Time was passing, slowly yet fast, jungkook doesn't know, he was just focusing on taehyung.

Tears were seemingly flowing out of his eyes as he tapped his foot impatiently on the floor.

He doesn't know what they are doing to his baby, but he wishes that they could just save him

His eyes were drowned with sleep but the fact is he couldn't sleep, how can he?

Suddenly the door of the operation theater opened and jungkook looked up and running towards the doctor, tripping once

"Doctor, what happened to my baby?! Is he okay?!" He asked as he pulled the doctor by his shoulder

The doctor sighed as he looked at jungkook. That is where jungkook was almost fainting

"Has he been eating properly or not?" The doctor asked and jungkook obviously knew the answer by the way how skinny taehyung looked

"No"

"That is the reason he was coughing blood, he hadn't eaten for days and the phlegm in his throat grew thicker making it the reason he was coughing blood" the doctor smiled

Listening this jungkook dropped on the floor and started to cry loudly.

"S-so it isn't c-cancer?" He nervously asked as he tried to say it between his sobs

The doctor laughed

"Everytime when you cough blood isn't because you have cancer, you shouldn't assume things fast" the doctor laughed once again and that's where jungkook started to cry more, blame him for being sensitive for his baby

"Are you just gonna cry here or meet him inside? He is waiting for you" the doctor said and left while jungkook collected himself and somehow pushed the door open

He saw his baby lying on the hospital bed, covered with salines and looking so tired.

Immediately tears started flowing out of his eyes as he felt a big pang in his heart

Taehyung gave him a tired smile and jungkook couldn't help but reply it with another warm smile

Taehyung slowly patted the area near him, telling jungkook to sit and jungkook immediately complied by running towards him and sitting beside him

He didn't take time to wrap his hand around his and cry because of the touch.

"Stop crying, kookie" taehyung said in a low voice and jungkook cried more

"Pl-please don't p-punish yourself by n-not eating" jungkook said, his voice breaking

Taehyung gave him a tired smile

"Anything kookie says, but only if kookie will be with me

Will kookie stay with me, forever?"

Taehyung asked sweetly as jungkook gave him a teary smile

"Yes, forever. Ever and ever" jungkook said as he rubbed the skin on taehyung's hand and taehyung flashed him a smile

"I and sorry taehyung" jungkook looked down apologetically

Taehyung smiled at his cuteness

"Call me baby"

Jungkook snapped his head up and looked at taehyung who still held the same smile

Jungkook then took no time to attach their lips into a kiss he was waiting for so long. Taehyung widened his eyes at the kiss but then they got back to normal as he kissed him back.

He felt it, he felt jungkook's love poured into that kiss and that couldn't stop him from crying silently

Jungkook broke the kiss, unwillingly and wiped taehyung's tears away by kissing them

He squeezed his hand and got lost in the other's eyes before smiling

"I love you, baby"

"I love you too, kookie"

And this time

It was love
