It all started that day.
When you held my hand.
We walked down the lane, tracing down the sun's rays.
Do you remember me anymore?
Or have I become someone, who is your eyesore?
You held me that day-
Telling me, you wanna stay
Right here, with me all night.
Underneath the broken starlight.
My heart cries for you now.
Where are you? I'm searching for you.
Come here, be with me.
Don't leave me. I wanna be with you.
Tonight I am ten million miles away.
Thinking about you all night and all day.
I sound so exaggerating.
But do I have forgiveness written in my fate?
Or am I too late?
To pray for it.

I have wished to be yours for a million lives.
But all you did, was throw sharp knives
Of drama, enviousness, despair.
That afternoon, when he was right there.
There with you.
I knew, I was broke-
He took you away from me-
What's my purpose now?
To die alone without you in my life.
To drown and choke myself in strife?
Is this some young adult fantasy?
Or am I living in the truth of life's mystery?

It all started that day.
When you said, "Love knows no gender."
That I kissed your forehead.
But someone whispered in your ears, "Let's go ahead-
From this pointless drama"
That you walked away from me.
What am I gonna do now?
Where are you? Where is your "unbreakable vow?"
Here I am. That same girl. That same man.
But today, I stand with an emblem.
That at the end of the day, I am a "human"
