🎄Childhood memories🎄
They made it back to the cabin and Y/N was exhausted. She dragged herself into the cabin and sighed.
"Ready to cross one more thing off the list?" Jim smiled.
"What?" Y/N yawned.
"Sharing childhood memories by the fire." Jim said watching her lean against the doorway of the cabin.
"Mmm, carry me." Y/N sighed.
"Okay." Said Jim scooping her up. Y/N's face went red.
She sighed as he set her in front of the fire. He plopped down next to her and covered them both with a blanket.
"So what is your favorite childhood memory Y/N?" Jim asked eyes aglow in the firelight.
"Making snowmen with my dad. They always seemed so tall, but I guess I was just small, I really miss him." Y/N smiled sadly. ".... What about you?"
"I...don't really have any nice Christmas memories." Jim admitted.
"I'm sure you have one." Y/N prompted, pulling Jim's arms around her.
"Okay, the last Christmas I spent with my mother. My father was out, don't know where, and mom and I just had a nice dinner together... She died soon after." Jim said softly.
"Well, both of our memories are sad, but maybe this year we can make happier memories." Y/N smiled.
"I'd like that." Jim said, leaning his head against her.
They stared at the crackling fire.
"I wish we could stay here forever." Jim said pulling Y/N closer to him.
" I don't know what I would do, if ever something happened to you James." Y/N said eyes wet.
"The feeling is mutual Angel." Jim purred, staring somberly into the fire.
