the kitchen to start cleaning up. I grab a pan from under neath the sink. I stand up back up.

"Wow your so beautiful." I hear a voice from behind. I turn to see a guy who I've never seen before. "Who are you?" I ask. "Just call me the boy of your dreams."

I mentally throw up. Is he serious? He leans up against me and kisses my neck. "Get off!" I yell. He holds me against the wall. I kick his spot and run.

I get the pan and smack him against the head. He passes out. I drop the pan crying. I run out of the house and to my spot. ...... It's finally night. I've been out here all day wondering, thinking.

"Your still at this spot huh?" I hear a voice. I turn to see brad. "Brad!" I run and hug him. "Hey it's good to see you." "You too." I reply. We sit back on the bench.

"How was Africa?" I ask. "You know..... Africa. Big experience." "Did you have fun?" "Uh yeah! I wish I could go back." I give a small laugh.

I look back at my hands. "What's wrong?" He asks. "It's just my brother changed so much. Today he said that I was annoying and that I was just adopted."

"I'm sorry." "Yeah then when a guy tried to rape me he was doing busy having sex with a stuck up." He puts his arm around me. "Hazel I'm sorry for everything. I know it's hard but you'll find a way to overcome it."

"I hope so." "Well I have to go but we can hang out this weekend." "Ok. Bye." "Bye." He walks away leaving me all alone. I sigh and stare at the lake.

I get out my phone and call Hayes.

H- hello?
Me- hey.
H- what's wrong?
Me- it's cam. He called me annoying and said I was just adopted. Then a boy tried to rape me and cam was too busy having sex with a stuck up.
H- oh my gosh baby I'm so sorry where are you?
Me- at my spot. Can I just sleep over at your place?
H- yes. I'll come get you.
Me- no I'll walk there. I just want to be with you.
H- don't worry baby. I'll make sure to hold you in my arms until the very end.
Me- I love you.
H- I love you. See ya in a few.

I hang up and start walking. You know? What if cam really hasn't loved me all this time? What if this was just him acting because of mom. OHMYGOSH what if hates me and secretly wants to get rid of me?

I walk to Hayes's house filled with questions. Maybe I'm just paranoid..... Or am I?
