This story is perhaps not my best one, but I am glad it is finished. I have been working on it for over three years! I am so glad it is finally done. 

Felix and Paulina have a special place in my heart.

Just in general I'd like to say that I know this story seems a bit out of the blue. I wanted to remain in Felix's point of view. So there's a lot of unclarity about the whole situation, since Felix doesn't know everything. Paulina is a strong headed character that doesn't trust her biggest secrets to anyone. Except for Dickens who had to know for the purpose of achieving her goals, no one was confided into her secret of the search for Calypso.

I leave it up to you if she is in fact the goddess returning home or just a brave soul offered a place amongst the gods for her courage, risks and beliefs.

This story doesn't particularly have an happy ending, but that makes it the more realistic to me. In my head, Paulina and Felix were each others true loves but due to characteristics and circumstances they won't end up together. I'd love to hear your ideas about it, so don't hesitate to post a comment.
