Today is like always, practicing and then heading to the cafeteria.
There are other trainees here but I don't have the courage to go to them they're all older than me and they don't approach me either since they just see me as a 'newbie from Japan' since it's just two weeks that I'm here, the language barrier doesn't help too.

Guess I'll just sit here.

I took a seat in a free table and put down my food.

I was eating when I got startled by a voice.

"Hi, you're the new trainee, right? Sorry if I scared you, I'm Bang Chan" Said the boy.

"H-hi I'm Sakura" I answered

"I heard you're from Japan but my japanese isn't that good, I'm from Australia" Bang Chan started talking in Japanese

"Yeah, and my Korean isn't good yet. So since you're from Australia you can talk English, right?"  I replied

"Yes, I can. How old are you? You seem very young"

"I'm 11 and I'll turn 12 in December. I'm a 2005 liner" I replied

He then just stared at me for a whole minute before speaking

"I... sorry I didn't think you were this young. By the way I'm 20, 1997 liner. But why are you alone?"

Now what should I say? I'm not gonna say that I'm too shy to talk to someone, what will he say then? I don't want to be made fun of again I hate it.
Other girls trainee don't talk to me he'll think I'm weird  for not hanging out and talking to them like every new trainee and that I don't  like people , and-

My thoughts stopped racing and I looked up as I felt a hand on my shoulder

"Are you okay? You were lost in your thoughts and you are hyperventilating" He asked with a worried expression

Why is he worried about me? Nobody ever seemed to be concerned about me here, other girls trainee always glare at me when the dance teacher says something about me...

Ugh, maybe it was better staying in Japan like they said...

"Y-yes, now I have to go I'm late" I replied to him and rushed out trying to not show my trembling

I don't get why every time I get so uncomfortable with many people around, It's always hard to breath and I start trembling.
Is there a problem with me?

-Bang Chan's Pov-

She's so young... and I saw nobody with her.
I heard some trainees talking about her, saying that her dancing is amazing and their intimidated by her since she's young and talented.

But her behaviour just know reminded me of someone...

The next day

-Sakura's pov-

Being a trainee is so tiring

I wonder if that guy is here today as well

I took a sit by myself like always and started eating.

I have to do a couple dance but who would be my partner all the others said they already have one...
I wonder if all of them said the truth

"Hi, you're Sakura, right? Is it okay if I talk in English with you?" A boy asked in English

"Yes, English is okay, and you are...?"

"I'm..."

"I'm Felix,  I'm in your same dance class, would you like to do the couple dance with me?" He said

"Are you sure...?" Once a trainee said that but then ditched me saying she was kidding, Soyon was her name?

"Yes! I saw you dancing and you're amazing! I bet all of the other trainees secretly admire you!" Said Felix while beaming

He shines like the sun, but I don't think they admire me, who would be mean to a person they admire and say they are useless? Sasaengs apart ofc

"Then what would you like to dance to?" I asked

So.. let's try, I hope he is really a good person like he seems...

Felix sat down and we talked started talking about what to dance.
He's a new trainee too but he joined before me

"Oi Felix!" (A/N: CoMe hERe BrO! We all know who is it)

"Hi hyung" Felix replied

"Oh, Hi Sakura!" Bang Chan said after spotting me

"Hi"

" You know each other?" Felix asked us

"Yeah, we met yesterday"

"Chan Hyung! We have a problem!" A running boy shouted getting the attention of half of the people

I didn't understand all since he said that in Korean, I only understood 'we have'.

"What's the problem?"

"It's the song we were working on...It's..."
