My personal opinion:

This book gave me a little 'The Mafia and his angel' book (written by Lylah) feelings.

It had those 'bro codes' and 'brothers for life' and it was good to read a book where male protagonist isn't betrayed by one of the members of his gang.

The main reason why I like this book is the undeniable chemistry between the main protagonist. It just gives me the feels. The force, love, sparks flying and the mystery just keeps on building the tension and you quickly skip to the next chapter in the thirst of discovering more.

The twist, the plot, the character development, pace of the novel...everything is on point.

Go read it!
