The next few weeks were amazing! Paige, Roman, Seth and I had all begun travelling on the road together, often rooming together too to save on costs. And I remember one time Paige telling us it was like hanging out with her older brothers, only way cooler 'cause we were so much fun!

She too was doing great in her matches in the Divas division, and me and the boys were tearing up the show classic Shield style!

So far, we were undefeated! Didn't matter who we were up against, whether it be one of us in a match, two, or even all three, because no one, and I mean no one had yet to beat The Shield! And boy were we planning on keeping it that way too. Hunter was so incredibly proud of our growing success, that we ended up pretty much main eventing each and every show. It was awesome! But of course with vast popularity like that, it always brings forward those lurking in the shadow, vengeful of our success.

The Wyatt's had begun leaving us cryptic messages at shows and during our matches, I guess trying to mess with our minds and throw us off balance ahead of 'Battleground' next Sunday. Stuff like last week on Smackdown for example, when me and Roman had a match against Team Hell No, I remember I was just about to deliver my finishing move 'The Dirty Deeds' on Bryan, when the lights in the arena suddenly went out! Everyone began screaming and going mad expecting The Wyatt's to all be at ringside when the lights came back on. But when the lights did eventually come back on, The Wyatt's were nowhere to be see, leaving only a very cunning Kane who had used the blackout to save Bryan from the Dirty Deeds, and instead delivered me with a powerful chokeslam! We still won the match though thanks to Roman and his wicked Supermanpuch, but still it was one interference too many, one which we vowed to get our revenge on at the upcoming Pay Per View. But, a win is a win as they say, and that night we all celebrated in classic Shield style, that's right...beer and pizza baby!

It was only one week away from Battleground now, and tensions were continuing to rise between The Shield and The Wyatt's.

Bray would deliver cryptic promo after cryptic promo, spouting off some mumbo jumbo stuff about how blood is thicker than water, and how The Wyatt's were more family than The Shield could ever be, blah blah blah. Whatever kept him occupied and away from Paige though, was completely fine by me.

It was Thursday night, and we were all down in Boston for another sold out 'Live Event show' with the main card being myself vs Luke Harper in a one on one Lumberjack match. I loved these kinds of matches, it gave me the advantage to get as crazy as I liked in the ring. All I had to do was keep myself inside the ring, and get Harper tossed out, so he could get a beating of a lifetime!

Bray, Eric, Seth and Roman were all banned from ringside to make it a fair match, which I didn't mind, I only asked that the boys promised to look after Paige backstage and make sure Bray and his fugly goons got nowhere near her.

We were already 15 minutes into the match, and I was stood laughing in the ring for the like the 4th time already watching Luke get his ass beat by at least 10 wrestlers after I threw him over the top rope again.

I knew Bray would also be watching backstage, so the joy I got from a match like this gave me a lot of satisfaction.

The lumberjacks threw a very worn out Luke back into the ring now, and I immediately caught him and slammed him down head first into the mat with the Dirty Deeds to win the match.

''Your winner of tonight's Lumberjack match...Dean....Aaaaaammbbbrrrooossseee'' the announcer called out.

I stood over Luke victorious, as the Lumberjacks slowly began exiting from ringside. When they left, I quickly ushered for a ring attendee to pass me a mic...

''WWE Universe, you a fan of previews?'' I asked, looking round at the electrifying crowd.

''Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!'' the all began cheering.

I slowly picked up a lifeless Luke Harper and held him over my knee ''...well this one's for you Bray'' I smirked, as I leaned down and kissed the top of Luke's head, before viciously slamming his face into the matt with a Sister Abigail of my own!

I knew that would get his attention...See Bray, I can deliver messages too!

Be careful Johnny boy, were not dealing with a normal mind here...

I ignored Dean, because with me and the boys keeping a close eye on Paige, Bray could no longer get to her without being torn to shreds by The Hounds Of Justice!

5 MINUTES LATER...

''Mmmmm...'' Paige purred, running up to me as soon as I walked through the gorilla and wrapping her arms round me ''You were amazing out there Deano!'' she gushed.

''You think so doll? I thought I was a little rusty myself'' I teased, wiping the sweat from my brow.

Paige just continued to hold me, while looking up at me with affectionate eyes as she traced her perfectly black painted nails over my biceps...damn she made me feel good!

''Wanna room together tonight?'' she suddenly asked, not taking her eyes from mine.

''Don't we do that every night?'' I chuckled, grabbing a bottled water from the table next to me.

''No Deano, I mean just you and me...'' she smiled, gently pressing her body a little closer against mine.

I shyly pulled back and stuck my hands in pockets.

Are you kidding me Jonathan, you still do that crap? Come on man LOOK at her, the chics in heat! Believe me man, she doesn't want your hands in YOUR pockets right now...

Dean Shut up!

''So...?'' she asked, looking me up and down.

''Um...su..sure, why not'' I said, feeling my face flush a little, and I quickly went and got the boys before we all drove back to the hotel.

45 MINUTES LATER AT THE HOTEL...

''Twin room please'' I told the receptionist.

''Actually uh...we'll take a double'' Paige whispered, sliding her hand into mine.

Oh boy...!

As soon as we walked in and I saw the double bed, I felt my heart begin to beat faster, and felt my already sweaty body begin sweating again big time! She really didn't know the effect she had on me, I don't even know if I understood it myself. But that feeling...that amazing feeling she always gave me, was PRICELESS!!
