Robin watched the senior with fascination as she sat alone outside, leaning on the edge of her yellow beetle with a book in her hands. She looked up at the girl who was also leaning against her best friends own car. The two knew exactly who the other one was, hell they had been dating for a few weeks already, but they didn't want it to be public. So they acted like they didn't know each other. It was killing Robin slowly. She wanted nothing but to hold her girlfriends hand in the halls, or show those stuck up senior guys that Y/n was hers, not theirs. 

"Yo Y/n, let's head inside for the assembly babes!" Her best friend had called her, causing Y/n to break eye contact with Robin. She sighed but turned to Steve and got ready to go in. Steve tried his hardest to convince Robin that her girlfriend wouldn't be snatched by the stupid basketball guys, but she knew that the captain of the basketball team had his eyes set on Y/n. Speak of the devil, the two watched as he tried and failed to flirt with the entire friend group. Y/n included. 

"C'mon, I can take you to dinner whatcha say 7 p.m?" He asked, grabbing Y/n's hand and placing a chaste kiss on her knuckles. She fought the urge to barf, and so did her friends who had known she was into girls, not guys. Especially this idiot. 

"Hey dingus! Back away from my girlfriend before you end up sleeping with the fishes!" Robin exclaimed, running over before Steve could stop her. But he hadn't really tried all that much, he wanted to see Jason get put in his place.  Y/n looked up surprised, but her face suddenly flushed and she self consciously slinked behind Robin ever so slightly. 

"Hey man chill, I was just trying to show her that she's a little messed up and needs a good guy to straighten her out!" He explained, and that earned him a punch right to the nose from Robin, and a knee to the groin from Y/n. Steve so badly wanted to help, but knew it was the girls fight anyways. The entire friend group went inside, and so did Steve as he found his date. But Y/n pointed over to her car and Robin nodded following her to the small beetle. 

"So, I thought we were keeping this a secret." Y/n spoke, giggling while she intertwined her fingers with Robins. Robin smiled and followed her girlfriend to the drivers side. She leaned in for a kiss and the two shared a small but precious kiss. 

"Yeah well, I don't like people touching what's mine." She said, and then turned and walked over to the passenger side. The two climbed in, Y/n laughing under her breath. 

"Yours?" She questioned, turning on the car. Robin grabbed her hand again and started drawing small patters on her knuckles. She nodded. 

"Yeah. All mine."
